Chapter 7: Sloth!
Inside of the training facility of Itachi Sitri, was Itachi himself and Kuroka. "Okay, what you want to do is focus, concentrate on your energy into your spirit, in other words your life-force. And then you have to turn it into a constant current. Nya." Kuroka explained senjutsu to Itachi, whom was in a meditating position. "Now, unlike Sairaorg whom was able to use touki through intense training over the years, normally one would have to go through learning senjutsu to use it. Nya. But you should be fine since you have trained a lot in your life, now you just have to focus on it." Kuroka kept explaining as Itachi was only trying to learn touki at the moment, since he used to be a shinobi learning about this shouldn't be too difficult for him.
Itachi had quickly noticed that this worlds chakra was way different from his old world's version, but he had decided kept his focus on the touki for now rather than senjutsu, although he was interested in learning senjutsu someday. Itachi for the last few weeks has been studying about touki and trying to master it, he has wanted to ever since his fight with Sairaorg three years ago. He and Sairaorg have even been having some sparring matches with each other to try and teach Itachi touki that way, but now that Kuroka was here Itachi thought she would be better at teaching him. Then as Itachi kept meditating a strange aura flared around him, he could feel his strength increase and he could feel warmth from this aura.
Itachi stood up as the aura kept flaring around him, he looked at his own hands while clenching and unclenching his fists. "Have I done it?" Itachi looked at Kuroka with a stoic expression.
"It was a success! Nya!" Kuroka said with a smile as she moved her hand in a cat like fashion.
"Okay then, time to test this out. Computer, activate simulator level 60!" Itachi shouted as the computer in the spectator room lighted up.
"Simulator, level 60, activated."
Four robotic skeletons popped up from the ground and one took the shape of an eight-winged angel, and three sixth winged angels. Itachi formed the three tomoe sharingan in his eyes as his gaze was narrowed at the angel simulators. Itachi then leaped at even greater speed than ever before, towards the angels and slammed his fist into the gut of one of the sixth winged angels. And instantly the simulation returned to a robotic skeleton. Itachi looked at his own fist with a satisfied look, and then swiftly turned around and delivered a kick to the second sixth winged angel, sending it flying into the wall and shockwaves coming from the clash. When the dust cleared it revealed a robotic skeleton pushed up against the wall that had a crater in it.
Without a doubt Itachi's strength had increased, he then turned around and grabbed the last sixth winged angel by the wrist as it was about to thrust a spear of light at Itachi. Itachi then threw a powerful punch into the angel simulators face sending it flying and just like the last one it returned to a robotic skeleton. The eight-winged angel flew up and formed two magic circles beside it that shot out multiple spears of light.
Itachi with his new increased speed, and sharingan moved so fast that he was able to dodge all the light spears without any difficulty. He then leaped up to the eight-winged angel and delivered a kick to its chin, and then Itachi kept throwing a barrage of kicks into the angel, and once they were up high enough, Itachi raised his leg up in the air, and slammed it down onto the angels cut, sending it crashing down into the ground. And the eight-winged angel turned into a robotic skeleton as it laid in a crater.
"Level 60 complete, well done young master."
"Awesome as always, Itachi-sama. Nya." Kuorka hugged Itachi's arm between her breasts.
Itachi gave a small smile at Kuroka, before he suddenly got a call on a magic circle. "I see, we have a stray devil situation." Itachi and Kuroka teleported to the human world to hunt for this stray devil, and they managed to track it down into an abandoned factory. "Why don't you deal with this one." Itachi said.
Itachi sat back and relaxed as he watched Kuroka easily dispose of a Stray Devil they had been assigned to eliminate. She stood over the dead body of the Stray Devil that looked like the mixture of a man and a scorpion, Kuroka had blue like flames coming from her hands that she had used to kill the Stray Devil. "Mission complete, nya." Kuroka winked while moving her hand in a cat like fashion.
"Good work." Itachi complimented as Kuroka had really proven her worth to him, as she was at least low Ultimate Class level at this point. Itachi stroked her hair as a sign of her having done a good job and she purred like a kitten.
"Was there anything else for us to do? Nya." Kuroka hugged Itachi's arm between her breasts that had grown even more, and so had that of a certain red haired Gremory Princess and her Queen. Ever since Kuroka had shown up, he would wake up in bed with her lying next to him usually naked and using his body as a body pillow. Rias, Akeno and Koneko would do the same whenever they visited Sona for a "slumber party" ever since Kuroka got here and openly declared that she desired Itachi, the other girls had become more aggressive as well. However, Itachi wasn't sure what to do with them, he wasn't even sure what he felt towards them. He knew he considered them as close friends, and he knew that he didn't want to hurt their feelings. Itachi had never been that good when it came to love, heck he didn't even know that he loved Izumi until she was gone from his life.
"Hmm, no that was the last one for today. We should continue looking for potential peerage members." Itachi said as he had decided that gathering a peerage would be most useful for him in the future. However, if he was going to gather peerage members he wanted them to be very skilled at fighting or at least have potential to become very powerful.
"Hmm, I have found some rumors about some powerful people in the human world, and some strange phenomenon that has occurred around the human world as well that might be worth checking out. Nya." Kuroka said as she took out a list from between her cleavage. "We have a powerful boxer in America said to have defeated all his opponents with only one punch, his name is Bob, his about three years older than you and me so he's 16. And on Hawaii some strange incidents that ended up saving a lot of people have occurred, the Underworld suspects a strange old man named Harry Newgate. And finally, rumors have it the legendary serial killer, Jack the Ripper has returned in London killing prostitutes. And that's all we have so far for potential peerage members." Kuroka browsed through the list.
"Hmm, let's check this Bob guy out first." Itachi said as Kuroka prepared a magic circle for them to travel with. They arrived in an alleyway where several people gathered talking about an amazing boxing match. "Guess this is the place." Itachi looked through the document they had on Bob, apparently, his parents abandoned him when they discovered he had a special power thinking he was a demon child. He was put into an orphanage. And when his powers were discovered there after an incident where he injured a fellow child he was once again feared, he was then taken in by the man who manages this boxing area.
To Itachi it seemed that Bob was someone who felt all alone in the world and just wanted a place to call home. Itachi and Kuroka walked into the boxing place and walked down a staircase, as they walked down several young guys around their age or slightly older, looked at Kuroka amazed that a girl her age had developed this much. And some girls around their age or slightly older were looking at Itachi thinking he was quite good looking and mature looking despite his age.
Itachi noticed a shady looking short fat guy wearing sunglasses taking in bets for the fight by the entrance making it obvious he was the manager. "Tell me, where is this famous fighter Bob, I would like to have a word with him." The shady man looked at Itachi with a raised brow.
"Sorry, no autograph signings. You can watch his fight tomorrow." The man told them off and kept counting his money with a greedy smirk on his face while doing so.
"I'm not here for an autograph, I'm here to discuss something with him. Now tell me…" Itachi looked into the man's eye with his sharingan glowing. "…where is he?"
The man looked a little dizzy as he was under Itachi's genjutsu. "Two doors to the right…" The man uttered.
"Much obliged." Itachi said and walked with Kuroka towards the door where this Bob was. Itachi knocked politely on the door and waited for a response.
"Yeah, what is it?" A lazy like voice was heard, and a yawn.
"Are you Bob? I would like to talk something over with you, would you mind opening up the door please?" Itachi asked politely.
"Umm, I-It's open." The voice replied sounding a little shy and nervous.
