Chapter 115 - Chapter 51, Morgan: Confirmed, everyone is targeting me

"Um, may I ask if we are going to start fighting now?" Before Morgan could react, Daniel raised his hand cautiously and asked.

"If we are not going to fight, can you please stop the infinite rapid-fire magic bullets over there?" Daniel pointed to the dozens of magic bullet summoning circles that were still bombarding and reminded her. "If they keep shooting like this, Jeanne and Mordred won't be able to take it."

Shishigou Kairi, who was on the side, was moved to tears. He had just wanted to bring up this issue, but he didn't want to provoke or attract the attention of either of these two big shots who were communicating, so he had been suffering in silence. Fortunately, Daniel still had the courage to speak up and bring up this topic on his behalf.

Morgan glanced at the dusty area where the magic bullets were concentrated behind her, curled her lips, and then raised her hand. Instantly, the dozens of magic bullet summoning circles disappeared into thin air.

Shishigou Kairi was left completely dumbfounded by the sight.

After all, for current Magus, even canceling a summoning incantation for magic bullets requires several seconds of preparation.

Unless it was prepared beforehand, with the spell already set within some kind of mystic code.

"Cough, cough, cough!" A coughing sound came from the dust, as Jeanne was choked up.

Immediately after, Mordred walked out of the dust and smoke, bringing Jeanne with her.

"Father, should we take this opportunity to cut down that poisonous woman?" Mordred raised the sword in her hand, pointing it at Morgan, and then looked at Artoria to ask.

"As far as the current situation goes, Elder Sister does not intend to fight us," Artoria responded.

Did you not see the dozens of summoning incantations for magic bullets firing at you just now?

Mordred looked at Artoria with a stunned expression, suspecting that she was telling a bald-faced lie.

"If Elder Sister really had the intention to fight, what was used against you just now would not have been mere summoning incantations for magic bullets." Artoria saw what Mordred meant, rolled her eyes, and explained.

"Tsk, what an unfilial child." Morgan looked at Mordred with annoyance. "You want to fight and kill the moment we meet, and now you even want to incite 'Father' to kill 'Mother'."

"Shut up, Elder Sister." Artoria's face also darkened.

Thinking of Mordred's origin made her want to curse Morgan and Merlin.

One cast a charm spell on her and used a gender-swap method to take her genetic material after the transformation.

The other only knew how to watch the show for amusement!

"Hmm? Wait." Artoria suddenly turned her head to look at Daniel as if she remembered something. "I remember you told me that the Clairvoyance of that bastard Merlin allows him to see anything happening anywhere in the world from within Avalon, right?"

Daniel: Nodded.

Merlin: Cold sweat poured down, his whole body shivered, looking left and right, reinforcing the defenses of the prison tower, and desperately trying to hide this hiding place.

"Hehe... Very well. I hope there will be a chance to see that unscrupulous Magus again in the future. When that time comes, I will make him remember how unbearable pain is!" Artoria sneered.

Morgan: Her gaze drifted, and she suddenly wanted to run away.

It was time to find a new topic to divert the target.

Otherwise, Morgan was genuinely worried that Artoria, unable to contain her anger, would choose to vent it on her.

"Oh, right, right. You were looking for this guy before, right?" Morgan waved her hand slightly, and a man whose body below the neck was locked by mud and stones suddenly appeared and fell heavily to the ground.

"Because I sensed I was being watched, I searched for his traces a little after I descended."

"Red Faction Caster, William Shakespeare." Looking at the exposed head that had already fainted, Jeanne read out the other party's name.

"It's this bastard!" Mordred placed the kings sword against his neck with a somewhat irritable tone, then looked up at Artoria. "Let me cut off his head now, it should be fine, right?"

"I don't mind," Artoria replied with a shrug.

"Then, what about master?" Mordred turned her head to look at Shishigou Kairi.

"Cut him down. It's just right to draw a line with those few from the Red Faction, making the boundaries clear." Shishigou Kairi nodded in agreement.

Jeanne had grievances she couldn't voice.

She still wanted to obtain some information about the Red Faction master, Amakusa Shirou Tokisada, through Caster.

Huh? The other party is William Shakespeare?

The writer who slandered her the most?

Then it's fine, cut him down.

