Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

Alice walked up to the helicopter slowly. The metal shell reflected the cold light of the overcast sky, and the wind carried a faint smell of fuel and dust. She reached out and glanced inside, carefully inspecting the cockpit and cabin. Her brows knitted slightly. This helicopter looked surprisingly new—barely worn, and clearly still usable.
Just as that thought crossed her mind, a familiar voice sounded behind her.
"Alice, long time no see. I've really been thinking about you."
The moment she heard that voice, Alice's entire body trembled. It was not fear, but a deep, instinctive reaction rooted in memory and anger. Her jaw tightened, teeth grinding together as she forced the name out.
"Jack."
"Look at you," Jack said with a smile. "You're trembling with excitement. Reunions are always touching, but you didn't need to be this emotional."
Alice spun around instantly. Her weapon snapped up, aimed directly at Jack's head. Her eyes were sharp, burning with hatred.
"Jack," she said coldly, "you actually dare to appear in front of me."
"Is this the tone you use when talking to your husband?" Jack replied, smiling evilly.
The word struck like a blade. Intense shame and resentment flashed through Alice's eyes. Her grip tightened.
"Despicable," she spat. "I will kill you. You actually dared to do that to me."
"What did I do?" Jack shrugged casually.
"Are you denying it?" Alice asked, her voice icy.
"What am I denying?" Jack replied. "Tell me—what exactly did I do to you?"
A fierce, malicious light flickered deep within his eyes.
Alice's anger surged. "You know very well, Jack. I will definitely kill you today."
"Really?" Jack sneered. "Then why didn't you kill me back in the underground base? At that time, I let myself be completely at your mercy."
A complicated expression passed through Alice's eyes—hesitation, conflict, and something she refused to name.
"I thought you were already dead," she said coldly. "I didn't want to dirty my hands."
"You're lying," Jack said flatly.
"No," Alice shouted.
"You are."
"No. I said I wasn't."
"Hahaha." Jack suddenly laughed, his laughter echoing unnervingly.
Alice's gaze hardened. "What are you laughing at? Is it that funny?"
"I never expected you to have such a lovable side, Alice," Jack said with a grin.
"I'll kill you."
Alice's pupils instantly transformed into sharp triangular shapes. An overwhelming surge of Thought Power erupted from her body, like a force capable of moving mountains. Invisible pressure roared toward Jack.
Jack's eyes widened slightly. In an instant, an unseen force rose to meet it, blocking Alice's attack completely.
"If things followed the original course," Jack said calmly, "you would've already been erased by Wesker. But you're still here. Not only that—you're stronger than before. Our first encounter really benefited you."
"Don't say that!" Alice screamed.
The ground around them trembled. Stones, soil, and debris lifted into the air as if gravity had been reversed. Nearby aircraft creaked loudly, swaying as they slowly rose from the ground.
Jack smiled faintly. "This power really is impressive. But you're not the only one who grew stronger."
He took a step forward.
"Do you know how much my T-Cells strengthened after that first time?" Jack continued. "They strengthened so much that I almost lost control. It took me half a year just to stabilize them."
"That has nothing to do with me," Alice said coldly. "All I know is that I must tear you apart. I hate you."
Jack looked straight into her eyes.
"You really hate me that much?" he said softly. "That honestly makes me feel a little embarrassed."
"Just die and stop talking!" Alice roared.
Her Thought Power surged to its absolute limit.
Bang! Bang!
The ground exploded violently. Shockwaves rippled outward. Several floating aircraft detonated midair, debris raining down as the entire area shook violently.
"Alice, calm down," Jack said lightly, as if unaffected by the chaos.
"I can't calm down," Alice replied coldly. "I don't need to. Either you kill me today, or I'll haunt you forever."
Jack smiled slowly.
"When dealing with an unruly woman, the usual method is to throw her onto the bed until she's convinced."
"Shameless!" Alice shouted in fury. "Only someone like you could say something like that!"
"I don't just say it," Jack replied calmly. "I'm prepared to act on it. Alice, you unruly woman—"
He shouted suddenly.
In that instant, Alice's Thought Power collapsed completely, as if crushed by an invisible hand.
Alice staggered backward seven or eight steps. She clutched her head, pain stabbing through her brain like needles.
"How… how is that possible?" she gasped.
"Alice," Jack said coldly, walking toward her step by step, "no matter how strong you become, the gap between us can't be closed. You can only be conquered by me."
Alice shook her head violently.
"Stop joking. I will never submit to you."
At that moment, hurried footsteps sounded.
Claire and the White Queen ran over. When they saw the devastation—the shattered ground, burning wreckage, and lingering shockwaves—shock flashed across their faces.
What had happened here?
"Alice… you're Alice?" the White Queen said in surprise.
Alice turned toward her, startled.
"White Queen? You're here? Weren't you unable to leave the base?"
"I have a physical body now," the White Queen replied.
"A physical body?" Alice stared, stunned.
Claire then looked at Alice cautiously.
"Who are you?"
"Claire?" Alice said in confusion. "Why are you asking who I am?"
Claire turned to Jack. "Do you know her?"
"She's Alice," Jack said calmly. "She's a partner who once fought alongside us. She came looking for us, but she misunderstood me."
Alice frowned.
"Claire… you don't recognize me?"
"She lost her memory," Jack said with a faint, wicked smile. "You should forgive her."
"Lost her memory?" Alice's heart sank.
Claire spoke gently.
"Since we once fought together as partners, we should live peacefully now. No matter what misunderstandings you have with Jack, the past has already passed. Please don't attack him again."
Alice looked at Jack, her eyes filled with fury.
"You definitely said something to her."
"Yes," Jack replied smoothly. "I told her about everything she and I experienced."
"You're deceiving her!" Alice shouted.
"Claire, White Queen," Jack said seriously, "there are some things between Alice and me that must be discussed. Otherwise, the misunderstandings can't be resolved."
"I'll be back soon. Stay here and don't go anywhere."
His figure blurred.
In the next instant, Jack appeared beside Alice.
Alice reacted immediately, trying to attack, but Jack grabbed her wrist firmly. Before she could struggle—
They vanished.
Claire stared blankly at the empty space.
"They… disappeared?"
"This is teleportation," the White Queen said quietly.
"Teleportation…" Claire murmured. "Unbelievable."
She turned to the White Queen.
"Tell me everything you know about Jack."
The White Queen hesitated. Her gaze shifted slightly. She could lie—but if Jack found out she told the truth…
She shivered faintly.
