"The Make A Wish program is incredible, and I plan on continuing to work with them," Sandro explained, his tone shifting into a serious, passionate register. "But we are just visitors. We drop in, we bring some toys, we make them smile for a few hours, and then we leave. They are still stuck in those beds. Those parents are still drowning in medical debt. I have resources that extend far beyond handing out replica title belts."
Sandro leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees, looking at the three women who meant the world to him.
"I want to start a foundation," Sandro proposed. "A completely independent charity branch funded directly by my personal trust, operating under the Nexum Core umbrella but completely separate from the corporate boardroom. We start with the children. We build a network to cover the medical debts for families fighting critical illnesses who can't afford the treatments. We pay the bills so the parents can just focus on being parents."
Alexa's eyes widened, the sheer scale of the idea cutting through her exhaustion. "Sandro... that's millions of dollars. The nightmare alone to set up a foundation like that..."
"I have accountants and lawyers who are paid very well to handle those kinds of nightmares for me," Sandro dismissed smoothly. "But I don't want to stop at hospitals. Once the medical branch is established, I want to expand it. I want to build orphanages. I want to fund welfare homes for children who have been abandoned or left behind by the system. State of the art facilities with real funding, real education, and real care."
Nikki sat up straighter, clutching her blanket. She was genuinely amazed. The God King, the man who arrogantly claimed to rule the wrestling world, was sitting in a private jet planning to single handedly restructure the charity landscape for children in need.
"That is a massive undertaking," Nikki said softly, awe in her voice. "It's beautiful, Sandro, it really is. And we are with you, one hundred percent. We will help you run it, we will be the faces of it, whatever you need. But... why? You do so much already. Why go to this extreme length?"
Sandro leaned back against the leather sofa. He looked up at the ceiling of the jet, a complex, deeply guarded emotion flickering in his dark eyes.
How could he explain the truth? How could he tell them that he was a man living a second life?
How could he explain that in his previous existence, he had been a victim of the system? He had been a man who just lost both of his parents, fallen into depression and abandoned by everyone, forced to claw his way through the unforgiving world, only to die a meaningless death due to a cosmic mistake. He had stood before a divine entity, a true God, and had been granted the ultimate apology, a reincarnation into this world, gifted with three gifts that he requested and born in a wealthy family, which hallowed him to do all of the things he did.
He couldn't tell them the literal truth. It sounded like madness. But he could tell them some emotional feeling he have.
Sandro looked down, meeting AJ's gaze, then looking at Nikki and Alexa.
"Because I know what it feels like to be given a second chance when I feel everything is gone," Sandro said, his voice dropping to a quiet, reverent whisper.
The girls listened intently, interpreting his words as a metaphor for surviving a difficult childhood or overcoming a hidden near death experience in his past.
"When I look at those kids in the hospital beds... when I think about kids sitting in overcrowded, underfunded group homes... I see people who the world has given up on," Sandro continued, his tone thick with genuine emotion. "I see kids who are waiting for a break that might never come."
Sandro slowly traced the rim of his glass with his index finger.
AJ's eyes softened, welling up with tears. She reached up, gently placing her hand on his cheek.
"Let's just say that I owe a debt," Sandro stated firmly, a fierce resolve hardening his features. "I am going to rule this industry with an iron fist. I am going to be the most ruthless, dominant champion this industry has ever seen. But outside of that ring... I am going to give back the kindness that was given to me. I am going to make sure that those kids get their second chance, too."
The cabin fell silent, the profound weight of his words hanging in the air.
Alexa set her tea down, stood up from her recliner, and walked over to the sofa. She sat down on Sandro's other side, wrapping her arms around his waist and resting her head against his chest. Nikki moved from her seat, joining them on the large sofa, wrapping her blanket around all of them.
There were no more questions about logistics or financial costs.
"We're going to build this foundation of legacy," AJ whispered, pressing a soft kiss to his jawline. "Inside the ring and out of it."
"Maybe we could give it the name the Second Chance Foundation," Nikki suggested quietly, testing the name on her tongue. "I personally love the sound of it."
Sandro wrapped his strong arms around the three women, pulling them close as the private jet soared through the night sky. The God King had established his dominance over the physical landscape of the WWE, crushing legends and breaking heroes without a second thought. He held his three girls close, preparing to launch a crusade that would change thousands of lives.
Then on the next day it was Monday, and at New York, the world's most famous arena was absolutely trembling.
Madison Square Garden was packed to the rafters, a sea of humanity buzzing with the electric, untamed energy that only a New York City crowd could produce. The countdown clock on the massive TitanTron ticked down to zero, and the building erupted.
A spectacular, deafening volley of pyrotechnics blasted across the entrance stage, lighting up the historic venue in bright flashes of red and silver. The shockwaves rattled the broadcast cameras as thousands of handmade signs shot up into the air, the roar of the fans drowning out the upbeat Monday Night RAW theme song echoing through the PA system.
The camera swept dynamically across the sold out crowd, capturing the raw, visceral hype before swooping down to the ringside announce desk.
