"Isobel."
At this time, the ace pilot had to focus much of her willpower towards suppressing the surging fire and flames.
Her body, the Bloodfire System and the rest of her machine had to endure a considerable amount of heat.
The thermal damage caused by all of the energetic activity was not high, but it was constant, which made it much more troublesome for Isobel to mitigate over time.
She could not afford to let down her guard or relax. Just a single second of distraction was enough to break her concentration and allow the heat to burn or melt the most vulnerable parts!
Isobel felt as if she had already transported herself back to the same situation that got herself and her machine burned.
Though the situations were not identical to each other, she still experienced the same kind of threat and dilemma.
The echo of that past traumatic encounter evoked a collection of emotions that heightened her urgency!
Ace pilots ostensibly erased their fears, but reality said otherwise.
