Kai Syaoran also created a powerful curse that made the Han almost immortal. When killed, they came back as supreme wanderers and just continued with their "lives" as though nothing happened. They could continue to cultivate, and even their talents were magnified. As supreme wanderers, the Han became even harder to kill. To this day, Kai Syaoran was the only one who knew how to truly kill a wanderer, let alone a supreme wanderer.
He had secured the Han in preparation for the Tribulation that he suspected would try to wipe out his people in an effort to mock him over how even he had to accept that death lay in the hands of the heavens. At this moment, it was clear that that was not his Tribulation. Still, he felt that the Chaos Tribulation was far from enough. He believed that the heavens had to have something more planned.