"Welcome to Monday Night RAW, broadcasting live from the concrete jungle, the Mecca of sports entertainment, Madison Square Garden in New York City!" Cole shouted, his voice practically fighting through the noise of the capacity crowd. "I am Michael Cole, alongside Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John 'Bradshaw' Layfield, and gentlemen, we are still feeling the aftershocks of an unbelievably chaotic week!"
"I haven't been able to sleep, Michael!" Lawler cheered, a massive smile on his face as he adjusted his headset. "This company is turned completely upside down! We saw the return of a hardcore legend, and we saw a passing of the torch that gave me absolute chills!"
"What we saw was a gross abuse of corporate power!" JBL instantly snapped, his face already turning a flushed shade of red. "I have been on the phone with WWE legal all week! Mick Foley should be fired, he should be heavily fined, and he should be thrown in a New York jail cell for what he pulled last week! A General Manager cannot legally lay his hands on a WWE Superstar, let alone the Double Champion!"
"What are you talking about, John?" Cole countered smoothly, fully embracing the legendary lore of the business with a straight face. "Mick Foley didn't lay a finger on Sandro Zhang. Mick Foley was backstage in a medical neck brace! The man who marched down that ramp and fought the God King was Mankind! Two completely different people!"
"Are you taking crazy pills, Cole?!" JBL screamed, throwing his hands in the air. "It was Mick Foley in a leather mask! He didn't even bother to change out of his sweatpants! He exploited a ridiculous loophole to assault the franchise player of this company, and you two are sitting here defending it!"
"I'm defending a legend who pushed the God King to the absolute limit!" Lawler argued. "Mankind showed up and proved exactly why he is an icon! He took Sandro Zhang's best shots, and he still locked in the Mandible Claw! And even though Sandro managed to escape and steal a win, the real story happened after the bell!"
"Absolutely, King," Cole nodded, his tone growing serious. "When the lights went out, Sandro didn't attack Mankind again. Mankind was standing up as he stood face to face with Bray Wyatt, the Eater of Worlds. And in a moment that stopped the wrestling world in its tracks, Mankind handed Mr. Socko over to Bray. He willingly accepted the Mandible Claw from the leader of the Wyatt Family."
"It was a passing of the torch," Lawler whispered, shaking his head in awe. "Mankind handed his darkest, most dangerous weapon over to the one man twisted enough to use it. Now Bray Wyatt possesses the Mandible Claw, and that puts a massive target squarely on the back of the God King."
"Sandro Zhang isn't afraid of a cheap parlor trick!" JBL grumbled defensively. "The God King is untouchable!"
"We will see about that," Cole transitioned smoothly. "But speaking of untouchable, how about John Cena? Last week, the United States Champion went to war with the Scottish Psychopath, Drew McIntyre. Drew threw everything he had at Cena, including a Future Shock DDT, couple of Claymore's, and a brutal barrage of bare knuckle strikes, but Cena simply refused to quit."
"It was an absolute classic," Lawler praised. "Cena locked in the STF and held on until McIntyre simply passed out from the pain. And now, the rumor mill is buzzing. With his first successful title defense in the books, the fans are desperately waiting to see if Cena is going to bring back his legendary United States Championship Open Challenge!"
"If he does, the locker room better line up," JBL noted. "Because Cena is fighting at a level we haven't seen in years."
Before the commentary team could continue breaking down the card for the evening, the massive TitanTron above the stage flickered to life. The live feed cut away from the arena, shifting to a backstage camera positioned in the hallways of Madison Square Garden.
A loud chorus of boos instantly filled the arena as Sandro Zhang strode into the frame.
The God King was not in his wrestling gear. He wore a stunningly sharp, midnight blue designer suit. He walked with heavy, aggressive purpose, his jaw set in a cold, furious line.
Flanking him closely were his three girlfriends, forming an undeniably intimidating entourage of royalty. They weren't just walking alongside him, they were carrying his empire. AJ Lee walked on his right, holding the WWE Championship securely over her shoulder. Alexa Bliss walked on his left, carrying the massive gold World Heavyweight Championship. Right behind them was Nikki Bella, wearing a stylish crimson dress, holding her own pristine, white leather WWE Women's Championship.
Sandro didn't bother knocking. He raised his polished dress shoe and kicked the heavy wooden door of the General Manager's office completely open.
Inside, the office was cluttered with stacks of paperwork, old classic wrestling posters, and a half drank cup of coffee. Sitting behind the messy desk was Mick Foley. He was wearing his trademark red and black flannel shirt, and strapped tightly around his throat was the thick, white medical neck brace.
Foley looked up from his paperwork, genuinely startled by the violent entry. He frowned, narrowing his eyes at the billionaire champion and the three women carrying his gold.
"Do you mind?" Foley asked, his voice rough and agitated. "I'm working here. What do you want, Sandro?"
Sandro marched directly up to the desk, slamming both of his hands down flat on the wooden surface with a loud, aggressive smack. Foley didn't flinch, maintaining eye contact.
"I am going to sue you," Sandro stated, his voice deadly quiet, dripping with absolute venom. "I am going to take you to court, I am going to drain your bank accounts, and I am going to take every single thing you own."
