The Fire God's Axiom was not specifically about any fires. Had that been the case, things would've been difficult for Alex from the start. It could not be about Yang, nor about anything else Alex had no trouble doing throughout the previous contests within the duel.
Meaning, the only thing he had struggled with had to be directly related to the Axiom.
So, the Fire God's Axiom had to do directly with the Sun. That made things much easier for Alex as he knew where to look when trying to gauge the aura and the Axiom. Easier though it may be, it still wasn't simple.
He was trying to learn the personal truth and Dao of a man he had only talked briefly with once before today. That made things exceptionally difficult. So, Alex had to rely on his own comprehension of Fire and Yang to try and understand what was happening with the Axiom.
What was so wrong about his own Sun that it could not form, while the Fire God's Sun could?
