Right as they were still in the middle of their embrace, the last person Aok wanted to see suddenly appeared.
Guilin.
Aok's expression changed immediately. He quickly moved in front of Kui, completely blocking him from Guilin's view as if he were protecting something precious from an unwanted pair of eyes.
"What are you doing out here?" Aok growled, his voice filled with obvious annoyance.
Guilin stopped a few steps away, his brows already drawn together. He held a folded towel in his hands.
"I forgot to get him a towel, so I thought I might as well bring one by," Guilin mumbled, looking at Aok with an equally displeased expression. "But what are you doing here?"
His eyes shifted slightly, and he caught a glimpse of Kui hiding directly behind Aok.
Guilin's heart clenched at the sight.
Kui's long, wet hair was still dripping water onto his shoulders, and he was clearly trying to use Aok's broad body to hide himself. Guilin couldn't help frowning deeper.