Foley raised an eyebrow, leaning back slowly in his office chair. "Sue me? On what grounds?"
"Breach of contract. Hostile workplace environment. Gross negligence and assault," Sandro listed off smoothly, rattling the legal jargon with the cold efficiency of a Nexum Core corporate executive. "Last week, you abused your power as the General Manager of Monday Night RAW to physically lay your hands on an active WWE Superstar. You booked yourself in a match against me. You violated your executive contract, Mick, and my lawyers are going to tear you apart."
Foley looked completely bewildered. He looked from Sandro to AJ, then over to Alexa, before looking back at the God King with a thoroughly confused expression.
"Sandro... what in the blue blazes are you talking about?" Foley asked, genuinely baffled. "I didn't lay my hands on you. I didn't book myself in a match. I am a retired performer."
Foley reached up, tapping the hard plastic of his medical neck brace.
"I can't wrestle," Foley reminded him, his tone turning sharp. "I am wearing this brace because you hit me with your finishing move at SummerSlam and nearly severed my spinal cord. I was sitting right in this office, doing my job, while you were out there fighting last week."
Sandro let out a harsh, mocking scoff, rolling his eyes. "Don't take me for a fool, Foley. You think putting on a dirty brown leather mask magically protects you from a lawsuit? Everyone in the building knows that Mankind is you."
Foley's face went perfectly blank. He let out a long, heavy sigh, shaking his head with a look of deep pity.
"Sandro, I think you need to be evaluated by the medical staff," Foley said, his voice laced with mock concern. "You took a lot of heavy blows to the head last week. Mankind is a deranged, unhinged madman who hasn't been seen in this company in years. I am the General Manager. Just because a guy in a mask showed up and nearly beat you unconscious doesn't mean you can come in here and blame me for it."
Foley picked up a pen, looking back down at his paperwork.
"Now, since you are clearly speaking nonsense and suffering from a mild concussion, I suggest you leave," Foley dismissed him coldly. "I have a lot of work to do to keep this show running."
Sandro was absolutely fuming. A muscle twitched violently in his jaw. He wanted nothing more than to reach across the desk and drag the General Manager out of his chair, but he knew the corporate consequences would be disastrous. Foley had expertly weaponized his own legend against him, trapping the God King in a web of undeniable plausible deniability.
"You think this is a game?" Sandro whispered, his eyes burning with dark fury. "I am going to get those legal papers drawn up. Keep playing your little characters, Mick. Let's see if Mankind can afford your legal fees."
Sandro stood up straight, adjusting his suit jacket. He snapped his fingers, gesturing for his girlfriends to follow him. AJ, Alexa, and Nikki shot Foley venomous glares before turning on their heels and following the Double Champion out of the office.
The camera lingered on Mick Foley sitting behind his desk.
As the heavy wooden door clicked shut behind the God King, Foley slowly lowered his pen. He looked directly into the camera lens.
The warm, folksy demeanor of the General Manager instantly vanished. Foley's eyes widened slightly, and a slow, deeply unsettling, eerie smile spread across his face. He didn't blink. He just stared into the lens, looking exactly like the deranged, unhinged madman Sandro had just accused him of being.
The Madison Square Garden crowd exploded into a massive, echoing roar of cheers, fully understanding the psychological warfare Foley was playing.
The TitanTron feed cut back to the arena, leaving the announce desk in absolute chaos.
"I knew it!" JBL screamed, completely melting down. "Did you see that smile?! Did you see the look on his face?! It was him! Mick Foley is Mankind, and he is blatantly lying to the face of the Double Champion!"
"I just saw a General Manager trying to get back to his paperwork, John," Cole laughed, highly amused by the meltdown. "Sandro Zhang is paranoid! The pressure of carrying two World Championships and dodging the Wyatt Family is getting to his head!"
"Foley is a genius," Lawler chuckled. "He knows exactly how to get under Sandro's skin without breaking a single corporate rule!"
The broadcast pushed forward, keeping the momentum high with a fast-paced tag team match that riled up the New York crowd. But the tension in the building remained palpable, especially when the focus shifted back to the women's division.
Asuka made her entrance to a massive pop from the MSG crowd. Still carrying a deep, unresolved fury from Sandro's brutal kick two weeks prior, the Empress of Tomorrow walked to the ring with a terrifying intensity. Her opponent was Kelly Kelly, a fan favorite who simply found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The bell rang, and Asuka unleashed an absolute clinic of vicious, stiff offense. She didn't bother with grappling or chain wrestling, she utilized her elite striking background to dismantle Kelly Kelly piece by piece.
"Listen to the impact of those kicks!" Cole yelled as Asuka backed Kelly into the corner with a rapid fire sequence of roundhouse kicks to the midsection.
Asuka dragged Kelly out of the corner by her hair, delivering a sharp spinning backhand that echoed through the arena. She hit the ropes, building maximum momentum, and delivered a devastating hip attack that folded her opponent in half. With fluid, terrifying speed, Asuka grabbed Kelly's arm, transitioning smoothly onto the canvas, and locked in the inescapable Asuka Lock.
