Chapter 305 - JTH Chapter 305: The Konosuba World is Too Perfect for Training Newbies

After everyone finished discussing the matter, Natsuki Minamiya began reporting the details up the chain of command. The rest of the logistical fallout would be left for others to handle.

Seeing that he had nothing left to do, Ren Isana simply reached out to Asuna in his mind. He wondered how things were going on their end. Just what kind of world had they ended up in?

"Asuna, can you hear me?" Ren initiated the communication through his spatial mark. Perhaps due to the World Will, the connection felt exceptionally smooth this time. He just didn't know if Pandora would be eavesdropping.

Over in the Konosuba world, Asuna paused in surprise at the sudden sound of Ren's voice. She quickly replied, "I can hear you. Are you done with your work, darling?"

As she spoke, Asuna casually slashed down the magical beast in front of her. Her group had already begun making their moves in this new realm. After grasping the basic situation of the world, everyone had split up to operate independently.

Right now, they all shared a single goal: to use rapid learning methods to acquire every piece of magic this world had to offer. Whether it was actually useful or not didn't matter—they would learn it first and ask questions later.

Aside from that, their objectives included clearing out the local Demon King's army and subjugating the otherworldly Demon King. But there was another major reason for their actions: collecting cheat items!

It was honestly laughable. The gods of this world were incredibly unreliable, having handed out an absurd number of cheats. They practically handed out divine artifacts to every single reincarnator that came through. Some of those reincarnators had already died, but their cheat items were still lying around.

Upon learning this, Asuna and the others immediately split up, roaming all over the world to scavenge those abandoned cheats and divine artifacts.

"What kind of world are you in? A few new worlds have popped up back home, complete with new power systems," Ren said, casually chatting with Asuna.

Ren was quite curious about the world Asuna's group was exploring. From what he could sense, it didn't seem to be a particularly strong realm.

Asuna didn't hide anything from Ren's inquiry. She truthfully described the world they were in and explained its basic mechanics.

After listening to Asuna's explanation, Ren's face lit up with surprise. *So it's that world?* Even though the gods there were a bit abstract and ridiculous, some of the skills were genuinely excellent.

The learning method in that world, in particular, was perfect for power-leveling. They could go there to farm monsters and level up, learn various skills, and then come back. Or perhaps they could get their adventurer cards there and then go to other worlds to level up?

Thinking of this, Ren immediately asked, "Have you figured out the power system there? After you got your cards, did you get levels and skill points?"

If it really came with levels and skill points like the Danmachi world, then there was a massive amount of room to exploit it. That world would be an incredible resource. Even a complete novice in magic could learn spells there, provided their base stats were high enough.

Just like Kazuma—his overall aptitude was completely average, save for his exceptionally high luck, yet he still managed to learn quite a bit of magic. As long as you had the skill points, you could learn the skills. Paired with the Falna from the Danmachi world, it was an absolute godsend for rapidly training new talent.

"We did. However, some skills are restricted by class, so in order to learn as many of this world's skills as possible, we all chose the Adventurer class," Asuna explained.

Only a few people had chosen specific classes. Asuna herself had gone straight for Adventurer, allowing her to learn every skill available. Even though it cost more skill points to do so, it didn't matter; they just needed to grind their levels higher to compensate.

Mahiru Shiina, however, had chosen the Priest class. After treating Aqua to a meal, she managed to learn all of the goddess's skills—including [Resurrection]!

They just didn't know if that skill would work back in their own world. If it did, they would have struck the ultimate jackpot. Regardless, whether it proved useful or not, they had learned it anyway.

Hearing Asuna's explanation, Ren nodded. He thought for a moment before saying, "Alright, got it. Stick to your plan and keep learning that world's skills for now. I'll head over later to study the situation myself!"

Now that he knew exactly what kind of world it was and what kind of treasures it held, how could he possibly let it slip by? He was going to exploit it to its absolute limits, of course!

What surprised Ren a little was that the gods of that world didn't seem to care at all about their group intruding. Or was it simply because they were already so used to dealing with transmigrators?

After all, that world actively brought in a lot of people to reincarnate there. But on second thought, considering the personalities of the deities involved, it made perfect sense. They probably just had a completely carefree, whatever-happens-happens mindset.

A flash of pleasant surprise crossed Asuna's eyes upon hearing that Ren was coming. She quickly replied, "Okay! Let me know as soon as you arrive!"

After chatting a bit more, the two ended their connection. Ren looked up at the people gathered in the room and announced, "Everyone, I have one more matter to discuss regarding another Dimensional Rift."

