brain stared at Chad Norris in horror as the man casually gripped time itself with his bare hand while slowly approaching him.
''brother swap with me... please?" Brian muttered pitifully as Steve came out for a moment yelling ''what in the six realms you want me to do if your struggling, my main ability is physical power but not even I can just grab time itself with my bare hands.''
Brian clicked his teeth in anger as Steve gave him control again.
Brian summoned shadow to attacks chads shadow but the shadows approaching shattered like glass despite not having a physical form and Chad himself seemingly didn't move at all he just kept walking casually towards Brian with a confident gaze.
Steve took over as Brian started panicking watching as john acorn was also unaffected by the time stop around them like all his power was worthless.
''I have an idea!'' Steve told Brian in their shared mind as he took over their shared body.
both stopped and watched with visible amusement at the very obvious change in aura.
''WAIT! please I apologize for my brother's rude actions, but we only came as a messenger baring a warning.''
the two demigods looked at each other before nodding in unison as the squirrel John Acorns spoke in a ghastly voice ''Thou must speaketh or else thine soul will be used to feed the soil.''
Steve gulped deeply but nodded as he slowly stood up while cautiously watching the two before clearing his throat. "Ahem my name is Steve origins, and you already meet my brother Brian veil we are two souls who share a body.'' he introduced himself with an elegant bow.
Chad was obviously curious about the man in front of him but patiently waited for him to finish while john looked ready to snap if he didn't get to the point.
Steve continued speaking seeing johns impatient face full of irritation ''I am one of the few irregulars that gained power enough to survive what fate throws our way, but right now all-powerful irregulars and anomalies are in danger as the black titan is trying to escape and its minions are recruiting any powerful creatures outside of fate and those who deny them are cloned and still added to their armies.''
''we just want to warn every who is on their list and see if they will join us in fighting them or at least stay out of it as we try to stop a second divine war.''
john and Chad looked at each other while think as if they were connected psychically.
Chad turned to a nervous Steve ''We heard that two primal gods died during the first battle. unfortunately, we were yet to be born in an era of powerhouses we won't join them or you... however should another divine war broke out we will join you on the condition we fight these creatures that slayed gods or of equal strength.''
Steve let out a smile hearing he wouldn't have to fight these two himself.
''Thank you, I must go now as two more need to receive this message.''
a spirit claw blocked Steves quick exit Steve nervously turned to the squirrel the size of bear who seemed to constantly be changing his size ''Thou must listen, talents and power are rising over the horizon as if the land sees a massive war ahead, if thou seeks more power to stop these threats seek out rising stars fated or not all must work together if all thee seeks is to prevent another divine war.''
Steves eyes widened as now that he thought about crazy strong talent were popping up a lot more frequently as if fate is preparing the whole world for the battle to come.
Steve bowed deeply and thanked john acorn for his advice that would guide on what to do next.
''Oh, and good sure can you also unpause time.'' Steve asked politely as Chad looked around in realization.
''whoops, I almost forgot thanks for reminding me!'' Chad the proceeded to slap space time itself allowing time to run once again.
the wind started blowing again as flos was finally able to move again.
flos and steve meet up soon after when Chad Norris appeared out of nowhere freaking the two out.
chads resting smug smile never left his face as he grabbed both of their shoulders.
''before you two go I just remembered an old pal of mine who might want to help. his name is clay dark and he hates higher powers but none more than the evil titan so Imma send you to him now.''
Steve opened his mouth to retort but Chad just kicked the air itself collapsing space before nonchalantly tossing them into the rift.
Chad just waved goodbye as the two screaming elves fell through the rift only to manually close the rift with his bare hands after they disappeared.
Chad turned his gaze to the sky glaring at a golden eyes surrounded by green sand forming two halos around it.
''hey now calm down there we didn't mess with time, it was the other guy I just paused his time reversal promise. we both know how grumpy you get when someone messes with time.''
the eye glared at him angrily before turning away like an exhausted worker who didn't want any overtime work.
A rift in space opened above a faraway lake as two random elves fell from it.
''Dammit brain save us you are the only one of us that can fly.''
''NO! you think I didn't notice you laughing while I was getting tossed around.''
hearing their argument flos just accepted his fate as soon enough they both fell flat on the lake with a loud smack that echoed throughout the nearby farmland.
as the two dragged themselves out of the lake bright green-eyed man stood above the exhausted duo questioningly.
''might I ask what you two are doing on my farm or should I ask why you two look like you've been through hell?"
flos strained his gaze up while steve was arguing with himself ''sir, we have a message for a clay dark please to us where he is?''
The strangers gaze glowed even brighter as the odd duo fell asleep.
''Hmm, these memories are recent and they seem to have no ill intent but all this information... seems war is on the horizon again.''
a saddened face overtook him at the mere mention of war ''seems like I need to scout out every realm to see the current state of things.
golden clones of energy left his body as they seemed to travel to other worlds.
with a wave of his hand the unconcise duo were lifted into the air and floated behind the stranger.
A few days later Steve and Flos awoke in a strange house to the sight of three kids staring at them
"Ah, DAD! the weirdos are awake.!" the kids yelled before running out of the room.
"where the hell am I?" Steve questioned.
Flos just looked around confused noticing they both were asleep in a kid's room on the couch.
a well built light elf with black hair and bright green eyes entered the room with a stern gaze.
''It seems the messengers are awake before you say anything listen to what I have to say.''
he let his words sink in before he continued on "my name is Clay dark the one you are after, after going through your memories I know why and how your here.''
"I already sent scout thought the realms and just know the situation is worse than what you two Know?"
Flos eyes widened in shock "What do you mean please tell me. my daughter is also an anomaly, so she is also in danger I need to be prepared.''
Clay let out a deep sigh "As a father myself I understand your worry but the situation is way worse than you both know.''
Steve and Flos listened intently allowing Clay to continue "The Abyssal claw already has many under his control while the shoggoth has infected a few creatures in the spirit realm and our realm whilst the blood witch is close the breaking the titan out and worst of all is you.''
Clay pointed at Steve confusing them.
"Apparently your daughter and the abyssal claw have discovered your body is special something they called the Omni vessel which makes you the perfect host to the gods or the titan. and that same power allowed the clones they made of you connect to the primal energy of nature itself.''
Steve and Brian were absolutely surprised as the thought the divine hated them.
''You are the Key to reviving Lord apo or hosting the Titan of destruction.''
"But what about my daughter?"
''She is safe but has evolved into an anomaly among anomalies and it seems the need her anomaly summoning to destroy the bridge among realms but that's proving difficult as of now since her group banished the abyssal claw to the water realm where the abyssal slime was sealed leaving the two in an endless draw.''
"What unbelievable News'' Flos muttered to himself.
