Chapter 325 - Chapter 304: All-Powerful

'How did it end up like this?' Tang San grimly thought as he held the Asura Sword high above his chest.

Immense killing intent burst out from his body and the blade, condensing into countless blood-red Asura Sword projections that filled the void like a storm of blades. Each phantom sword carried judgment, every edge sharp enough to pierce through the divine consciousness of gods.

The blood-red hue of the Asura Swords spread across the vast cosmos around them, making it as if the universe itself had been drowned in slaughter.

Stars bled crimson light, galaxies quivered under the suffocating aura, and even the eternal laws of space and time recoiled before the supreme authority of judgment and killing.

It was then six rays of red light shot out of the main Asura Sword in Tang San's hands, straight towards the nonchalant Shibai.

The six rays of red light pierced through his body as if they were spears, stabbing into his body without any resistance.

Those struck by the Asura Lights of Trial, if convicted guilty, will be blasted with dense red lightning comparable to a full strike of a God King!

And yet, Shibai remained silent and passive.

He was just waiting—observing the show happening before him.

He was like a king watching his court jester preparing a hilarious act.

Tang San felt extreme disgust and hatred towards Shibai. The boundless, cold crimson killing intent exuding from his body intensified by a hundredfold, pushing his Asura bloodline to the limit.

This man, no, this wretched otherworldly being had ruined everything!

Out of all the enemies he'd faced in his lifetime, this Shibai Ōtsutsuki is the worst

His grand plans, his ambitions! All of it thrown to the side because of his appearance!

'If it weren't for him, the Douluo Star's current Child of Destiny would already be in the palm of my hand and the complete assimilation of the Douluo Star would already be finish by now!' His eyes flickered purple, momentarily glancing somewhere.

Douluo Star

He pursed his lips. 'Even if mom and dad tries their best, it would still take them centuries to defeat the Douluo Star's Plane Will and a few millennia for mom to become the planet's new Life Core.

It would've all been shortened, if I had just managed to put a leash over that Child of Destiny! He was the chosen one! Beloved by the plane, the Plane's Will would lose all resistance if I managed to snatch their chosen guardian.

I had it all planned out—! So, why? How?!

How did I lose hold over that boy?!' Tang San's crimson-red eyes glowed, mixed with a mystical purple color. All of those thoughts and ideas he had in his mind, occured within a millisecond in real time!

With his God King–level Divine Consciousness, amplified by the divine evolution of the Purple Demon Eye, Tang San's thought process accelerated beyond imagination.

In the time it took for a single mote of light to flicker in the void, he had already calculated millions of possibilities, replayed thousands of scenarios, and sought endlessly for the answer to his own failure.

'In the first place, why would they attack us so obsessively? Do they want to assimilate our divine realm to theirs? That's ridiculous. Their divine realm isn't at the level to be able to absorb our divine realm yet.' Tang San's body changed into a bloody red glow.

He and the rest didn't know that the reason behind Ōtsutsuki Clan's appearance was because of the Child of Destiny that Tang San was thinking about.

As God Kings of the Universe, Tang San and the others could naturally see through Shibai's origins as an 'outsider'. The concept of other universes existing outside of their own wasn't foreign. As 5th dimensional beings, they could faintly sense echoes of outer universes beyond their own.

But since they didn't have the ability to step out of their universe, Tang San and the others didn't think much of the outside universe.

Which makes them extremely wary about Shibai from the start. To able to walk out of his own universe and enter theirs, and quickly assimilate himself in the universe as a God, that was a feat that defied all known principles.

Even the Dragon God, in all his glory, had only ruled within the confines of this universe. He had never breached the veil beyond.

"Asura Domain. Asura Trial."

"God and Sword as One—!"

"Asura Blood Sword!"

Tang San's godly body turned into a colossal Asura Sword in space slashing down towards the opponent. One slash from this godly sword intent was like as if it could have cut apart a world!

Shibai curled his lips into a smirk.

"Truth Seeking Orbs. Formation, 1."

Suddenly, twelve truth-seeking orbs appeared floating behind him in a circular formation. Seven of them flew outward at his mental command, each expanding until they were the size of continents, blotting out swathes of stars with their oppressive weight.

The colossal Asura Sword, Tang San's very godly sword-body incarnate, howled as it fell—its blood-red edge severing space, judgment dripping from every inch of its blade.

The seven orbs aligned in an arc before Shibai, humming in resonance. Then—

BOOM!

The impact was deafening in its silence, a collision that erased sound itself. The Asura Sword slammed down, splitting stars apart with its force, yet the seven orbs drank it all—the sharpness, the slaughter, the judgment—devoured as though it were nothing more than ink bleeding into water.

Crimson sparks scattered like dying stars. Tang San's divine blade trembled, cracks running faintly along its radiant edge.

The Truth-Seeking Orbs that are in Shibai's possession are unlike the rest of his clan—each one of them was a genuine Ultra Divine Tool! Each one of them could equal the divine tools like the Asura Sword and the Destruction Scepter.

While the Truth-Seeking Orbs are typically classified as true divine weapons or pseudo-ultra divine tools, that was only the case if the user was Class 1 and below level Gods.

And right now, he used what was essentially seven Asura Swords against one of Tang San!

Within that bloody sword light, Tang San gritted his teeth and started pulling the cosmic energies of the universe. The edge of the colossal Asura Blood Sword started mending itself and is now cutting into the first Truth-Seeking Orb.

"Hmm. That amplification of the Asura God is enough to break an Ultra Divine Tool or two. Truly, a weapon is useless without a master."

