Since Deathholder was all bones and no skin. When he died, only his skull was left as a relic of a man who once lived a great life.
The people began to weep as they saw only his skull left on the ground. This was the Deathholder's Family way of dying.
After dying once, they would lose all of the skin. Their muscles would soon start to fail them and only left their bones to do the work.
When the muscles completely disappeared, the organs would began to fade away not just disappear but fade from their view. This allowed them to stay alive and actually try to make something out of their second life.
To most of the Deathholder Family, they already had done a lot in their first life. Rex was one of the people to truly feel the lost of a Deathholder.
The journey that Deathholder wanted he knew he would never be able to obtain but he always strived for it. Being able to strive for that dream allowed him to meet Rex.
Deathholder's son how had to hold the burial for his father. Rex called the Spider Queen from the Forbidden Game World to see how she wanted to see him buried.
After learning that she was a reincarnation of Deathholder's grandmother. Rex wanted her to know the absolute truth. She went to prepare a grand casket and find ritual stones for the tomb of her grandson.
Rex allowed Deathholder's son to actually carry the clothes and the skull of Deathholder to his room. He needed to wept and use the time properly to weep.
Rex knew that once he entered the Stairway he would have to try and get rid of that extra Soul. Tiamat could not help him, his Soul Mate were not strong enough, but knowing where a forge was Rex went there to prepare a special weapon that he hoped would kill the extra Soul within him.
The Stairway Conscious knew that once Rex had gotten his hands on the proper material. He could change the extra Soul deep within him. She feared what would happen to her.
Even still, she did not want that extra Soul lost from him. No one had been strong enough to hold it much less try to carry it through the Realms again.
"Even now, the others do not want him revived. They are now trying to actively stop it from doing so." The Stairway Conscious noticed how the materials were becoming available for Rex.
Rex would spend a week on making the weapon that he believed would kill the other Soul within him.
Right after the burial of Deathholder, Rex would attempt to modify that Soul either with a death or the Soul is too weakened to move and if he failed that one time. He would not ascend and tell the Stairway Conscious to go screw off.
She knew he had been thinking of that. She was truly someone whi believed in the fact that some things are better left unsaid.
A week passed and the Spider Queen returned to the Fifth Heavenly Realm. She wore a black thick cape over herself. She began to do a dance.
Even though it looked funny and was seriously overrated. It was the dance of the Deathholder Family. Her moves seemed to make all people think she was some kind exotic dancer being a Spider Queen.
This was the ritual that would happen to ensure that Deathholder would be able to reincarnate. The Stairway Conscious could not control if the dance was done or not.
A half hour of dancing and the Spider Queen stopped because she could feel something in the air. When she look behind her, she could see a young boy smiling wide as he enjoyed the dance.
As if the boy also joined in she held her right hand out and the duo began their dance to into the night.
People could feel as if something miraculous was about to happen at any moment. The extra Soul from Rex was so moved by the dancing it transferred all the abilities over to Rex's original Soul.
It was a shock to Rex but he was able to maintain a level of sturdiness when he felt he was about to fail in front of everyone.
His tears began to fall, he remembered just entering the Fifth Heavenly Realm with Lilith and how much it truly meant to him to see Deathholder's skeletal face.
He then began to think of all of the encounters with him. It was not many but each one was impactful.
The casket was now being carried into a large stone tomb that would forever be the burial place of the Deathholder Family for now on.
The Spider Queen crying as her grandchild was carried deep within by her great-grandson. No one could see where his burial chambers would be.
The Spider Queen made twenty more caskets to ensure that the Deathholder Family had enough caskets to last for a long time.
The group return an hour later to their own room. The Spider Queen asking for a little bit of time with Rex. She felt something had truly transpired and was left out of the loop.
Rex was not sure either what had happened. One thing was for certain, the reincarnation of Deathholder was coming and it would not happen soon enough for Rex.