Itachi opened the door and he and Kuroka walked in, only to see a very short petite frail boy wearing pajamas that were decorated with a star and a moon, he had messy brown hair and light brown eyes. Kuroka had a look of shock and was gaping in surprise over at this short guy was the so called one punch Bob, a little boy whom looked like he had just gotten out of bed and looked nervous and frightened as he was shaking like a leaf. But Itachi kept his stoic expression and didn't look surprised at all. "I'm Bob, what do you want?"
"Greetings Bob, I am Itachi Sitri, and I have a job offer for you." Itachi said and Kuroka looked surprised that Itachi wasn't surprised by Bob's appearance, and she was still gaping.
"Oy, Itachi-sama, this little guy can't be Bob, he has like no power what so ever." Kuroka whispered into Itachi's ear.
"Never judge a person by only at first glance." Itachi whispered back and looked down at Bob whom was just as short as Koneko. "So, do you want to hear out the details?"
"I-I'm sorry, b-but I'm not interested, I got a good thing going on here already you see, so I'm sorry." Bob said and turned around and jumped onto a bed and hugging a massive body pillow. "Now please go, I need to sleep for tomorrow's match."
"… Very well then." Itachi said and walked away and Kuroka looked at him with a confused expression but she followed after her master and closed the door behind them as they left.
"I can't believe that you are just giving up like that. Nya." Kuroka said in disbelief and had a look that said she demanded an explanation.
"Oh, I haven't given up. But you heard what the short little fat guy said earlier, we can come and watch him fight tomorrow." Itachi said with a smile that said he had a plan and Kuroka gained a curious look on her face. He then once again went up to the short little fat man at the entrance. "Excuse me but I have a request, could you sign me up for the match against Bob tomorrow."
"You? Fight against Bob? Heh, sure kid but you're going to have to pay the entrance fee." The man smirked greedily while rubbing his fingers together. "1 grand." Itachi just gave him the money no questions asked and walked away with Kuroka.
"Now what? Nya." Kuroka asked.
"How about we check around the area for a bit." Itachi suggested as they went on sightseeing.
23 hours later
Inside of the dark room that belonged to Bob, someone suddenly knocked on the door, and then opened said door, and in walked in the short little fat manager. "Bob, my star, I hope you had a nice nap. Cause the fight's about to start." The manager grinned while letting out a chuckle.
A dark shadowy figure that was Bob opened his eyes, his once innocent looking eyes, looked now serious and cold. "I'm ready." His voice was also deeper and more mature.
Later, back at the boxing arena, multiple people where gathered in front of a boxing ring cheering wildly while cursing and saying Bob would fuck you up. Itachi stood in the ring, shirtless as he wore standard boxing gear with the exception of gloves as he had white tape instead. "Now ladies and gentleman! The man of the hour! Our legendary champion! Bob! The One Punch Man!" The short little fat man declared as out from a tunnel exited a tall handsome muscular build man, his muscles were massive and even just his biceps were bigger than Itachi's head. He had the same brown messy hair as the short petite Bob and the same eyes, he wore the same boxing gear as Itachi.
"There's no way that is the same guy! His power is massive! Nya!" Kuroka said in disbelief while practically gaping as she couldn't believe that the little shy kid they met earlier was this guy, a gigantic massive titan of a man, Itachi on the other hand remained stoic and didn't seem surprised.
"No, that's him one on the same. He has a special magic power you see." Itachi said and Kuroka looked at him in confusion. "I read that in the documentations you showed me, you really should have read it through." Itachi said and Kuroka faintly blushed out of embarrassment.
"What is his magic ability anyway?" Kuroka questioned wondering how someone could go from a puny shrimp into a giant titan of a man.
"…" Itachi stayed silent as Bob entered the ring and he was now towering over Itachi, and looked down at him with a raised brow.
"You're that kid? What do you think you're doing?" Bob questioned as he recognized Itachi from yesterday and this time Bob seemed more brave, calm and relaxed, not to mention more energetic.
"I told you, I have a job offer for you. Thought this was the only way I could discuss this with you." Itachi replied looking up at Bob with a calm smile.
"And I told you I'm not interested." Bob said as he pulled his hands back over his brown messy hair, slicking his hair back leaving one bang over his forehead. "What makes you think a guy like you can fight me anyway?" Bob asked not because he was overconfident, but because he wasn't sure if a teenager like Itachi should fight him.
"Oh, trust me, like you, I'm not your average teenager." Itachi replied with a little relaxed smile on his lips.
"Heh, fine, if you can beat me in a contest of strength, I will consider your offer." Bob bent forward to look Itachi right in the eyes.
"Very well, I shall fight you fair and square." Itachi accepted the offer as they both went on the opposite sides of the ring.
Kuroka leant in over the side and whispered in Itachi's ear. "Just finish him off with one of your illusion and let's grab him and get out of here. Nya."
"That certainly would be the easy way out. However, I gave him my word I would defeat him using nothing more than brute strength." Itachi declared and Kuroka looked at him in shock thinking Itachi would have taken the easy way out to finish a fight.
"So, like what? Only your fists, demonic power and magic attacks?" Kuroka questioned.
"Yes, that sounds about right." Itachi replied and looked at Bob whom was cracking his knuckles. "Besides, this will be the perfect test to see how strong he really is." He and Bob walked up to each other and got into position and a cage was lowered around them, then the bell rang.
"I will end this quickly for you kid." Bob said with a cold glance as he swung his massive fist down into Itachi's face sending him crashing into the cage bars and the crowd cheered. Bob sighed and was about to declare victory, but then he gained a look of shock and surprise. Itachi stood up and looked at Bob with a stoic emotionless expression as he spitted out some blood to the side. For the first time, someone had managed to stand after being punched by Bob and he was a mere teenager.
"You certainly pack a punch, but I could feel you were holding back. I advise you to go all out." Itachi said and Bob narrowed his gaze at Itachi.
"Heh, right, like I will fight serious against you." Bob said but he wasn't really interested in fighting at full power as he was afraid he could kill his opponent. Then suddenly Itachi had a strange aura around his body as he activated touki, and Itachi then appeared beneath Bob and delivered a devastating powerful upper cut punch to Bob's jaw, whom looked surprised as he was knocked back a few steps. Itachi then leaped onto the cage and jumped at Bob, hovering over his head and delivered another powerful punch to his face, this time a little blood spilled out from the giant titan's mouth as he fell to his knees. The audience gasped in shock until they started to cheer again.
"Like I said, you shouldn't hold back." Itachi said stepping on Bob's back with his right foot. Bob smirked and easily pushed Itachi off and swung his fist into the young Sitri's gut at full force and Itachi vomited out blood, Bob's punch was even more powerful than Sairaorg's, with Sairaorg it felt like being punched by solid rock, but with Bob it was like getting punched by a dragon. Itachi quickly recovered, got back up and wiped the blood from his mouth. "I see, as expected of Storage Magic."
"Storage Magic?" Kuroka questioned as she witnessed the fight.
"What did you say just now?" Bob questioned with a narrowed cold gaze.
"That's the name of your ability, is it not? A magic ability that allows a person to store up power within their bodies the more they sleep, the more you sleep the stronger you become. However, the power they store up only remains for a day, if you sleep for more than a day the power will begin to store up all over again. And you have been asleep for 23 hours now, correct? The maximum limit of your ability. And you can only remain in this state for one hour then you return to your petite state. It is said a person's only born with this ability every century." Itachi explained and Bob looked surprised of learning this, meaning he had no idea what his own power was, just how it worked.
