As Lily's energy was continually drained, the glowing tips of her hair grew dim, swaying in the seawater like seaweed. In just a second or two, half the Light God's energy within her body had been siphoned away. Seeing she was about to be drained to death, Lily refused to await her doom. She swiftly transformed into a beam of light and retreated.
Perhaps having gotten a taste, the gigantic sphere of light closed in behind her at extreme speed, intent on completely absorbing all the energy within her. Lily decisively counterattacked, a blinding Light Cone erupting from her back and shooting toward the sphere. Yet the attack proved useless. In fact, it only made the sphere's glow more dazzling. All of Lily's attacks and abilities stemmed from the energy of the Light God within her. With that energy completely countered by her enemy, she had lost all means of resistance.
Worse still, she could hardly even escape; the opponent was nearly as fast as she was.
