In the dead of the night, one house still showing light from one of the room.
A man, around mid twenties, still reading from his phone.
The stories that his reading nowadays were mainly fanfics, and especially from animes.
Stories that different from the original, sometimes self insert, or other scenarios.
He've read countless stories, making his life dull. He can't find any other interest besides reading. Aside from reading, the only leisure thing he will do is to sleep.
Currently, his reading a Pokémon fanfic that have at least a thousand chapter.
"What time is it?", the man said to himself while looking at the time on his phone.
"Oh.... it's 2:22AM.. ha.. ", the man said while yawning and rubbing his eyes. Clearly showing fatigue and drowsiness.
"I guess it's time to sleep.", the man said. He slowly turn off his phone and put it on the table right beside his bed.
[It'll be nice if I can also experience being reincarnated, just kidding....], the man think of himself while letting his body drown on slumber. Not knowing that this may be his last time on this dull and colorless life.
An hour later, when the man was fully asleep.
A portal suddenly appear on the ceiling and the floor. It expand throughout the whole room.
When the portal was fully expand, the portal below immediately release a beam of light enveloping the whole room and pass it through the top portal.
This include the man that had fallen asleep, along with the man's other devices and equipment's.
After the beam of light finally faded. What's leave was an empty room, not a single dust can be found. Even the lightbulbs can't be found, or maybe it exploded during the process.
What happen here can only be called a mystery. But can be explain on later days.

Along on the dimension of space, an entity senses the anomaly. He/She can be describe as the Random Omnipotent Being, a.k.a as ROB in-short. Most stories describe this being as he. So he stick to the description for any human that he across can define him as such.
ROB sense the disturbance in space and dimensions that should not normally occur. Upon identifying the anomaly, he can only sign as the one's that cause it or the group that cause it can't be easily handle and just it slip by.
"How unfortunate, that I can't do anything about preventing your misfortune from happening. I can't even talk to you unfortunate one.", ROB said as he see that light that was about to pass through he side.
"Well, your going to the world that cause you to this happen any. Maybe you can find out yourself.", ROM said as he see the person that was at the center of the light, completely asleep.
"Let's get you a gift, so that you can have fun on your own there.", ROB said as he flick his finger and something flew passing the light and into the man. After it touch the man, the light slip pass through to the other dimension.
"Best of luck my friend", ROB said as he wave his hand for a goodbye.
"*sign* How unlucky of me for the witnessing the look on his face the moment he sees his situation.", ROB said the he slowly disappear on space.

Somewhere on the middle of the ocean, bordering at the four regions of Hoenn, Johto, Alola, and Orange Islands.
An Island mysteriously appears. Nobody knows what the reason of its appearance, its can sometimes appear near the soars of regions, sometimes on secluded places.
Some people tries to explore the island. Some can went inside, but some cannot. It was being protected by an unknown force prevented from being invade from malicious beings.
Pokémon's that can be found here came from different regions throughout it's time appearing on different regions. Mostly pokemons here were super friendly and powerful. Some trainers tried to catch them but mostly failed. The moment these pokemon detect these from happening, they will show hostility and driven the trainer out the island. Though there are some infant pokemons allow themselves to follow a trainer. But most mature ones decide to stay on the island, living on a peaceful live.
At the center of the island located a big mansion, protected by strong pokemons. The league tried to investigate the mansion. But the moment they got near the mansion, they got bombarded by all of the pokemon on the area. There's also a Golurk protected the entrance of the mansion. But pokemons can freely explore the area, making only there pokemon attach with some hidden cameras to survey the mansion.
Inside the mansion, many pokemon can be seen working. Mr. Mimes and Chansey's were cooking on the kitchen, Venusaurs and other grass type pokemon were taking care of the plant around the mansion, Electivire and other electric type pokemon were building a small powerplant with solar panels that can provide electricity within the mansion.
The mansion can be easily describe as a modern mansion. Complete with modern equipment like television, computers, bidet toilets, gym equipment's, and many more that currently being used by these pokemons. Maybe these were bought here by the pokemons that currently living here. Making it a big pokemon community.
On the far end of the mansion, there's a room that can be called the master's bedroom. It has a large king-size bed on the center of the room, a wardrobe with mirror, a high-tech computer for some reason, a table and chairs to sit, and a large balcony to view the outside.
On the right-side of the master's bedroom, was an office. On both sides were stack of book being placed on the whole walls on bookshelves. If not for large table at the far end of the room, this place can be called a storage on book being collection by these pokemons throughout the world.
At the far end, a Pikachu can be seen working on some documents. Clearly this Pikachu can be called the one that's managing this place. As the documents were scramble in numbers and symbols, the characters from this world. This Pikachu can be seen as highly intellectual from it's species and a lot bigger from the average size. An average height for a pikachu is around 0.4m or 40cm. This pikachu was around 0.6-0.7m/60-70cm almost double it's average height.
"Pika, Pika, Pikapi, Pika, Pika, Pikapi, Pikachu" [This is hard managing this place, I hope a master will finally arrive here], the Pikachu said to itself. Hurriedly finishing these paperwork so it can relax.

At dawn, right before sunrise. A beam of light suddenly hit the whole mansion. The light came from the sky, over-shadowing the morning sun. All the pokemon on the mansion immediately woke up by the sudden tremor. And seeing the light hit the whole place some pokemon outside felt scared but upon feeling and seeing there's no harm done. All of theme felt relief.
The people all around the world that wake up early sees this phenomenon. Some get there phone to record what's happening and to upload with later on the internet. Some news broadcasters immediately start reporting live on television. And whole world was in turmoil.
Back at the mansion, at the Office. Pikachu felt someone on the master's bedroom. That place was off-limits from other pokemon from entering aside from her and the head maid Blissey. It should not be her time to clean the master's bedroom. Unless...
Pikachu quickly get up the bolt away to the master's bedroom.
Upon entering the room, she sees a man at the center of the bed, still asleep.
She can feel it. This was the man that she waiting for. Her master. She quickly headed to the bed by jumping high and landed on his chest softly.
"Pikapi!"[Master], pikachu exclaim.
A moments later, the man finally woke up.
"Huh... Pikachu?", the man said not believing what his seeing.