"Nice story, but this is not story time." Bob said as he suddenly appeared in front of Itachi and punched him in the face with a left hook, then he kneed him in the gut and delivered an upper cut punch to Itachi's jaw. If Itachi wasn't a devil he would have been knocked out by now, no any normal devil would have been knocked out by now, if he hadn't been as strong as he was he would have been knocked out. "You said I shouldn't hold back, but what about you?"
"Guess you noticed that, huh?" Itachi said as he pushed himself back up, with blood running down from his mouth and nose.
"Of course, so go on, give me everything you got." Bob said and began releasing a powerful aura around him as the whole ring started to shake, no, the whole building. The audience had no idea what was going on, and began to look a little frightened and nervous.
"Kuroka, put everyone here to sleep, would you?" Itachi looked over at his queen whom gave him a nod and formed a magic circle in her palm that released a foggy mist, then suddenly everyone besides her, Itachi and Bob were knocked out.
"Now, I can go all out." Itachi said as Bob raised his brow in confusion when suddenly a magic circle formed in front of him.
Fire Shot!
Itachi blasted a ball of fire right into Bob's face sending the giant man skidding back a bit with a look of shock. Itachi then appeared beneath him and delivered a powerful punch into Bob's chest making him twitch his eyes in pain, Bob then grabbed Itachi around the waist and lifted his body up in the air. As Bob was about to slam Itachi into the ground. "Teleportation." Itachi uttered and his body vanished through a magic circle, as he reappeared above Bob and delivered an axe kick upside his head.
Bob easily recovered as if Itachi's kick looked like it barely did anything, Bob swung his massive fist at Itachi whom blocked it with his arms in an x-formation and was sent flying across the ring by the power of Bob's devastating punch.
Bob then punched in the air sending shockwaves of his punches, as the shockwaves flew towards Itachi they dragged up a bit off the ring and slammed into the young Sitri's body creating more bruises on his body and making Itachi vomit out a little blood, even with his Touki, Bob's strength still exceeded Itachi's. "Is that it?" Bob questioned looking rather bored. "Is that your full power?"
"Not quite." Itachi replied with his bangs covering his forehead.
"Then show me, don't waste my time." Bob said with a stern demanding tone.
"Hn, remember, you asked for it." Itachi created a large sphere of fire that was so hot that the entire cage melted. "Kuroka? There was a lake in a park nearby correct?"
"Yes, there was. Nya." Kuroka smirked knowing what Itachi was planning to do. And she was sweating from the heat that was released from the fire sphere in Itachi's hand. "Just get that sphere out of here before everyone in here gets overcooked."
"Good." Itachi slammed the sphere into Bob at first and the impact was strong enough to send him flying through the roof of the building they were in. He kept flying until he was hovering over a lake in a big closed off park. Itachi flew right above him with the fire sphere and devil bat wings sticking out from his back. Even if Bob's strength exceeded Itachi's, Itachi still had magic and demonic power in his arsenal to make them more evenly matched.
Fire Magic: Nova
Itachi blasted the blazing sphere into Bob pushing him down into the massive lake, he struggled to push the sphere off of him, he tried and tired but to no avail, the moment he hit the bottom of the lake the sphere exploded. And a massive pillar of steam rose from the lake as it was completely evaporated. Itachi flew into the hole in the ground that was covered with steam and used to be the lake. Once Itachi landed he was hit by a shockwave as Bob walked out from the steam with a few bruises and burn marks over his body.
"So, that was magic huh? Now shall we get serious and finish this?" Bob said with a cold narrowed gaze as he stood in a stance with his right hand pulled behind his back. Bob then vanished at immense speed and appeared right in front of Itachi. He then pushed his palm forward and sent a massive shockwave at Itachi pushing him to the end of the hole and further all the way to the end of the park while dragging up a massive amount of the ground with him, as a lot of dust gathered around the entire park except for the small area behind Bob, and powerful gushes of wind blew around the park as well as powerful soundwaves and shockwaves that tore the park apart bit by bit.
Kuroka whom flew over them widened her eyes in shock. "Incredible… This Bob's strength is unbelievable… He almost destroyed the entire park with a mere shockwave." Kuroka uttered as from her point of view, it looked like a meteorite had hit the park and destroyed over 90% of it.
Bob appeared right in front of Itachi whom was on his knees and had a massive bruise mark over his gut and there was a puddle of blood that he had vomited out. Itachi was clenching his right hand over his gut, that was the most powerful punch he has ever experienced, he could feel his ribs were broken, but it didn't matter, he had already won. Itachi looked up at Bob with a smirk. "I am impressed, you really are strong… which makes this all the more better…" Itachi stood up and held his right index and middle finger out. "But even though you are powerful, it's still my win." Itachi said with his sharingan activated flaring in a bright red color.
"Oh? From what I see, you're the most injured out of the two of us." Bob looked down upon Itachi and stepped on his back in the same fashion Itachi did to him in the ring. "You weren't all talk, but you still lose." Bob said with a bored expression, but he was impressed over Itachi's power as this was the first time anyone had injured him this badly in his 23-hour state. "So, how does it feel? To lose to a human? Whatever you are." Bob knew from Itachi's abilities plus when he saw those wings on Itachi, that he was not human.
"I am a devil, and I haven't lost." Itachi said with a little smile creeping up on his lips and Bob raised his brow in confusion. "It's over." Itachi swung his arm to the side and in a split second, a cut appeared across Bob's torso and a massive amount of blood gushed out from the cut and he then vomited out a massive amount of blood, he stepped back and looked at Itachi with wide eyes of shock.
"Y-You bastard… what did you do?!" Bob questioned as he fell to his knees while coughing up a puddle of blood.
"Like I said, I win." Itachi declared as he stood up looking down on Bob. "My special ability is not fire, but to control water. I can manipulate even the tiniest water particle, I got you out here and to this lake to gather enough steam, that steam you breathed in after my fire attack, had water particles in them and they went into your body, from where I manipulated them to attack you from the inside." Itachi explained and Bob looked at him in shock as he held his right arm over his wound trying to stop the bleeding. "I suggest you give up and let my friend help close up that wound of yours, or else you will die."
"…Ugh! I submit…" Bob uttered as he vomited out even more blood.
"Kuroka!" Itachi called for his queen whom flew down, and used the what little knowledge she had learned about healing magic to stop the bleeding. "Now, will you hear me out about this job offer?" Itachi asked seeing as Bob lost the match.
"… Fine, go ahead." Bob uttered as he was a little curious, plus he did lose the match.
"I want you to join my peerage and become a devil." Itachi said and Bob widened his eyes in surprise and in shock over at the fact that he was offered to become a devil. "If you accept you will become a servant of the household of Sitri, and a part of our family. And you will have a chance to progress from the life of a low-class devil, to the point where you can get a peerage of your own when you become a high-class. I will grant you a place to call home, friends and a family, in return all I ask from you is your strength and loyalty."
"Wh-What happens to me when I become a devil? With my body, I mean?" Bob asked as he was hesitant to accept the offer.
"Your body will become stronger, faster and more durable than that of a human, so you get a small power boost. You get the ability to fly with wings, use magic circles, and your lifespan increases to the point where it's almost eternal. Otherwise, you will look just like you always do. There really is only that which makes humans different from devils." Itachi said and the offer sounded tempting for Bob, whom was in deep thought.
Bob remembered how his old family was like, his father and mother were normal people but very religious, but once they had discovered his ability during one night when Bob slept longer than usual and unconsciously activated all that stored up power. "B-Bob? What's happening to you, y-you're a monster…" He could hear his father's voice utter in fear.
