What he had dreamt of since middle school had finally come true, Hinata liked him back, in fact she wanted him to come back home with her. Going with her would've meant them literally living alone, because her parents were barely ever around, but for some reason his heart was already in this rural village with his foster family. He felt like he'd be doing them wrong if he just up and left after all they did for him, but then again he just didn't want to leave, they were two people in particular he didn't think he could just up snd leave.

Hinata, I'm really sorry for talking to you like that yesterday, Daisuke apologized, I had no right to be rude to you. It's fine, it was inappropriate for me to say that, she smiled softly, by the way, Kai isn't coming with me, I think he'll be better off here anyways, she nodded as if to convince herself to leave. Remember, you can come back anytime, think of us as your second family, Mrs Mei said, I'll miss you pretty sister, please come back soon, Fumiko held her tightly. Do come visit again, and I promise to call you everyday, if you don't I'll come here and snatch you up, she gestured giggling trying to cover her hurt, but it was futile. Hinata rubbed the space beside her in the back seat, yes she didn't succeed in her plans, but seeing Mrs Mei's warm smile and the gentleness of that family, she was reminded of Kai's dead family, so she knew it was right to leave him there.

Did you hear our conversation, Kai stared at him before asking, well, this house isn't exactly sound proof. That's right, Kai thought to himself, how soundproof could a wooden house be, could that mean he also heard what happened last night, Kai's face went noticeably red.
Suddenly pulled into the toilet he tried to scream, a big hand over his mouth blocking any sound, holding his hand behind his bacn with his free hand. Thomas, you scared me, he blushed as Thomas took his hand off his mouth. Sorry, I just haven't had a chance to talk to you much recently he itched his neck shyly, yh, sorry about that his expression dimmed a bit, alot's just been going through my head, but I'm fine now, now that you're here, he poked him beaming. Thomas dragged him along into one of the stalls as footstep's approached.
Kai gulped, he hadn't been in such close proximity with Thomas since "the night", he looked up into his emerald green eyes that flickered in anticipation of the unknown person leaving, his hand reached up to play with those honey brown locks he was so obsessed with, eyes landing on those pink plump lips that longed to kiss him, and now he longed to kiss them too.
What, Kai turned to ask as Thomas stopped him from leaving, I want you to look at me like that again, like how, Kai leaned against the door as he closed in. Just now, the way you looked at me like you've wanted me for a lifetime, do it again, Kai flinched and whimpered as Thomas leaned in whispering into his ear. Kai took deep breath's as silently as he could, with the devastatingly sexy hot and bothered look Thomas had on his face he was about to kiss him, maybe do more, but he wasn't ready for more, he only had his first kiss a few days ago and hardly ever watched porn he didn't know how to go through with this.

As he squeezed his hand more tightly to his chest, the bathroom door flew open, Kai?, his eyes widened upon hearing Daisuke's voice, he probably noticed that he went missing. As if his heart wasn't pounding fast enough it pounded even harder he could hear it in his ears and feel it in his throat, what on earth would Daisuke think of him if he saw him like that with Thomas. Would he still want to be brothers, would he still want to protect him.
Thomas hopped on the toilet seat faster than you can say pasta, Kai took the opportunity to casually walk out of the stall, but not before calming himself down, his effort was futile tho. Why are you so red are you sick, Daisuke ran to him touching his neck and his forehead, you're hot too, and you seem dazed, come with me to the nurses office.
Thomas sighed in relief, immediately getting upset. He finally had Kai all to himself again, why did stupid Daisuke have to come and spoil everything.
