...

Asuka dragged Kelly out of the corner by her hair, delivering a sharp spinning backhand that echoed through the arena. She hit the ropes, building maximum momentum, and delivered a devastating hip attack that folded her opponent in half. With fluid, terrifying speed, Asuka grabbed Kelly's arm, transitioning smoothly onto the canvas, and locked in the inescapable *Asuka Lock*.

Kelly tapped out frantically within four minutes.

Asuka had her hand raised, but she didn't celebrate. She walked over to the ropes, leaning over and grabbing a microphone from a ringside crew member. She looked directly into the hard camera, her face painted with a wild, chaotic smile.

"Nikki!" Asuka yelled, her heavily accented voice echoing through the arena. "You hide behind him! But he cannot protect you forever! I am coming for my title!" She dropped the microphone, making her intentions crystal clear.

The final hour of Monday Night RAW loomed, and a heavy, uneasy feeling settled over Madison Square Garden.

The arena lights abruptly flickered.

DEH.

The stadium was instantly plunged into suffocating darkness. The iconic, distorted sound effect echoed through the PA system, followed by the haunting, acoustic strum of Live in Fear.

Thousands of cell phone flashlights immediately illuminated the stands, transforming Madison Square Garden into a dark, sprawling sea of glowing fireflies. The atmosphere shifted from a wrestling show to a macabre, supernatural gathering.

A single spotlight hit the top of the entrance stage.

Bray Wyatt emerged from the shadows. He walked slowly, his dark Hawaiian shirt unbuttoned, the rusted, glowing oil lantern held high in his left hand. The eerie, flickering light cast long, dancing shadows across his bearded face.

Behind him, moving in perfect, silent unison, were the World Tag Team Champions. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan wore their grimy sheep masks, the massive gold titles resting heavily on their thick shoulders.

The crowd buzzed, their eyes immediately drawn to Bray Wyatt's right hand.

It was no longer bare, and it was no longer covered by a standard leather glove. Bray wore a custom, deeply unsettling piece of gear. It looked like thick, dark, distressed leather, but it was heavily textured with raised, dark red stitching that resembled bulging, infected veins. It wrapped around his fingers and extended slightly up his wrist, looking less like a piece of clothing and more like an organic, living parasite that had fused directly to his skin.

"Look at his hand," Lawler whispered on commentary, genuine unease in his voice. "That glove... it doesn't even look real. It looks infected."

"He has weaponized the Mandible Claw, King," Cole added quietly as the Wyatt Family slowly descended the steel ramp. "Mankind passed the torch, and Bray Wyatt has twisted it into something much more terrifying."

Bray climbed the steel steps, stepping gracefully through the ropes. Harper and Rowan flanked him, standing on the ring apron like massive, unblinking gargoyles. Bray walked to the center of the ring. He knelt down, raising the lantern up to his face.

He leaned forward, blowing the flame out.

The arena lights flooded back on.

A ringside technician nervously slid a microphone across the canvas and backed away quickly. Bray picked it up, remaining seated in the center of the ring, crossing his legs. He didn't speak immediately. He just smiled, looking out at the roaring New York crowd, letting the anticipation build to a fever pitch.

"Last week..." Bray began, his voice smooth, hypnotic, and incredibly calm. "I stood in this very ring... and I looked into the eyes of a monster."

The crowd murmured, hanging on his every word.

"A lot of people look at Mankind and they see a legend," Bray continued, slowly tracing the eerie, parasitic veins on his right glove with his left index finger. "They see a man who sacrificed his body for your entertainment. But I don't see a man. I see a mirror. I looked into the dark, hollow eyes of that leather mask... and I saw a fractured soul. A soul that understands the true nature of pain."

Bray chuckled softly, a low rumble that resonated through the microphone.

"We didn't have to speak," Bray explained, looking up at the ceiling. "We didn't need to exchange pleasantries. Because monsters speak a different language. We speak the language of suffering. And when he stood before me, he didn't see an enemy. He saw the future."

