According to Tuba, he had temporarily named that angle "the Great Tree," and attacking the Central Computer from within the Great Tree was feasible.
This wasn't because he could directly influence the outside world from within. Rather, it was because Gods themselves are so "heavy" that reality alone cannot support their weight. Their bodies spill over into other angles.