As Ren slowly brought up the topic, he immediately drew everyone's attention. *There's another world?* Natsuki Minamiya asked with a hint of confusion, "The world the others went to? What's the situation there?"

She had completely entrusted that world to Ren and hadn't even bothered to ask about it. She genuinely knew nothing of the specifics, but judging by his tone, had a problem arisen?

"Yeah. That world is very unique—even more so than Hestia's world. It also has gods, but learning skills and magic there is incredibly simple!" Ren slowly explained the situation on the other side.

As Ren elaborated, everyone's interest was instantly piqued. A world that made learning magic easy? That was immensely valuable. And when they heard that [Resurrection] could be learned there, the entire room instantly turned dead serious.

"What are your thoughts?" Natsuki Minamiya looked at Ren. Since he was bringing this up now, he definitely had a plan in mind. She just didn't know what he intended to do yet.

"To go over and negotiate with the gods of that world, of course. That place is perfect for training newbies!" Ren looked at Natsuki Minamiya with a face full of smiles. It was such a wonderful world; it would be a massive waste not to use it as a training ground for rookies.

Hearing Ren's reasoning, Natsuki Minamiya nodded. She immediately replied with utmost seriousness, "Then go over and investigate it first. Who do you need to take with you? I'll make the arrangements on my end."

Just as Ren had said, the value of that world was immense. It was ideal for nurturing new talent. If it truly allowed people to easily master magic, they could absolutely establish a school there to rapidly train up the next generation.

"The class representative of the new special class is a solid choice; I can take her. Then there's Kisara Tendo and Miori Shiba. They'll be joining the special class in the future anyway, so I might as well bring them along too." Ren thought for a moment before finalizing his idea.

Natsuki Minamiya didn't overthink it and agreed immediately. "Then arrange it however you see fit. Just let me know once you have results."

Having settled the matter with Natsuki Minamiya, Ren sprang into action. He headed straight for the academy affiliated with the otherworldly school. At the same time, he sent a message to Rina-sensei, asking her to have Iroha Sakayori and two other students from the class get ready. He would be taking them to the other world.

That made exactly five spots. These five could even form a party in the future. Three of the spots were already locked in: he was definitely taking Iroha, and since Kisara Tendo and Miori Shiba wanted to join the special class, Ren was going to give them the opportunity.

How the final two spots were decided was entirely up to Rina-sensei. Not long after Ren sent his message, he received a reply. She was making the arrangements right away—after all, Ren moved fast, and he would likely arrive before long.

With that sorted, Ren headed straight for Kisara Tendo and Miori Shiba's classroom. It was his first time coming here. Glancing inside from the hallway, a flash of surprise crossed Ren's eyes. There were other familiar faces in there.

For instance, Erica from the God Slayer world, and that girl who loved writing domineering CEO romance novels? Although a bit surprised, Ren didn't dwell on it. After all, at this point, he wouldn't even be shocked if he ran into Eriri, the girl who loved drawing doujinshi.

Worlds were converging here, after all. Megumi Kato and Utaha Kasumigaoka had already shown up, so adding Eriri to the mix wouldn't be out of place. Ren walked up to the classroom and knocked on the door. The teacher, who was in the middle of a lecture, walked out with a thoroughly confused expression.

"Is there something you need, student?" The teacher assumed Ren was a student at the school. Why was he wandering around here instead of attending class?

Ren's interruption caught the attention of the rest of the classroom. Everyone couldn't help but look out in confusion. Kisara Tendo and Miori Shiba were both a bit surprised to see him.

"Here are my credentials. Teacher, please ask Miori Shiba and Kisara Tendo to step outside. I have a mission that requires their participation, so I'll be requesting a leave of absence for them for a while." Ren pulled out his ID and handed it to the teacher.

Looking at the credentials Ren handed over, the teacher was visibly startled. He hurriedly nodded. "Understood. Please wait a moment, I'll have them come out right away."

With that, he turned back to the classroom and called out to Miori Shiba and Kisara Tendo, telling them to step outside. Seeing this, the other students grew even more curious. Just what was going on?

Once the two girls stepped out, Ren spoke up before they could even open their mouths. "Let's go. I'm taking you to another world!"

As soon as Ren's voice fell, a purple [Magic Circle] appeared beneath their feet. Before they could utter a single word, Ren forcibly teleported them away, vanishing from the spot. Seeing that signature magic, the teacher relaxed his guard. *He must be one of Natsuki Minamiya's people!*