Bray slowly pushed himself up to a vertical base. He paced the ring, his dark eyes sweeping across the audience.

"He offered me his darkest creation," Bray preached, his voice rising slightly in volume and intensity. "He handed me the sickness that lived inside of him. And as I took it... as I accepted his gift... he whispered a truth to me. A truth that empowered me. He told me that the world is broken... and that only a true monster can fix it."

Bray stopped pacing, turning his attention to the parasite-like glove covering his right hand. He raised it up, staring at it with twisted fascination.

"When I thrust this hand into his mouth..." Bray whispered, his eyes widening. "When I felt the life drain from his body... I felt a surge of absolute, unholy power. I saw how great it could be. I saw the sickness spread. And I realized... that I have been chosen."

Bray lowered his hand, pointing a commanding finger directly into the hard camera. The hypnotic smile vanished, replaced by a look of fierce, unhinged intent.

"Sandro Zhang," Bray warned, his voice dropping into a dark, gritty growl. "You sit in your private jets. You hide behind your expensive suits and your corporate lawyers. You walk around calling yourself a God King, holding onto gold that does not belong to you."

The crowd cheered, fully backing the Eater of Worlds in his crusade against the arrogant champion.

"But your throne is built on lies," Bray declared, stepping closer to the camera. "You think you can sue your way out of a reckoning? You think your money can protect you from the dark? You are a false idol, Sandro. And false idols must be torn down."

Bray raised his right hand again, flexing the parasitic glove.

"My brothers hold the tag team division in their grasp," Bray shouted, gesturing to Harper and Rowan. "And now, I am preparing myself. I am ready to reach out and take exactly what I desire. Whether it is the WWE Championship... or the World Heavyweight Championship... it doesn't matter. One of those titles belongs to me."

Bray leaned his face directly into the camera lens, his eyes burning with chaotic fire.

"I am coming to swallow your mountain, Sandro," Bray promised, a chilling, echoing laugh escaping his lips. "Run."

The arena abruptly cut to black on the sound of Bray's chilling laughter, leaving Madison Square Garden in an uproar. The God King had built an empire of gold and dominance, but the shadows were rapidly closing in, and the Eater of Worlds was bringing a sickness that no amount of wealth could cure.

The bright stadium lights snapped back on, flooding Madison Square Garden with blinding illumination.

The New York crowd let out a collective, breathless gasp, a sound that quickly morphed into a chaotic buzz of confusion and adrenaline. The squared circle was completely empty. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan had vanished without a trace, melting into the shadows just as quickly as they had emerged. Only the faint, lingering scent of extinguished lantern oil remained in the air, a haunting reminder of the Eater of Worlds and the chilling promise he had just delivered to the God King.

"They're gone!" Cole yelled, his voice cutting through the noise of the arena. "Just like last week! The Wyatt Family can seemingly appear and disappear at will!"

"It's not magic, Michael, it's a lighting trick!" JBL argued loudly, crossing his arms over his chest in defiance. "Bray Wyatt talks a big game about swallowing mountains, but he relies on the production truck to hide his tracks! He's a coward playing mind games because he knows he can't stand toe to toe with Sandro Zhang in a fair fight!"

"Call it what you want, John, but Bray Wyatt is holding the Mandible Claw," Lawler countered, shivering slightly. "He has taken the sickness of Mankind and made it his own. Sandro better have eyes in the back of his head, because the Wyatt Family is hunting him."

The broadcast pushed forward, leaving the chilling supernatural threat hanging over the show. The relentless pace of Monday Night RAW continued through the final hour. The production crew swiftly changed the ring aprons during a commercial break, setting the stage for a hard hitting tag team bout, followed by a backstage interview highlighting the rising tension in the women's division. But as the clock ticked closer to the end of the broadcast, the undeniable buzz in Madison Square Garden began to shift toward the promised main event.