"Get out of here! You demon child!" He could hear his mother's voice yell at him. He remembered how he was dropped off at an orphanage, and once they discovered his power they feared him to, as he accidently hurt one of the other children. He then remembers when that shady short fat looking man came to the orphanage having heard of Bob's power, adopted him, and the next thing he knew he was fighting in a boxing ring.
He had truly forgotten the meaning of family, but now this teenager, no this young man, was offering him a new home and a family. And from the looks of it, they wouldn't fear his power. "… I accept… your offer." Bob uttered.
Itachi smiled a little and summoned out his evil pieces that were on a floating chessboard. "Now, which piece do you want?"
"Piece? What's different about them?" Bob questioned.
"Well it determines your role sort of as my servant. Personally, I think you would fit for either a rook or a pawn. As a rook, you will have immense physical strength, and as a pawn, you can promote yourself to any of the other pieces in enemy territory besides the king which is me, Kuroka here is my only peerage member for now and she has the queen piece." Itachi explained.
"Wait, so you only live with her?" Bob asked confused by all of this.
"Oh, no. I'm from a noble devil family and we have lots of maids and butlers and such. Plus, my parents and sisters have their own peerage members. And they are all a part of our family, like you're going to be." Itachi explained and Bob seemed to understand it now.
"I would take pawn, seems the best choice for me anyway." Bob uttered as he vomited out a little more blood as his wound hadn't fully closed up yet.
"Okay then." Itachi grabbed all his pawn pieces, to see how many he needed to use. Five pieces then glowed and merged into Bob's body, the wound on his body then faded and he had completely recovered. "You are now a reincarnated devil, welcome to the household of Sitri, Bob." Itachi reached out his hand in a friendly manner and Bob accepted it.
"Now then, to fix the damages. Nya." Kuroka said and her and Itachi used magic to fix up the destroyed park, and Itachi refilled the lake with water, they then went back to the boxing building and woke everyone up.
The moment they woke up they were all confused as to what had happened, Bob looked at the short fat little man. "I quit." Was all he said before he walked out with Itachi and Kuroka.
"Wait?! What?!" The fat manager questioned while grinding his teeth in anger. "You get back here! I own you!" The manager was then knocked down by a small shockwave from Bob whom held the contract the manager had signed with the orphanage and ripped it to shreds.
"No, you don't." Bob said coldly as he left with his two new friends. Before they left Bob went and grabbed his stuff, which was his pajamas and his body pillow, he had nothing else. Once they exited the one hour had passed and Bob suddenly shrunk back into his tiny petite frail self, he then rubbed his hands over his slicked back hair and made it look messy again. "Can we go now? I'm tired." Bob said and let out a yawn.
"Certainly, but first." Itachi took Bob's hand and had a glow of light on his finger, he swung it over Bob's hand and the Sitri symbol formed on it. "There now you are marked as a member of my household. This will help you not to get mistaken for a Stray Devil should you wander off on your own."
"A Stray Devil?" Bob questioned having no idea what either of them were talking about, as he was still learning the ropes of being a devil.
"A devil whom has betrayed and abandoned their master to fulfil their own desires, they are hunted down by normal devils and exterminated. That will be your job sometimes, oh and sometimes you're going to have to make a contract with humans." Itachi informed.
"Umm, this is not the type of thing where I take a human's soul or anything right?" Bob questioned with big wide worried eyes, as he wasn't really comfortable with that.
"That used to be the case back in the old days, but this time you just agree upon a payment. It can be anything really even money." Itachi explained and Bob looked a little relived as he let out a deep sigh. "Also, until you get a familiar, you're going to have to hand out some flyers."
"Flyers? What for?" Bob questioned.
"Usually humans would summon us through magic circles and such, but that became too complicated so now we hand out these flyers, they summon us through them and we appear out of a magic circle, simple as that. Then you just do what they want you to do and you agree on a price." Itachi explained the basics of the whole thing.
"Aha, great, and these familiars you mentioned. What are they?" Bob questioned with a raised brow.
"They are helpers sort of." Itachi replied and he and Kuroka formed a magic circle in their palms and out from Kuroka's came a black cat and from Itachi's came a crow. "They each have special abilities that can assist you in battle, my crow for example can create five copies of me and cast illusions on my enemies to confuse them." Itachi explained as his crow vanished through a magic circle.
"And my kitty can put up barriers and such and detect when enemies approach our territory." Kuroka explained as her black cat vanished through a magic circle. "When the time comes, you will get your own familiar. Nya."
"I see, sounds somewhat useful. So, when do I get one?" Bob questioned as he wanted to do less work as possible.
"In about a month from now I think." Itachi replied as Kuroka prepared a magic circle for them to teleport with to the underworld. "Now let's introduce you to your new home."
"And you swear that this is not a trick, right?" Bob said and Itachi nodded with a friendly smile, and the frail little boy stepped into the magic circle. And then in a flash of light they were inside of a big castle, the Sitri castle. "Where are we?"
"The Sitri castle. Look outside." Itachi said pointing to the window, Bob did just that and looked out to see that the sky was purple.
"Wow, so this is the underworld… not really what I was expecting at all…" Bob uttered in awe thinking that the underworld would be well fire and such.
"Onii-sama, Kuroka, I see you have returned." Sona said was she was standing on the second floor looking down on them.
"Sona, I am home." Itachi said with a little smile at his younger sister.
"And who might he be?" Sona asked as she looked over at Bob whom bowed politely and nervously.
"M-My name is Bob, miss Sona. I am sir Itachi's pawn." Bob replied politely while looking a little taken aback at Sona.
"Oh, so you have a new peerage member? Well then welcome to the household of Sitri, Bob." Sona greeted with a small smile on her lips before she walked away as she had something to do.
"That was your sister?" Bob asked looking at the spot where Sona once stood.
"That was my younger twin sister yes, Sona Sitri, the Second Heir of the household." Itachi replied and Bob then remembered that Itachi mentioned having sisters.
"Then what about your other sister?" Bob questioned.
"My older sister, Serafall, is currently the Maou Leviathan, she's one of the Four Great Satans, which is why I'm the heir of the household since once you become a Maou you lose the right to inherit your household." Itachi replied and Bob looked shocked at the mentioning that Itachi's older sister was such an important person.
"Wait, there's more than one Satan?" Bob questioned in confusion.
"Yes, there is Lucifer, whom is the leader, Beelzebub, Leviathan and Asmodeus. They aren't the original ones though as they died in the last war we had with the angels and fallen angels." Itachi replied.
"Wait, aren't fallen angels the same as devils?" Bob questioned looking even more confused.
"No far from it, they are angels cast out of heaven from God, but they still want to serve God by disposing of us and try and take control over the Underworld, while the angels are sent from God to wipe us out, so it's a two-front battle for us. Well not now since the war is over and everything." Itachi explained and Bob seemed to understand it, well mostly anyway.
"H-Hey, Itachi… You said a person is born with my ability every century, right?" Bob asked looking like he was in deep thought. "And if so, will they still be born with the power even if I am alive?"
"Yes, they would be born with it even with you alive." Itachi replied.
"Th-Then, I will find them and make them apart of my peerage when I become a high-class devil, so that I can help them!" Bob said with a determined look on his little cute face.
Itachi smiled. "That is a good dream. Welcome to your new life as a devil, Bob."
Chapter 8: Wrath!