Shibai raised a hand lazily, as though swatting a fly, and the other five orbs surged forward. They overlapped in midair, twisting into a single massive construct: a black spear, dense enough to bend the cosmos around it.

"I've tested its defensive property enough. Truth-Seeking Orb: Formation, 2; World Destroying Spear!" Shibai muttered.

Just as he was about to launch it towards the Asura Blood Sword, a concentrated beam of destruction intent ripped across the void towards him, but a Truth-Seeking Orb obstructed it.

"Did you really forget about us?" Hui Mie coldly said, pointing his Destruction Scepter at him.

Shibai hummed, "No. I simply waited you to attack. After all, facing all of you at the same time is rather... troublesome. Which is why I had you all exhausted in destroying that planet.

With four of you down, I would have an easier time to get rid of the Asura God."

Hui Mie growled, immense destruction intent condensed around his body and the Destruction Scepter.

He narrowed his eyes and muttered, "How is the Asura Trial not taking any effect?"

"Hm? Pffft, hahahaha!" Shibai raised his eyebrows before bursting in laughter. The sudden sound, especially coming from him, threw Hui Mie and the others off guard.

"Oh, you mean this strange technique that judges me to be guilty and causes some sort of terrifying punishment to fall upon me? Hahaha!" He said out loud in a mocking voice.

"Haaa... What kind of crimes would I be guilty of, exactly? When I, a God, stand above all concepts of mortal law?" Shibai's eyes glowed, their brilliance drowning the cosmic space in a blinding light.

"Sin, guilt, justice... these are shackles forged for lesser beings—for weaklings! Do you truly think such concepts can bind me?

Did you not pay attention? I am your judge, executioner, and new master! Nothing I do, will ever be wrong!"

Shibai tilted his head, musing, "But it seems I had miscalculated in your recovery rate. To use a planetary-level destruction technique, I assumed it would've taken you and the others at least hours or days to recover.

Even with space-time manipulation, it wouldn't have—ah. So that's how." He turned his gaze towards the Goddess of Life behind Hui Mie.

Sheng Ming looked a bit paler than before, her divine aura was weaker than a 1st Class God.

'As expected of the being who holds the title of Life.'

Shibai's eyes remained cold as ever. Even when two extremely scorching flames, one black and one white, struck at him at both sides to the point it ripped opened the void.

""Die!!"" Both Ji Dong and Lie Yan roared, eyes bloodshot. Their divine power restored to the peak, and their wrath came down upon the man who masterminded the destruction of their planet.

As God Kings, fifth dimensional beings, they have the power to create planets and lifeforms as well. So restoring a destroyed planet would be easy as pie for them.

But that's only possible if there was even a trace of the destroyed planet! The combined attacks of four God Kings had not just wiped out the Planar Lord, the Life Core of the Planet, but also all possible paths for its restoration!

As 5th dimensional beings, they have the power to isolate time and space, destroy countless timelines, control the threads of fate and destiny—a mere mortal planet, even one as vast as the Five Elements World, was nothing before their level of creation and destruction.

But even Gods can do nothing, when there's nothing to even put back together.

It's no wonder both Ji Dong and Lie Yan are so enraged. It was to the point that they fell ill, added that they exhausted a large amount of their divine power when they involuntarily destroyed their homeworld, and were on the verge of collapse.

It was only thanks to Sheng Ming that they recovered.

As the Goddess of Life and a God King, her healing prowess was more than mere flesh and bone. She had forcefully restored their divine cores, replenishing divine essence that should have taken days or months to recover—by burning her own vitality.

The faint golden halo around her flickered like a dying candle, the once boundless ocean of life force around her is now a shrinking stream.

Shibai's gaze lingered on her for a moment before looking at Ji Dong and Lie Yan.

Suddenly, time seemed to slow into a crawl.

The golden Rinnegan on Shibai's forehead seemed to ripple, glowing eerily.

"How utterly foolish. Some may call you brave, courage, or simply downright stupid. But to me? You're all insane.

Hmm. Judging the looks on your faces, you don't seem to understand.

Let me educate you false Gods, about what the definition of insanity truly is."

He raised his arms into a T-pose, a fiery golden glow enveloped his entire body and formed into a golden cloak; with magatamas formed on his back and collar. The cosmic space around him warped, as if rejecting his very existence.

Planes of shattered dimensions cracked open like mirrors, their fragments drawn into his radiance, dissolving into ten majestic white divine rings appeared floating behind him.

The golden Rinnegan blazed brighter, its vertical slit dilating like an eye peering into the truth of all things. Time stuttered. Galaxies halted mid-rotation. Even the divine senses of the God Kings became sluggish, trapped in the mire of his domain.

"Insanity," Shibai's voice resounded, like church bells echoing throughout the cosmos. "is doing the same thing over and over, believing the outcome will change. How can you defeat something as all-powerful as I am?

The laws of this universe bend to my will!

Water, earth, fire, wind, lightning, Yin, Yang, destruction, life, and even death!"

The Ultimate Divine Yang fire and Ultimate Divine Yin fire that Ji Dong and Lie Yan respectively unleashed on Shibai quickly dissipated into his body as new nourishment.

"Disappear, into dust—"

Just as Shibai grinned victoriously, a sudden heavy sensation appeared within his body.

The golden cloak on his body trembled and slowly started dissipating. Countless chains of red, black, white, purple, and green erupted out of his body and slowly coiled around him like snakes.

They tightened at his golden cloak, sinking through the magatamas at his back, and bit into the flesh of his divine body.
