Mera who was on the right of the Mira and Mira who was looking directly at Rex both currently had a look of defeat.
"No matter how much you want to try to accept or not. There is something you truly need to know and it will make the difference in the long run. As for what will happen now, don't worry about it." Mira did not want to talk but still did to ensure that Mera did not do the talking.
"What she means to say is that no matter what happens in the future. You both will have a home here in the Realms. What will happen is that someone or something will try to split you both apart. When that happens, it will cause a rift in both of your Souls.
It may or may not be able to affect your Soul Mate. That is something that no one knows what will happen. You both need to be prepared for the worst when facing against enemies of unknown power sources." Mera decided it was best to lay it all out without fear.
The duo blinked as if something was unreal. A power that could not be found. That was unheard of for Tiamat. Rex could imagine something happening but with a new energy source?
"Will it be like Qi or Magic or something else altogether?" Rex asked.
"We do not know. We just know that one day a man and dragon will be married. When that man and dragon find a world it will resolve around unknown powers.
That is what we were told by some very powerful individuals a long time ago. Yet, we never listened and truly kept what we should have. So it will best if when you both are done with the first night of sex to venture out into the universe and hopefully find those powerful people to be given the words that you should be hearing."
Rex blinked and Tiamat blushed hard. It was not that either one did not want to answer but they could not currently.
Tiamat knew that Mera and Mira had not yet been given the chance to marry but still having it said so openly made her feel too worried about what would happen.
Rex was not worried about the night but he was worried about what the powerful people they mentioned would say to him. He did not want to know what they say or do to them. He was certain of one thing and one thing only. Whatever it was being said or done it would change the future for the both of them.
Tiamat decided just not to worry about it. What she worried about was her first time. Other dragons had always told her that their first was indeed painful. Why it was? None of them knew but once it started it was always bow to the mate in fear. The second time was more playful between the two.
She did not want to seem like a coward in front Rex. She also knew that something in this biology would cause her to do that. She was painfully aware that talking about this would be humiliating.
Rex and Tiamat found a spot on the other side of the volcano. The warmth spread through the cavern. Tiamat asked for time before they start their first time.
Rex was curious as to why. He worried about her but she told him that she needed to talk about it. Rex made a large bed along with a door to ensure that there was some privacy.
Tiamat sat down on the bed first. Rex sat down beside of her. Her eyes seemed to hold a dark secret that would eventually be spoken. She could not bring herself to talk.
Rex waited patiently for her to open up. When Tiamat looked at Rex. She could feel the emotions he was feeling. He was calm but worried, willing to listen and be sturdy enough to hold her worries, and she decided at that time to talk.
"Have you heard that dragons have a bad first time in bed?" Tiamat spoke in a low tone.
This was something that Rex heard in the first playthrough. That two new dragons having sex would be painful. The players who saw or heard this died because of a roar.
"I have not truly looked into it because I heard that the roar was enough to kill most beings close up. That close up depends on the dragon." Rex answered.
Tiamat felt her hair cascade down her face. She smiled and knew at least Rex had some knowledge.
"I was wondering why it was so hard to talk about this but I know now. It is hard because the truth is this. When a female dragon loses her virginity, it does not matter if it is in humanoid or dragon form. They become pseudo afraid of their mate. Is what I have heard, if it is true or not I do not know.
When the second time comes, the female knows what kind of mate they have and are either the aggressive ones in the mating process or the killers of the mate. This I know of and it would be bad for me to become the killers of the marriage." Tiamat explained the situation of the first and second time of the dragons.
Rex was glad to know that at least she was being honest. They laid down not to prepare themselves but to relax and enjoy the calmest moment before the storm.
