Felip chuckled and his obvious mockery seemed to have caught everyone's attention.
"Are you warning him for my benefit?" Felip asked Saico with a threatening suspicious look.
"I'm trying to prevent the host from having to replace the carpets." A few nervous laughs escaped from the crowd. Indeed Saico's words were humorous, enough to break the ice but the gentlemen before him did not laugh.
"I know you," Alana looked at Saico, her voice enough for Primo to notice.
Primo immediately noticed. "You know him?"
Alana looked at Saico.
"He was the man who escorted Gabriella home the other day."
Silence.
Gabriella closed her eyes for half a second. Of all the things Alana could have said, she had chosen the one most likely to make Primo lose whatever remained of his control.
His gaze returned to Saico.
"You escorted her home?" Primo seemed to have forgotten the recent news that Felip was