"Waah!" Bob in his zero hour petite state ran away from a monstrous Stray Devil, a gigantic looking monster with four arms with long red finger nails, and a large spider like lower body, and it's jaw was massive with saliva connecting from the massive fangs. "I would like some help please!" Bob shouted as he ran away back and forth with the Stray Devil following close behind.
"Maybe we should have let him slept first before we left, nya." Kuroka said as she and Itachi were looking at Bob and the Stray Devil running back and forth.
"They said it was urgent." Itachi said with stoic expression as he looked at the screaming petite Bob running back and forth. Itachi was dressed in a sleeveless black tight shirt that made his well-trained body very visible, and it had the blue Sitri emblem on the right chest area, he wore black baggy pants tucked into a pair of grey combat boots.
"You guys are jerks! Help me!" Bob shouted with tears forming in his eyes.
"Kuroka." Itachi said and the nekomata quickly moved at super speed and dealt multiple blows to the Stray Devil, and then blasted it with a barrage fire of blue flames. The Stray Devil howled in pain as it fell on the ground. Itachi stood over the Stray Devil and raised his hand with a magic circle forming in his palm.
Water Spikes
Spikes of water suddenly pierced through from the Stray Devil's body, piercing its heart and killing it instantly. "Mission accomplished! Nya!" Kuroka cheered happily, while Bob stood behind her trying to catch his breath.
"Next time… one of you gets to be the decoy…" Bob panted as he fell over onto his body pillow that he summoned out from thin air. "I'm going to take a nap…" Bob yawned and fell asleep on his pillow.
"So, now what?" Kuroka questioned looking at Itachi whom grabbed the end of Bob's body pillow and dragging him closer to Kuroka.
"We should probably start finding some new peerage members, do we have any lead on this new Jack the Ripper? We should probably put an end to his killing spree." Itachi said and Kuroka pulled out the file from between her breasts.
"Hmm, so far there hasn't been any murders in the past two weeks… so we don't have any fresh leads. But I have made sure that we will get a notification when a new murder takes place. Nya." Kuroka said while browsing through the file.
"Hmm, I would rather stop a new murder from occurring. We should head back to the castle, make a plan and let Bob sleep a little longer before we move out." Itachi said and prepared a magic circle for transport, they all then vanished in a blue flash of light.
The Underworld: Sitri Castle
Itachi and his two peerage members arrived in the main hall of the Sitri castle. And immediately ran into Sona and Serafall whom looked like they had been waiting for him. "Umm, is something the matter?" Itachi asked his two sisters as they both stared at him.
"Where were you?" Sone asked with a narrowed cold gaze.
"Out hunting down a Stray Devil, and showing Bob here the ropes of being a devil." Itachi looked over at the short petite little sleeping boy of a man from the corner of his eye. "By the way, what's going on here?"
"Ask Onee-sama, she has been bugging me ever since she got here." Sona said with a sigh as she rubbed her temple.
"I finally get the day off! And I finally get time to spend time with my adorable So-tan and It-tan! And It-tan isn't even here to greet his onee-sama with hugs and kisses!" Serafall pouted while wiggling her body around and pushing her breasts up with her arms, while making kissy faces.
Itachi let out a sigh over his older sister's behavior, and then petted the top of her head, as he was taller than her now. "Fine, I'm sorry. Nee-san, what do you want?" Itachi didn't enjoy Serafall's extreme ways of showing affection, he did love and care for his older sister, and he wasn't about to avoid Serafall every time he saw her, so he might as well go through it.
Serafall then jumped out of joy. "Let's take a bathe together!" Serafall declared.
"Denied." Itachi replied cruelly, which caused Serafall to pout.
"Let's sleep together!" Serafall came with an alternative suggestion.
"Denied." Itachi once again replied cruelly which caused Serafall to pout even more.
"Booo~! It-tan no fair! You can't say no to everything!" Serafall threw a little tantrum which caused Itachi to sigh.
"If you can come with a suggestion that doesn't involve you showing me that extreme affection of yours, and that does not involve me getting violated, I will consider it." Itachi said with a stoic expression as Serafall pouted and huffed to the side.
"Then! This is the only other thing! Deny this and you will have to chose one of the first ones!" Serafall demanded and Itachi knew his older sister was stubborn and would not give up, so he might as well take the least painful suggestion.
"Fine what is the other thing?" Itachi asked.
"Help me do a magical girl photoshoot!" Serafall beamed happily and energetically, this caused Bob to wake up instantly out of horror.
That one didn't sound too bad, out of all of them it was the least bothersome suggestion. "Very well nee-san, I will do it."
"Yay! I love you It-tan!" Serafall embraced her little brother in a hug with a childlike smile as she rubbed her cheek up against his chest. "You to So-tan, come here and give your onee-sama a hug!" Serafall leaped at Sona that tried to run away, which caused them to fall on the floor, with Serafall embracing an embarrassed Sona in a hug.
"L-Let go of me, onee-sama!" Sona blushed faintly as she tried to break free from her older sisters embrace.
Itachi smiled warmly at seeing his sisters like this, but he decided to help his younger twin out. "Okay, that's enough nee-san." Itachi lifted Serafall off of Sona whom blinked a little in confusion at first, and then blushed out of embarrassment.
"Let go of me! Let me show So-tan my love! Kissy! Kissy!" Serafall tried to break free, but to no avail although Itachi gently put her down.
Itachi then noticed from the corner of his eye that Bob and Kuroka were trying to sneak away. "And where do you think the two of you are going?" Itachi asked making them stop dead in their tracks.
"I-I was going to prepare for the mission to find Jack The Ripper by getting some sleep…" Bob uttered while trembling a little hoping Itachi will let that excuse slide, as he remembered what happened when he first met Serafall on his second day of arriving at the Sitri castle.
Flashback
Bob was trembling and blushing faintly as he was in his petite zero hour state, dressed in a red magical girl outfit. "It-tan you sure found a cute peerage member! He fits the magical girl outfit I made for you when you were little! Good to see it didn't go to waste!" Serafall said as she was taking pictures of little Bob in the magical girl outfit while Itachi stood on the side with Serafall, giving Bob an apologetic look.
Bob had accidently declared he would do anything to show his respects to a great Maou like Serafall, and this was the result. "Th-This is not really what I had in mind." Bob uttered.
"Why did I have to dress up as well…?" Kuroka uttered with pale expression as she wore a blue magical girl outfit that was a little to tight around her chest area.
"Hmm, although the one I made for So-tan seems a little tight on Kuroka-chan." Serafall said as Sona stood next to Itachi twitching her eyes in jealousy while looking down at her flat chest. Itachi with a nervous smile petted the top of Sona's head in a comforting manner.
Flashback end
"I would rather not experience that again… Nya." Kuroka uttered with a shiver running down her spine at the thought. Although this wish from Serafall seemed harmless to Itachi, it didn't seem so for his servants.
"Very well, Bob you are excused." Itachi said to which Bob let out a sigh of relief and went back to his room for some sleep. "As for you Kuroka…" Itachi spoke as Kuroka had a cute kitten like facial expression directed at Itachi, pleading for him to excuse her as well. "…" Itachi looked at her with a deadpan expression, and was about to speak.
"Ah, So-tan will be modelling with me of course, sadly I didn't bring an extra outfit." Serafall let out a little sad pout.
"Very well, Kuroka you are excused as well." Itachi said and Kuroka jumped into his arms and gave him a surprise kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you Itachi-sama! Nya." Kuroka winked and left the room before Sona or someone convinced him to change his mind. Itachi was left a little taken aback, but quickly regained his stoic expression.