The arena lights swept wildly across the sea of fans as the familiar, blaring horns of The Time is Now blasted through the sound system.

The reaction was immediate and deafening. The famous dueling chants of "Let's Go Cena! / Cena Sucks!" instantly fired up, shaking the historic walls of the venue. John Cena burst through the curtain, a look of absolute, focused intensity on his face. He held his neon green towel high in the air, standing at the top of the ramp to absorb the polarizing energy of the New York crowd. Wrapped securely around his waist was the prestigious, star spangled United States Championship.

Cena sprinted down the long steel ramp, sliding smoothly under the bottom rope. He popped up to his feet, unstrapped the heavy gold belt, and raised it high above his head for the four corners of the arena before handing it to the referee. He walked over to the ropes, requesting a microphone from the ringside crew.

The music faded, leaving Cena alone in the center of the ring, surrounded by the roaring, divided audience. He waited patiently, letting the chants naturally die down into a low, respectful hum.

"Madison Square Garden," Cena began, his voice echoing clearly through the building. "There is no energy in the world quite like the energy in this building. But tonight, before we get to business, I need to address the elephant in the room. I need to talk about what happened last week."

Cena paced slowly, looking down at his boots for a moment before meeting the gaze of the hard camera.

"Last week, I stood in this ring and defended this championship against Drew McIntyre," Cena continued, his tone serious and grounded. "And I am not going to sugarcoat it. Drew beat the absolute hell out of me. He hit me with everything he had. He threw caution to the wind, he sacrificed his own body, and he pushed me further than I have been pushed in a very long time."

A mixture of cheers and boos responded to the mention of the Scottish Psychopath.

"Drew McIntyre tapped into a dark, violent place," Cena acknowledged. "He didn't just want to win; he wanted to end my career. But I want to give credit where credit is due. When I locked in the STF, Drew didn't tap out. He didn't quit. His body simply gave out before his heart did. I respect that level of grit. I respect the fight."

Cena stopped pacing, his grip tightening on the microphone.

"But respect doesn't win championships," Cena declared, his voice rising in volume and passion. "Heart doesn't change the record books. When the dust settled, when the bell rang, I was the one who managed to stand tall! I am still your United States Champion!"

The cheers swelled, overpowering the boos as Cena tapped the heavy gold plate of the title resting on his shoulder.

"This championship has a legacy," Cena preached, looking out at the fans. "It represents opportunity. It represents the workhorse of this company. It represents men who lace up their boots every single night and fight to prove they belong at the top of the mountain. And I promised that when I won this belt, I was going to bring prestige back to it. I promised I was going to be a fighting champion."

Cena tossed his baseball cap into the crowd, rolling his shoulders out.

"So, I am not going to wait for a pay per view," Cena yelled, his intensity reaching a fever pitch. "I am not going to wait for a corporate mandate! The United States Championship Open Challenge officially resumes right here, right now, in the middle of Madison Square Garden!"

The crowd exploded.

"I don't care who you are!" Cena challenged, turning to face the entrance stage, pointing a firm finger at the heavy black curtain. "I don't care if you are a rookie looking to make a name, or a veteran looking for one last run! The prize is in the ring! If you want some... come get some!"

Cena tossed the microphone onto the canvas, stripping off his t-shirt and throwing it into the front row. He bounced on his toes, his eyes locked on the stage.

The arena hung in suspense for five agonizing seconds.

*I'M HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD!*

The upbeat, arrogant rock anthem hit the stadium speakers, and Madison Square Garden completely lost its mind. The pop was massive, an overwhelming wave of pure support for the man stepping out from behind the curtain.

Dolph Ziggler emerged, wearing his signature flashy jacket, a confident smirk plastered across his face. He soaked in the adulation, dragging his boots across the stage, showing off for the New York crowd.

"Listen to this ovation!" Cole screamed over the noise. "The Showoff is answering the call! Dolph Ziggler has stepped up to the plate!"