Snap.

The blade fell.

Shakespeare didn't feel a shred of pain before he directly retreated from the battlefield.

Hmm, at least it wasn't a disgraceful exit of having his mana drained dry; presumably, Shakespeare would feel comforted if he knew the situation.

Even though he was tied up by a new Servant he created when he was being foolish, and sent to the Servant he was causing trouble for.

"A question," Morgan suddenly said. "Has the greater grail been seized by you?"

"Huh?" Mordred looked at Morgan with a blank expression.

"Oh, that's right." Daniel stepped out and nodded. "The two guarding the greater grail right now are my companions."

"Is that so? That is truly a pity." Morgan sighed helplessly. "I was originally thinking that if the greater grail hadn't been obtained by you, I would have snatched it from those two dark creatures."

The direction in which the spirit particles vanished and transferred when Shakespeare exited earlier had almost drawn the route map to the location of the greater grail right before her eyes.

And Shalltear and Aura, who were crouching by the greater grail watching the light become increasingly dazzling, also began to take out sunglasses to put on.

This light was truly becoming increasingly blinding.

Boom—!

Just when Morgan wanted to say something more, the Hanging Gardens in the sky suddenly exerted force, firing a magic cannon blast at the location where everyone was.

Jeanne waved the flag spear in her hand, intending to activate her Noble Phantasm to protect everyone.

Unexpectedly, Morgan moved faster than her.

With a grand magic spell similar to a 'Mirror Reflection', she sent the magic cannon blast directly back along its original path.

The Dragon Tooth Soldiers flying in the air with wings spread were directly wiped out, leaving not even a speck of dust behind.

And the battery responsible for firing the magic cannon, as well as parts of the surrounding area, were also pierced through by that magic cannon blast.

Although Semiramis activated the surrounding magic formulas in time to avoid greater damage, that abrupt gap still became more noticeable.

"What? Did you offend someone?" Morgan glanced at the Hanging Gardens, then turned her head to look at Daniel and Artoria and asked.

"It doesn't count as offending; it's just that our positions are mutually hostile." Daniel shrugged and explained. "After all, we haven't even met the other party yet."

"Mm, I understand. After all, it's for the sake of competing for the grail." Morgan nodded and replied.

"Ahahaha—Oppressor!" Spartacus's refreshing shout came from afar again.

"Is that madman an accomplice of yours?" Morgan pointed to Spartacus's back and asked.

"No, we don't know him." Daniel hurriedly shook his head and replied.

"Then never mind." Morgan said in a calm tone. "The mana within his body is somewhat chaotic; I fear someone has placed some kind of spell on him, and it could be detonated at any moment."

"...Um, how about we leave here first?" Jeanne suddenly spoke up to persuade them. "This kind of place is really not suitable for chatting."

"Hmm? Aren't you going to meet Amakusa Shirou Tokisada?" Daniel looked at Jeanne and asked in confusion.

"There is no need to meet him anymore." Jeanne's mouth twitched slightly. "I have already seen his actions very clearly."

"Dispatching a Servant to attack and kill the Ruler, using the magic cannon of the Hanging Gardens to fire at the area where the Ruler is without any hesitation, and then burying a 'detonation device' inside the Berserker Spartacus—there is no doubt that the Red Faction master, Amakusa Shirou Tokisada, is an enemy."

"For the rest, I will listen to you. Tell me, how are we going to kill him?"

"Then, wait a moment." Daniel glanced at Spartacus's retreating back and replied. "Let's wait until we have finished making our wish with the greater grail right in front of him, and after we watch him show a look of despair, then we will grant him release."

Everyone present looked at Daniel with somewhat strange gazes.

Morgan: "To torment someone's heart before killing them. What on earth was wrong with Gareth's brain that she would choose this kind of person as the vessel for her pseudo-Servant?"

Mordred: "I want to know too."

These mother and daughter didn't even bother to hide when criticizing someone.

Daniel could only roll his eyes.

Should he say it's because he has a cheat?

Besides, he was also kind-hearted; he wanted to let little brother Shirou witness the scene of the greater grail being used by him, to let him give up hope.

"Don't say that. Actually, Daniel still has some redeeming qualities... probably." When Artoria said this, she went from hesitating to being doubtful, and finally added a 'probably' without conviction.

