**Scene 1: Obi-Wan POV – Mandalore**

The Council of Neutral Systems, which united nearly fifteen hundred star systems and had decided to remain neutral in the conflict between the Republic and the Confederacy, had split into several factions following the events on Mandalore and its annexation by the Republic. After all, Mandalore occupied a central position on the Council and was essentially the brainchild of Satine Kryze.
And now it was under threat, with the Separatists all but defeated except for corporate sector, mon cala sector, a few isolated hutt systems in hutt space and the hapes cluster. It should be easy, well not easy.
Obi-Wan stepped out of his X-wing onto the familiar docks of Sundari, the Mandalorian capital. The air carried the crisp scent of the planet's industrial yet clean environment, a stark contrast to the chaos of Coruscant. The Council of Neutral Systems had fractured after Mandalore's annexation by the Republic. Many systems were now reconsidering their neutrality as the Separatists crumbled, leaving only the Corporate Sector, Mon Cala, scattered Hutt remnants, and the Hapes Cluster as major holdouts.
Dagon had reformed the Republic into the Galactic Empire, with himself as Emperor and the girls as sister queens. Yet he had allowed neutral systems to remain neutral, honoring his Mandalorian heritage.
'But the news is now for me,' Obi-Wan thought, a rare smile touching his lips. 'Now that I am a Jedi Lord I could pursue a relationship with Satine without any problems with being a Mandalorian since I can now and still be Jedi.'
"Master Obi-Wan, great news to see, much has changed," Mand'alor Yoda greeted him warmly, the small green Jedi Master standing with surprising vigor.
"Master Yoda, it's a great joy to see you, but unfortunately I am no longer master. I am now a lord and I stepped down from the council and let Master Baylan Skoll take my place," Obi-Wan said, clasping Yoda's hand.
"Yes, much to discuss," Yoda said, his eyes twinkling with understanding.
The two old friends walked together through the sunlit corridors of the royal palace, discussing the shifting political landscape. Mandalore's future—and Obi-Wan's personal future with Satine—hung in the balance.
**Scene 2: Republic Center for Military Operations – Zule POV**

Zule stood beside Dagon in the Republic Center for Military Operations, the massive holographic display showing the looming threat of Mon Cala. The water world was heavily fortified, its oceans hiding countless dangers.
"Offensive into Mon Cala, also known as 'Operation: Hydro Thunder,'" Dagon announced, his voice commanding the room.
"Apart from the massive fleet they have, we also have to contend with the environment of the water world, aquatic environment," Dagon said, highlighting the planet's deep oceans and underwater cities.
"A few shots from the XX-9s would cook these finners no matter how deep they hide. And we have hundreds of them on various ships," said Fleet Admiral Piett, ever the pragmatist.
"Unlikely. Their planet has been shielded to the brim and even if we destroy shields, the underwater caves will result in problems and I rather not genocide the Mon Cala and Quarren species," Dagon said firmly.
"So what's the plan of attack General," Fleet Admiral Tarkin asked, studying the enemy fleet composition.
