The drinks were for the most part the same. They wanted to do it in a different order though and this was the ultimate deciding factor.
Peace was one hundred percent the last drink of the night. War was the absolute second drink of the night. Suffering was the first drimk because without suffering can war would not happen. Victory would be followed by peace as this is the natural selection. As for the death, lives crippled, and family drinks everyone had a different opinion on them.
Soon it almost led to a argument before Rex told them to calm themselves. They immediately looked towards him for answers.
"After War it is family because a family will have to decide who to send. Then because death happens in the war it will be followed by lives crippled.
Is there any disagreement?" Rex asked.
Everyone did not want to argue with Rex and decided to follow it. The way it would go tonight is that Suffering was the first drink, followed by War because it would be declared, then because a War was a declared families would be split apart by sending people to War, then Death happens in the War, which would be followed by the Lives Crippled because no matter how you look at it the death comes first before people become crippled, then Victory happens after lives are crippled, and the last one to be finished was Peace.
"Who will explain the drinks?" The Shadow Commander asked.
Everyone turned to Rex for this. He sighed but accepted it his fate to speak about it.
"We will need a few soldiers and cultivators. We will be enacting for the drinks. So, I will lead the story about the drinks but a few people will have to help with enacting to explain why the drinks are the way they are." Rex spoke.
The group went to the building where Rex and his women had ended up spending the first night in. They went to his room to explain the situation.
"Alright. We have three Shadow People and three cultivators here. We can enact it here and help a few others learn the steps before nightfall." Rex spoke.
Everyone nodded.
"First, give me seven cups and write down which one is so we can efficiently do this right please?" He just plainly asked and his women had gotten the seven cups and wrote on them.
"First Suffering. Today the drink of suffering through the enactment will be shown and then we drink." Rex spoke.
He wanted to act like he could help them understand by already going through his motions.
"In this part, the Shadow People just slightly hit the cultivators. This is not a showdown of beating people just a little suffering through being annoyed for the enactors." Rex spoke.
The Shadow People did just that and it annoyed the cultivators but they could handle the situation for now.
"Finally, a straw breaks and War is declared." Rex spoke.
One of the cultivators decided enough was enough and gave in the suffering to declare War.
"Because War is declared Families have to decide whom they will send to War." Rex spoke.
The two groups talked a little in a huddle. They too were getting into the hang of this and could easily follow the flow that Rex was giving.
"Once families have sent their people to War. Death comes in to effect the people in it." Rex spoke.
Each of them had just one for now fall over dead.
"Because of the Death of the individuals in the War. The family and friends are now crippled because they cannot survive on their own, or they might be able to survive but it takes too much still leaving them crippled." Rex had to speak in a saddened tone.
The two people carried the fallen soldier to the others who began to cry their hearts out.
"Victory comes in a price and that price was the death, lives crippled, and the family who suffered during the War." Rex spoke in a glorious tone.
A small coin like thing was flipped, heads was the non-painted side and tails was the painted. The Shadow People declared tails. The coin was flipped by Rex. It landed on tails. The Shadow People cheered for their Victory.
"With that Victory, no matter of it is humans vs humans, humans vs demons, humans vs demi-humans, humans vs Shadow People, demons vs demi-humans, demons vs Shadow People, demi-humans vs Shadow People, or any other mix of the four Races. A Peace will be offered even if only temporary." Rex spoke.
The group hugged each other to show their peace.
"Now, that we have drunk the seven drinks. Remember that each drink is special. This is what we had choosen for this night. It might be changed a little for the people celebrating this in their own homes.
Remember, this is a special time to remember." Rex finished.
The group clapped for Rex leading them like this. They too could easily teach some more very easily.
"Of course, when we go to actually it in front of everyone. We will have to declare the human side being the winner. I just thought it would be funny to do try something funny with just us." Rex spoke.
They all agreed because this was truth. Yeah it was funny for them to be able to do something fun but it took a lot to get to the Peace that they are in now.
"We will offer one more drink of any kind to praise the peace that we have not only with the Shadow People but all Races now living in the Realms." Rex spoke.
They all agreed but gave Rex the mission of following through with the drink itself.
Rex occupied by his women went to see the drinks that they could get from the two Sects just a little ways away.
They were able to return before the enactment of the drinks would be done.
