"Linda, Linda, are you in there?" The vampire Audric gently tapped on the door with his pale right hand, tipped with sharp nails.
There was no response from inside the cabin, as if no one was there, but Audric knew that Linda, the ship doctor, was inside. After she heard the Captain say that everyone from the Light God Sect had gone to the surface, only for the Light God to die there, she had locked herself in her room and refused to come out. The lifeless look in her eyes as she left had made Audric very worried.
"I've left some food and fresh water at your door. If you get hungry, take it in and eat. I'll come back this afternoon to bring you fresh supplies."
After saying this and hearing nothing from inside, Audric sighed helplessly, tugged at his black cloak, and left down the corridor.
