Chapter 156 - Festival of Gil 1 (EDITED) 

Leonel's enthusiasm only lasted for an hour before he slumped back on the rock again. His energy came and went like the wind. He stretched his arms, yawned loudly, and decided to check his messages.

A few notifications popped up.

He sent a message to Roz earlier, reminding the kid to save his gil so that when the in-game currency arrived, he'd be rich. Leonel thought it was solid advice.

The reply he got?

[Roz: ok]

That was it.

Not even a "thank you."

Leonel stared at the screen, lips twitching. "Wow. Kids these days," he muttered and leaned back on his chair. Somehow, he got the feeling Roz was avoiding him.

"Eh, he's probably busy," Leonel said, shrugging it off.

Still, he couldn't help but feel a little worried. Roz was a good kid, and the more Leonel got to know him, the more he liked him. There was something about the boy's polite, awkward replies that made Leonel want to look out for him.