"Wha-" Sona uttered with a shocked expression at what just happened.
"Hey! No one gets to kiss It-tan but me!" Serafall screamed after Kuroka whom had left the room. "Well So-tan, It-tan, let's begin!" Serafall declared and Itachi raised his brow in confusion as Serafall held out a camera directed at them.
"I thought you said you only brought one extra outfit…" Itachi said keeping his stoic expression up.
"Yeah, only an extra magical girl outfit, but I brought this also. Tada!" Serafall held out a black butler outfit.
Itachi's facial expression darkened and he was about to call out for Bob but Sona grabbed his arm before he could say anything. "If I'm going down onii-sama, then I'm taking you with me." Sona said in an ice-cold tone.
And after having gone through with Serafall's intense photoshoot, as both Sona and Serafall had forced him to do so. Serafall was left with several photos of an embarrassed Sona in a magical girl outfit, and a butler Itachi serving tea to Serafall, and finally two photos of Serafall grabbing both her siblings and kissing them on the cheek.
Itachi and Sona had changed back into their standard outfits as Serafall was humming happily, at the photos she had gotten from her two adorable younger siblings, that she held so dear in her heart. Itachi couldn't help but smile at seeing Serafall look this happy, true she could be bothersome with her childlike behavior, but she was still his beloved older sister. Sona as well couldn't help but smile a little herself at seeing Serafall this happy.
"Well, Rias, Akeno and Koneko are coming over here later tonight, so I better prepare for their visit. They should be here once you get back from you're recruiting mission." Sona said.
"I see, I will try and not be late then." Itachi said and went to go and prepare for the recruiting of this Jack.
Itachi and Kuroka were gathered in the main hall of the Sitri castle, ready to move out as they had managed to find a trail for Jack The Ripper. "So, is Bob coming or not?" Kuroka sighed while leaning up against a pillar.
"He should be here soon." Itachi said with a stoic expression, then they started hearing footsteps. "He has been asleep for about 8 hours now, it should be enough." Itachi looked up the staircase, seeing a taller version of Bob with a Son Goku like body, his hair slicked back, and he was wearing a black hoodie that looked a little tight and baggy pants well that were supposed to be baggy but looked a little tight.
"I'm ready, let's go." Bob said and stretched his arms as cracking sounds were heard from his joints. From the feeling of Bob's power he was at least high mid-class level at this point.
"Okay then, Kuroka prepare a magic circle to London, time to put and end to this serial killer killing spree." Itachi said and Kuroka prepared a blue transportation magic circle. The three of them then vanished in a blue flash of light.
London, White Chapel
They arrived in an alley way, it was already night and a foggy mist clouded the streets of White Chapel. They spotted the local police even patrolling the streets looking for Jack without a doubt. Itachi, Kuroka and Bob remained hidden.
"Okay, so it is reported that Jack was last spotted in this area, so how are we going to lure him out?" Kuroka questioned as Itachi was going through the file of Jack, there wasn't much other than he might use blades as main weapons, and that he goes after young women.
"Oh, I have a plan." Itachi smirked a little and so did Bob as they both were reading the file. And they both looked at Kuroka, whom blinked at first in confusion.
Then it dawned on her. "Oh, hell no!" Kuroka protested instantly.
"I haven't even told you what it is yet." Itachi said with still an amused smirk on his face.
"I think I have a pretty good idea what you two were thinking! Nya!" Kuroka shouted while gritting her teeth. "You want to use me as bait to lure Jack out!"
"It says Jack only goes after attractive young females, therefor you are the only option we have." Itachi pointed out and Kuroka blushed a little over the fact that Itachi just called her attractive.
"Re-Regardless! I am not playing bait! Nya!" Kuroka protested.
"Don't worry, Bob and I will keep you safe from any danger if that is what you are worried about." Itachi said with a stoic expression, he wouldn't have suggested this plan if he wasn't sure that Kuroka would be safe after all.
"Yeah, come on, have a little faith in us." Bob said while rubbing the back of his head.
"Granted, the two of you are strong, and I can take care of myself if anything happens, but I refuse to be bait!" Kuroka protested, as she did know both her master and Bob were strong, she was just worried if this Jack was stronger. They didn't have that information about the killer after all.
"If you do this I will give you a reward." Itachi said with a stoic expression.
"I'll do it! Nya!" Kuroka immediately said while wagging her two cat tails around.
'She's way easy to read…' Itachi thought with a sweat drop while Bob let out a nervous chuckle.
Itachi and Bob remained hidden while hiding their presence while Kuroka was standing in front of a light pole, and with her casual usual outfit that showed way too much of her cleavage. She remained on guard looking for any presences that might be approaching with a malice intent. While Itachi was keeping a watch with his sharingan while Bob was on standby.
"Are you sure this will work?" Bob questioned while preparing for a potential fight.
"This is the best way I can think of to lure out a serial killer. All their targets share something in common, in this case it's young women. And if it doesn't work, we will patrol around the area. I already have some of my familiars placed around here keeping watch. If Jack doesn't go after Kuroka, we will find him if he goes after someone else." Itachi said while keeping a close eye on Kuroka, Itachi then narrowed his gaze as a strong magical presence was approaching Kuroka. "Seems it worked."
Kuroka's ears flinched as she had detected the presence as well, she kept a calm expression and looked at a certain spot from the corner of her eye. As the presence got closer and closer, Kuroka swiftly turned around getting ready for a fight, but stopped in surprise at seeing a little petite girl about Koneko/Shirone's height.
The girl had short silver white hair, golden eyes, scars on both of her cheeks. Her outfit consisted of pieces of black clothing to cover her chest area and a black thong, and black stockings, her tiny body was mostly covered by a black tattered cloak. Kuroka was taken aback for a short second, but quickly jumped back as there was no doubt that this little girl, was powerful, plus she noticed the girl swinging a dagger towards her that Kuroka had just managed to dodge.
The little girl smiled cutely with a faint giggle escaping her lips. "Who are you?" Kuroka narrowed her gaze at her attacker that wielded two red knives.
The girl vanished at super speed and appeared behind Kuroka with her knives directed towards her back. "Our name is Jack The Ripper." The girl spoke in a soft gentle voice that was filled with malice.
"You are Jack The Ripper?" Kuroka widened her eyes in shock and swiftly turned around and deflected one of the knifes with her palm that was covered in blue flames. Jack leaped back looking a little surprised then she smirked as her golden eyes glared at her target.
"You are not normal, are you? Are you like us?" Jack questioned while moving carefully trying to analyze Kuroka.
"Naturally. Nya." Kuroka smirked and formed an orb of blue flames into her right palm.
Jack was about to charge, when suddenly Bob flew down from the sky and crashed between them, with his fist dug into the ground and created a crater upon impact. Jack looked even more shocked as she backed up a bit only to bump into someone, she swiftly turned around with her knives but her wrists were caught by Itachi. The assassin had realized she had fallen into a trap.
"So, you are the one called Jack. Pleased to meet you, my name is Itachi Sitri." Itachi said with a stoic emotionless expression, and then Jack easily broke free from his grip, and looked around to see that she was surrounded.
It was obvious to the little assassin that she was outmatched, and that she had to flee. She then jumped back at Super Speed and jumped over Kuroka. She rushed towards an alleyway only to be blocked by a magic circle. "Me and Itachi-sama placed a barrier around this location, you are not escaping from here that easily. Nya." Kuroka said and moved her right hand in a cat like fashion.