"In terms of being heartless, he has always been capable," Jeanne also sighed on the side, incidentally muttering a few words in an ultra-low volume, "Why did alaya choose this kind of person to be the'savior of humanity'?"

But Morgan heard it.

Then she was even more shocked.

It wasn't just Gareth whose brain had failed; now it seemed even alaya had followed suit.

She felt that if it weren't for her younger sister always being by this young man's side, he would have likely been slapped to death on the roadside by someone unknown long ago.

"Speaking of which, young man, what is your name? We have known each other for so long, and I still haven't heard you announce your name." Morgan looked at Daniel and asked.

"Daniel. Also, we have only just met less than ten minutes ago, so there's no need for talk about knowing each other for so long." Daniel reminded her.

"What kind of talk is that!" Morgan reprimanded in an annoyed tone. "Using my daughter's power, and having stayed with my sister for so long, yet you are still so distant with me!"

...So, what does this have to do with you?

Daniel narrowed his eyes and took a few steps back.

He always felt that this woman in front of him, who had been floating in mid-air without ever touching the ground, was plotting something bad against him.

After all, it was Morgan, who had some yandere tendencies and was temperamental.

"Alright, let's stop the small talk here!" Mordred suddenly seemed to remember something and pointed at Morgan with some excitement, looking at Artoria and Daniel. "This vicious woman snatched hundreds of children's unpurified vengeful spirits from Sanzang's side and placed them inside the bodies of the soldiers in the Caster's stage play! Now, she has even hidden them somewhere! Everyone, let's beat down this poisonous woman and take back the vengeful spirits of those children!"

Mother and daughter getting along amicably?

That's all an illusion!

She, Mordred, was just waiting for the moment this poisonous woman let her guard down to detonate this bomb on her!

Shishigou Kairi on the side looked at his Servant with an expression of 'Is this the first time I've met you!' and 'I didn't expect you to be this kind of Mordred!'.

Then, after hesitating for a few seconds, he looked at Daniel again.

He highly suspected that it was this man who had corrupted his Servant.

After all, although Mordred's temper wasn't great before, she was carefree in her actions and had never played such petty schemes.

But ever since she met and got to know Daniel, Mordred had started to constantly refresh her image in Shishigou Kairi's mind.

It was purely a source of infection.

No one wanted to know what Shishigou Kairi was thinking right now.

Because everyone had aimed their respective weapons at Morgan.

The kings sword in Mordred's hand, the flag spear in Jeanne's hand, the holy sword in Artoria's hand, and the hunting rifle in Shishigou Kairi's hand.

Even Daniel, not to be outdone, picked up a machete dropped by a Dragon Tooth Soldier.

Perhaps feeling that Daniel looked unseemly, Shishigou Kairi considered for a few seconds, then took a heart-shaped grenade from his bosom and handed it to Daniel.

But Daniel refused.

He felt nauseous just looking at this thing, let alone holding it.

This scene also started to make Daniel consider whether he should equip himself with a standard weapon; otherwise, being the only one in the whole crowd holding a broken machete without any mystery to it was quite awkward.

"Alright, alright, I get it." Morgan obediently raised both hands. "I will send those vengeful spirits back right now. Can you put the weapons down?"

"Wait a moment, let me contact the Servant still there to check the situation." Daniel interrupted.

After all, Kriemhild and Atalanta were still guarding the site.

After confirming that the baptism in the temple was still proceeding normally, Daniel looked at Artoria and nodded.

"Elder Sister, please do not play any petty tricks; send those children's vengeful spirits back exactly the way you brought them."

Artoria reminded her, half-warning and half-threatening.

"You child, the more I look at you, the less cute you are." Morgan turned her head to look at Daniel and said coquettishly.

"Ugh—!" Mordred shivered. "What kind of madness is this old woman spouting? I've never heard her use this tone to speak to anyone."

Artoria, however, remained calm.

She had heard this tone before; it was generally used when Morgan wanted to scheme against her.

For example... when charming her.

"The greater grail will not be handed over to you," Artoria looked at Morgan and reminded her. "Because it still has an important use later."

Morgan:?

Jeanne's face instantly turned pale.

She seemed to see a future of herself weaving cloth day and night.
