Daniel's voice made Charlotte flinch.
"Oh God, weren't you listening to anything I just said? The exhibition and auction start tomorrow, and you're seriously spacing out right now?"
"Sorry..." she sighed softly while flipping through the files in front of her.
"Have you checked all the item records again? The placements? The auction price lists?"
"I should have. I checked everything yesterday."
Daniel let out a frustrated sigh.
"Oh God, please, Charlotte. I'm asking about today. I know you checked yesterday, but I want everything checked again so there won't be even the smallest mistake. This is the first truly major project we've handled."

Charlotte sounded slightly irritated.

He sounded frustrated and nervous himself.
"No need to repeat it. I've already written everything down, and the list should be—"
Charlotte began rifling impatiently through the stack of documents.