"Oh, give me a break!" JBL groaned, throwing his hands up in disgust. "Ziggler doesn't deserve a title shot! He is a glorified cheerleader! He rode Sandro Zhang's coattails for months, and now he thinks he can just walk down to the ring and demand a championship?"

"He pinned Randy Orton clean in the middle of the ring, John!" Lawler corrected enthusiastically. "Ziggler has momentum on his side, and he is hungry for gold!"

Ziggler walked purposefully down the ramp, but he wasn't alone. Walking a few steps behind him, providing a protective presence, was his friend and backstage ally, Zack Ryder. Ziggler slid into the ring, doing his signature hair whip pose on the ropes, while Ryder stayed on the outside, slapping the ring apron in support.

Noticing the backup, Cena signaled to the back. A moment later, the energetic beat of What's Up? briefly played, and the veteran R-Truth jogged down the ramp to a solid pop, taking his place in Cena's corner to ensure a fair fight in case Drew McIntyre decided to show his face.

Ziggler requested a microphone, stepping right up to the champion.

"John," Ziggler began, a serious, respectful edge to his voice that cut through his usual cocky demeanor. "First of all, congratulations. You went to war last week, and you survived. You proved exactly why you are the benchmark of this industry."

Cena nodded, maintaining eye contact.

"And I want to say thank you," Ziggler continued, pacing slowly. "When I was in the middle of a brutal rivalry with Randy Orton, when I had my back against the wall, you didn't just watch from the back. You came out here. You tried to save me. We stood side by side in a handicap match against the Viper. We lost that night... but I didn't forget the respect you showed me."

Ziggler stopped, pointing a finger at his own chest.

"But that was the past," Ziggler stated, his voice growing sharp. "I went on to beat Randy Orton. I proved to the world, and more importantly, I proved to myself, that I am not just a guy who bumps around to make other people look good. I am a main event player. I am a headliner. And John, I respect the hell out of you... but tonight, I am stepping out of your shadow. Tonight, I am taking that United States Championship."

Ziggler tossed the microphone out of the ring, staring a hole right through the champion.

Cena didn't say a word. He just nodded slowly, a fierce, competitive smile forming on his lips. He backed up, raising his hands, silently accepting the challenge.

The referee moved to the center of the ring, giving final instructions to both competitors before checking with the timekeeper.

DING! DING! DING!

The main event was officially underway.

Cena and Ziggler slowly circled each other, the electricity in Madison Square Garden providing a crackling atmosphere. They locked up in the center of the ring, a classic collar and elbow tie up. Cena's raw power immediately gave him the advantage, shoving Ziggler backward into the turnbuckles. The referee stepped in, calling for a clean break. Cena obliged, stepping back and offering a respectful nod.

Ziggler shook his arms out, realizing he couldn't match the champion's strength. They locked up again. This time, Ziggler used his elite amateur wrestling background, slipping under Cena's arm and quickly locking in a tight waist lock. Cena tried to break the grip, but Ziggler expertly transitioned into a side headlock, grinding Cena down to the mat.

"Look at the technical proficiency of Ziggler," Cole praised. "He knows he has to keep the bigger man grounded."

Cena fought up to his knees, powering his way to a standing position. He whipped Ziggler into the ropes. Ziggler rebounded, ducking a clothesline, and delivered a beautiful, high angle dropkick that caught Cena flush on the jaw. The champion stumbled backward and rolled out of the ring to regroup.

Ziggler didn't wait. He hit the opposite ropes, sprinting forward and launching his body through the middle ropes with a daring suicide dive!

Both men crashed hard onto the ringside floor, the impact echoing through the front rows.

The fight spilled out into the chaotic environment ringside. Ziggler grabbed Cena, delivering a stiff knife edge chop to the chest. Cena absorbed the blow, firing back with a heavy right hand that nearly spun the challenger around. Cena grabbed Ziggler, looking to ram him into the steel ring post, but Ziggler reversed the momentum, sending Cena crashing shoulder first into the unforgiving metal.