Jack narrowed her gaze at Kuroka and looked around to see how far this barrier stretched. It was simply covering the small area where they were at, and there weren't that many places for Jack to hide and ambush them. Plus, from what she saw earlier they could detect her. Who were these people? She could sense they were all powerful, especially the one called Itachi, the power coming from him was the most powerful energy she had felt in a long time.
"Hn, her magical power is surprisingly high, what's more I can feel something else within her. She might be more powerful than you Kuroka, and you Bob, well in your current state at least." Itachi said and his two peerage members had also noticed this, well Bob not so much as he was still learning, but he could feel Jack having some sort of power.
"We don't like to fight, but if we must." Jack said as she summoned forth two new knives from a dimensional portal of some kind, which caused Itachi to narrow his eyes.
"Is that?" Kuroka questioned also with her eyes narrowed while Bob looked confused. "A Sacred Gear?"
"Hn, I see, so this is what a Sacred Gear feels like, interesting." Itachi said as this was the first time he had encountered anyone using a Sacred Gear. He had only studied them through books, he had never seen them at first hand until now.
"What's a Sacred Gear?" Bob questioned being the only one without knowledge of it.
"Artifacts blessed from God of the Bible, only a few select humans are given this power. A lot of important human characters through history were actually wielders of Sacred Gears." Itachi explained from what he had learned through the history books.
"Then what is her Sacred Gears power?" Bob questioned as he would like to know what he was up against.
"Not sure, but I'm sure it has something to do with creating blades, although there are some Sacred Gears that have that ability so its not easy to determine what her Sacred Gear does." Itachi said as he kept a close eye on this Jack.
Jack then moved at super speed towards Itachi whom created an ice kunai knife to deflect all her strikes. "Tell me, why are you going around killing people?" Itachi casually asked the assassin as he blocked her strikes thanks to his sharingan seeing through her every move plus with his super like speed.
"Why?" Jack questioned with a raised brow as she summoned forth a new blade that caught on fire and melted the ice kunai, Itachi quickly leaped back and Jack leaped after him. She raised her flame blade, but the strike never connected with Itachi as Kuroka blocked the strike with her right hand that let out a blue fire like glow. Jack then jumped back like an acrobat and landed a good distance away from Itachi and his two peerage members.
'She switched her normal knives into a knife that can produce fire… interesting.' Itachi thought with a narrowed gaze determined to find out the secret behind Jack's ability. "You never answered my question, why do you kill?"
"We want warmth, to return to where its warm." Jack simply replied which made Itachi and the others confused.
"When you say warmth, what exactly do you mean?" Itachi charged at Jack and brought out his devil bat wings, causing Jack to widen her eyes a bit before jumping out of harm's way.
"We want to return to the womb." Jack replied and summoned forth a knife that was decorated in golden lines and let out a golden glow.
"The womb?" Itachi questioned with a raised brow when suddenly he felt his body warning him of the danger of that blade. "No, it can't be…" Itachi uttered with his eyes slightly widened.
Bob appeared behind Jack and caught her in a bear hug. "How about you calm down and let's talk?" Bob suggested when suddenly Jack jabbed the knife into Bob's side making him flinch in pain, and forcing him to let go of Jack. "T-This pain… it burns! What is this?" Bob questioned as he vomited out a little blood, as his side was throbbing in immense pain.
"So, you are a devil as well?" Jack looked down on Bob having realized what they were when she saw Itachi's wings earlier. "Too bad for you." Jack smiled cutely at Bob whom grunted in pain as he looked up at her.
"Itachi-sama… that is…" Kuroka uttered with a hint of shock in her voice.
"A holy sword." Itachi narrowed his eyes at Jack, and tried to remember a Sacred Gear that had this ability from the books he had read ever since he was a child. Jack then appeared hovering above Bob with her arms raised and stretched out to the sides.
Rebellion
Jack uttered as seven different swords that let out the same golden holy glow appeared out of thin air over Bob. "Die." Jack uttered coldly.
Promotion Queen!
Bob then suddenly exploded with power as his body let out a light blue glow, as his power increased to the level of a high-class devil, no, an ultimate-class. And Bob sent such a powerful shockwave of power that Jack was knocked back along with her holy swords that hovered around her. Jack looked a little taken aback at this development as she skidded back.
"I see, so that is your Sacred Gear." Itachi said as he recognized the name, Rebellion. "An ability which allows the user to create all kinds of weapons to go up against various different species, and each blade will affect those from that species. Also allowing the user to fight against almost all kinds of opponents and giving them a winning chance, however the effect of each blade will only be as effective as the wielders own power. And with your current level of power you wouldn't be able to affect anyone on Satan-Class, Arch-Angel, Leader-Class or higher that much. And judging by your level of power you are at least low ultimate-class level at this point." Itachi analyzed Jack's power.
Jack gave a cute innocent like smile. "Correct!" Jack had the seven holy sword levitating around her fly towards Itachi at super speed yet for Itachi with his sharingan the blades looked like they were moving slower. The blades let out a golden holy glow, Itachi then instantly created his strongest defense magic circle in front of him. The knives stabbed into the magic circle and the circle started to crack, as the holy blades kept pushing towards.
'Her holy energy is weakening my defense magic circle, and she can levitate the blades putting more force into them, so that even my strongest defense magic circle can't keep up. At this rate she will break through.' Itachi thought as he leaped back and jumped to the side as the blades flew crashing into a wall. 'Seems she cannot redirect the blades and only send them in one direction.' Itachi leaped back into a defensive stance. "I'm not here to fight you, I only wish to talk to you." Itachi said trying to avoid having a troublesome fight.
"Talk? We wish not to talk, let down the barrier and release us now." Jack had zero intentions of discussing anything with these three strangers and want to go back to her one true goal to return to the one place she considered warm.
"Tell me at least why you are so interested in returning to the womb." Itachi figured the more he knew about Jack the more he could do to help her. And then he would try and offer her to join his peerage.
Jack then smirked as she didn't see the harm in telling him. "Heh, very well. We were thrown away by our mothers, out in the cold, our hatred grew stronger and stronger, our desire for warmth grew even more. We want to return to the warmth, get revenge for those who threw us away like trash." Jack said as her body let out a dark mist and her eyes began to glow red, and she formed two twin black red knives in her hands. Her speed then suddenly increased as she vanished from the spot where she once stood.
"Keep your guard up." Itachi warned when suddenly he felt a stabbing pain in his shoulder and turned around to see Jack.
"One of our abilities, our presence cannot be detected until we have struck you." Jack said as the black mist around her vanished and Itachi fell to his knees as blood gushed out from his shoulder.
Itachi grunted in pain and quickly sent a wave of water just strong enough to push Jack off of him. Itachi reached up to his shoulder and pulled the blade out. 'She didn't use a holy sword this time… she must have done this to give me a warning.' Itachi thought as he threw the red blade to the side. Jack got up and looked a little annoyed that her clothes were drenching wet.
Itachi quickly returned to his stoic expression as he was used to this level of pain. Itachi started to think about what Jack was talking about earlier and tried to make sense of it. 'She keeps referring to herself as us… she said their mothers threw them away like trash as in more than one… she wants warmth and revenge for those who threw them away like trash.' Itachi narrowed his eyes at Jack and started remembering Jack's file. 'She only kills young women… mostly prostitutes… wait a minute… she wants to return to the womb of a mother, all her victims were dissected around the womb area. There is a connection here, that much is clear but the answer remains a mystery. Think, think…' Itachi kept digging through his mind to try and connected the dots.
