Victor blocked the entire carriage by his Aura. And then Victor infused his aura through his voice as he say, "Only Nirvana stands above everything and anything, the true endless power."
The carriage has filled with cold silence, cuz they are completely speechless after hearing the words Victor had said. Yet Victor's sharp serious expression remain unchanged. As if he knows that even the whole world has no words to say against his statement.
That's not like they didn't know what Victor had said, but they only had believed this existed in myth, becoming something which is equal to heaven. That's why both Kujo and Niel asked to Victor at the same time, ""Does Nirvana Really Exists?""
Victor calmly replied to them, "Yes, That's Real."
Another bold statement yet no confirmation of their existence, but a fact that remains unchanged. And his sparkle eyes are like the reflection of the truth he had said. But both of them are wondering, 'Did he ever face with a nirvana?'
But both of them decided to remain silent and not to ask him. Which the carriage slide through its rainbow path in enormous speed.
The carriage fly away from over The Main land, while the sky filled with scattered fragments of the rainbow path and those tiny glasses fragments are getting faded away while creating enormously beautiful rainbow as it split the atmosphere.
The carriage entered inside the Fallen City of Sky. It fly passed through the huge landscape and towns really fast. And then it reached the castle while the carriage moved around the castle two times or so. After that it landed infront of the castle. From where Victor left from.....
But this time all the elders and high authority fallen stars are standing front of the castle door to welcome the 3rd emperor. They all are watching the carriage with excitement.
Birds are flying across the sky and waiting for a grand moment to write in the paper of history. The moment of 3rd Emperor's appearance.
And then Victor's hand comes out from inside. Victor grabbed the door frame of the carriage and slowly came out from the carriage.
The moment he left the carriage and his first step touched the surface, his aura shaken up everyone who are standing there.
Just by looking at Victor's eyes, anyone can say that he had surpassed all the living creatures under the heaven.
Victor slowly walk forward to the people who are standing front of the castle to welcome him. Victor's each and every steps creates too much pressure around the surrounding that no one could able to look into Victor's eyes directly.

Right after that, Yatoru kujo and Niel comes out from the carriage. Watch everyone are kneeling down front of Victor with respect. Both of them prepared to kneel down but then Victor looked back at them as he suggested, "Let's go inside."
Victor slowly walked passed through all the elders and gradually everyone stands up and started walking behind of Victor.
Victor entered inside of the castle and right after his first step onto the floor of the hall room, all the wodden torch fired up through the entire hall room.
There's a very long stone table in the middle of the hall room. Victor gets closer to a chair and slowly pulled it out, then he sits over that while he gently leaned against the chair and suggested everyone, "Please take your seat and let's start our meeting."
Both Yatoru kujo and Niel sit on the right side of Victor. Yatoru kujo slowly asked to Niel, "Where's Emon?"
Yet Niel don't know about it so he refused. But then a elder heard kujo's question so he slowly replied to her, "He went to Surface to see if there's something wrong or not."
Apart from them, Victor was observing everyone present in the room. And then a fallen star proposed an idea in the meeting room,
"I would like to propose an idea for our future generation. To build a system to give them knowledge by ourselves. And they will learn about only those that we want.
We will create value among understanding, which we need most we will give it high value. By that process we will able to control everyone.
In simple words that's gonna be like. We will create an study system of particular subject of understanding, those we will reach the top of rare understanding. We will make them more valuable.
In short, I want to create a system to control our future generation. Those who are in my favour please raise your hand." The fallen star watch everyone's reaction with serious face.
Some fallen star and elder raise their hands though. But they struggle against their will to raise their hands.
But Everyone look at Victor, who was hearing everything without saying anything. Victor slowly released his breath and look at the everyone. It doesn't matter even if everyone agrees, only Victor has the authority to decide.

Everyone gets freeze in fear after seeing Victor's power. They all just calmly sits there and wait for Victor's words.
Victor watch everyone while he was thinking right way to decide. Then he comes to an conclusion.
So that he gets little closer to the table and placed his both hands over that. Then he slowly lifted up his hand while resting the elbow against the table.
Victor cross formed his fingers front of his mouth and infused his aura along with his voice. Victor opened his mouth and his voice echoes through the entire hallroom, "I would like to introduce you all with, Battle of worth idea."