"Take down this barrier, or die." Jack readied a blade and charged at Itachi with super speed, the ground in front of Itachi then suddenly cracked and a piece of the ground popped up blocking Jack's path. Bob had stomped his foot into the ground and put as much force into it as he could.
"Oy, Itachi why are you spacing off over there?" Bob leaped in front of his master in a defensive manner.
"I'm just thinking, by the way I had it covered." Itachi said as a magic circle was already formed in his palm as he was about to put up a defensive magic circle. 'Hn, revenge… most of the victims were prostitutes… they were thrown away like trash… I think I get it.' Itachi looked at Jack whom was keeping her distance and planning her next move. "I think I have it figured out."
"Huh?" Jack raised a brow in confusion at Itachi's words.
"The way you refer to yourself as us, saying you were thrown away like trash by your mothers, talking about revenge and killing mostly prostitutes. You connect yourself with the aborted children, and the mothers of these children were prostitutes, and that fuels you with hatred. Perhaps your mother threw you out and that made you angry at all those who abandon their children. Isn't that right? Or am I mistaken?" This was just an assumption Itachi made, he wasn't sure whether he was right or wrong, but this was the closest thing he could figure out with the information he had been given.
Jack then had another cute smile creep up, and she tilted her head sideways. "You are almost right. We are the ten thousand dead children, in a single lifeform, our hatred is one. We were created from the hatred of the dead children, lived on the cold streets, thrown out in the cold streets and waters. We desire vengeance and warmth." Jack's words came as a shock to the Sitri group.
"She's a combination of aborted children? How?" Kuroka questioned with a look of disbelief.
"That's very hard to believe…" Bob uttered with an equal look of disbelief.
"Perhaps someone using magic gathered the hatred of these dead souls and created her… then again, it might be something else." Itachi didn't believe it at first just like his two peerage members. But then again, a powerful godlike being could have created her just like he was granted a second chance in the first place. So, he wasn't really sure what to think, but for now he would take the assassins word for it.
"You are interesting, but we cannot get captured." Jack smiled and brought forth two knives.
"Before we begin, could I at least tell you what I am here for?" Itachi stopped Jack from attacking, and the assassin gave him a wary look before nodding in agreement. "I want you to become a part of my peerage, and for you to stop this killing, do that and I will offer you your desire of warmth. I will give you a new home with warmth, not in the way you think you can achieve it, but a different one. I will grant you a family, a warm home, love and care."
"…" Jack looked a little taken aback by this but then narrowed her eyes as she summoned forth two holy blades replacing her current knives. "You lie, we don't trust you… Our desire is stronger than our quest for revenge. But you cannot offer us the warmth." Jack charged at Itachi and Bob and Kuroka were about to get in between.
"Don't interfere, Bob, Kuroka." Itachi ordered as they both looked taken aback.
"But-" Bob and Kuroka were about to protest. But Itachi gave them a stern look.
"That's an order." Itachi said as he returned his attention to Jack whom was almost in front of him now. Itachi opened his arms and concentrated his fire element into his body.
Then as Jack was about to stab him with the holy blades, Itachi's arms embraced around her tiny body. "Huh?" Jack widened her eyes as Itachi's embrace was warm, comfy, and gentle. Taken aback by this she dropped her blades that were inches away from stabbing Itachi.
"I can grant you the warmth… I promise to give you warmth. Just stop this madness and end your quest for vengeance, become a member of my peerage." Itachi said as he slightly tightened his embrace around Jack and his body heat warmed up her tiny body.
Jack still looked with wide eyes as she felt a warmth unlike any other she has ever felt. "We feel… warm…" Jack uttered.
"I promise you that if you come with me, you can feel this warmth whenever you desire." Itachi said with a warm smile as Jack was left awestruck.
Jack had a warm comfortable smile on her face as she shed some tears. "Yes… from now on you are our…" Jack uttered and returned the hug. "Mommy."
"Eh?" Itachi blinked a little in confusion.
While Kuroka and Bob looked taken aback, then suddenly Kuroka started laughing out loud, while Bob snickered and struggled to hold back his laughter. "Momma Itachi-sama? That's hilarious! Nya! Kuroka laughed and rolled around on the ground while holding over her stomach. "Ah! Ah! It hurts! It hurts too much from laughing! Nya!"
Itachi twitched his eyes a little, but then felt Jack tighten her embrace around him. He let out a sigh and decided to just to let Jack call him that. He stood up and Jack leaped into his arms and wrapped her legs around his waist, not letting go. "Very well, I take it you want to join?" Itachi asked with a smile and Jack simply nodded while cuddling up to him even more, like a child with its parent.
Then Itachi summoned forth a knight piece, as this obvious suited Jack the best. He then brought the knight piece closer to her body, as she was still clinging on him the piece merged in with her from her back. A blue glimmer of light was seen through the foggy mist of White Chapel.
Itachi then turned around with Jack still hanging onto him, as he faced Kuroka and Bob. "Looks like we have a new member for our family." Itachi smiled at his other two peerage members that both shared the same smile. "Let's take this little girl home." Itachi said as he petted Jack's head.
"We will go wherever mom goes." Jack said with a warm smile as she tightened her embrace with her new master.
"Let's go back, Kuroka." Itachi looked at his queen whom prepared a magic circle to transport them all back home. The four of them vanished through the magic circle in a flash of blue light.
The Sitri castle
Itachi arrived through a magic circle in the main hall of the Sitri castle, where Sona, Serafall, Rias, Akeno and Koneko had been waiting for them. "We're back." Itachi announced and they all turned around to face Itachi and his peerage.
""Eh?!"" All the girls looked shocked at seeing the little silver haired girl wrapped around Itachi.
"Wh-Who is that?!" Sona questioned looking like she demanded an answer for this little girl clinging onto her older brother. While Rias and the others wondered if they had a new love rival, and Serafall was a mixture of both Sona and the other girl's feelings.
"This is my new peerage member, Jack The Ripper, my Knight." Itachi introduced as Jack gave them a stare with a raised brow. While everyone looked shocked that this little girl was the new Jack The Ripper.
"Who are they?" Jack questioned.
"Those two are my sisters, my younger sister Sona and my older sister Serafall. And these are my friends Rias Gremory, Akeno Himejima and Koneko Tojo. They are your friends now as well." Itachi replied with a warm smile.
"Nice to meet you!" Jack smiled cutely and returned to cuddling with Itachi.
"Itachi… you didn't by any chance make her fall in love with you, did you?" Rias questioned sending Itachi glares that felt like daggers.
"Actually… I don't think so." Itachi replied with a stoic expression.
Serafall then jumped in and faced Jack. "What is your relationship to my beloved It-tan?"
"He is our new mommy!" Jack replied with a childlike smile making the girls gain confused looks.
""Eh?"" They all looked confused.
"We had the same reaction, apparently she sees Itachi as her mother now, why I am not sure." Bob said as he let out a small snicker at this.
"It's still kind of funny. Nya." Kuroka let out a small giggle and so did the other girls, besides Sona and Koneko whom only had an amused smile.
"Okay that's enough of that." Itachi said with a sigh.
"We shall protect you mommy!" Jack smiled and tightened her embrace which made Itachi let out a sigh and smile a little.
"I appreciate it, and I expect you to serve me with loyalty from now on." Itachi said as he petted the top of her head.
Jack looked him in the eyes and smiled warmly and cutely. "Yes!"
