Chapter 897 - Chapter 856 : Star of Coruscant part 4

**Chapter 856: The Fall of Nal Hutta**

**Scene 1: Nal Hutta – Dagon POV**

Nal Hutta, also known simply as Hutta, was a hot, swampy planet located deep within Hutt Space of the galaxy that was the homeworld of the Hutt species and headquarters of the Grand Hutt Council. Nal Hutta was a major haven for both the government-aligned Hutt Clan and other criminal elements of the galaxy, located far from galactic authorities. Its terrain was largely bloated swamps and bogs coated in greasy rains.

Capital city, Bilbousa and the Guarja Shipyards were located on the planet.

'From this rock I will build my empire or rather the end of slavery.'

While I wasn't going against Jabba—not yet at least—I learned history in my own world. Hutts are compared to Rome despite being gangsters and criminals.

"An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again. But one which crumbles from within? That's dead. Forever."

Still, leading a slaughter against flesh and blood felt right.

The Hutt armies had conventional multi-species infantry make up their Guard platoons. Hutt dominance of the Si'Klaata Cluster and its Nikto, Klatoonian, and Vodran races goes back before recorded history, and was sealed with the Treaty of Vontor when Xim the Despot was defeated. These slave soldiers provide a potent core army for any Hutt operation.

Ubrikkian WLO-5 Speeder tank was a popular choice for pirates and other factions in the Outer Rim due to their cheap price and high mobility which the driver could utilize to evade some attacks although they lacked in firepower compared to the tanks in service with the major powers. The design was also noted to be extremely easy to modify and repair which further boosted its popularity in the less wealthy areas of the galaxy.

Open-market artillery platform produced by Merr-Sonn Munitions, popular amongst local and criminal groups and the occasional larger force. Has a complex folding turret able to handle multiple types of missile weaponry, along with shields and decent mobility.

Guardian 5e Personal Speeder Wing. Exceptionally well protected airspeeder popular as a VIP transport. Though only modestly armed itself, it carries speeder bikes that can be deployed to supplement combat operations.

Still against my 21st Nova Corps and 327th Star Corps led by Marshal-Commander Bacara and Bly.

Juggernauts rolled over while AT-ST walkers destroyed infantry with ease. All Terrain Missile Platform (AT-MP) firepower, which consisted of 8 missile launchers and a centrally-mounted rotary chaingun. And new Imperial mobile heavy cannons that vaporized Hutt soldiers. And their pathetic excuse of starfighters fell to clone TIE Strikers designed for atmospheric assaults.

Dagon Marek stood on a ridge overlooking the swampy expanse of Nal Hutta, the Wrath Shield humming with dark energy around him. The air was thick with the stench of rot and grease, the planet's bloated swamps stretching endlessly under greasy, perpetual rain. Bilbousa, the capital, and the massive Guarja Shipyards loomed in the distance, their lights cutting through the haze like beacons of corruption.

The Hutt armies were a grotesque mix of slave soldiers and mercenaries. Nikto, Klatooinian, and Vodran guards formed the core of their platoons, bound by ancient treaties and fear. Ubrikkian WLO-5 Speeder Tanks skimmed across the muck, their cheap, modifiable designs allowing for quick repairs but offering little protection against Republic firepower. Merr-Sonn artillery platforms folded their turrets, launching missiles in desperate volleys, while Guardian 5e Personal Speeder Wings attempted to ferry VIPs to safety.

It was all futile.

Dagon's 21st Nova Corps and 327th Star Corps, led by Marshal-Commanders Bacara and Bly, advanced like an unstoppable tide. Juggernaut tanks rolled over the swampy terrain, their heavy cannons pounding Hutt positions into oblivion. AT-ST walkers stalked through the undergrowth, their chainguns shredding infantry with ruthless efficiency. All Terrain Missile Platforms (AT-MPs) unleashed salvos that turned enemy formations into craters, while new Imperial mobile heavy cannons vaporized entire squads of Hutt soldiers in bursts of ionized plasma.

Above, clone TIE Strikers designed for atmospheric assaults tore through the Hutt starfighter screen. The pathetic collection of patched-together freighters and outdated patrol craft stood no chance against the Republic's superior pilots and machines.

Dagon raised his hand, the Wrath Shield shifting into its prime mode. Two swords of dark energy materialized in his grasp. With a single, powerful swing, he unleashed the Sixteenth Form: Moonbow, Half Moon—six curved slashes crashing down in front of him, sending numerous crescent moon blades tearing through a reinforced bridge and an armored train carrying reinforcements. The structures collapsed in a shower of fire and debris, effectively cutting off the enemy's attempt to retake the primary command center of the Guarja Shipyards.

The slaughter felt right. The Hutts had built their empire on the backs of slaves. Today, that empire would begin to crumble from within.

**Scene 2: The Fall of Bilbousa**

The 21st Nova Corps pushed relentlessly toward Bilbousa, their Juggernauts carving paths through the swamp while clone troopers leapfrogged between cover. Marshal-Commander Bacara led from the front, his customized armor gleaming as he directed fire against a cluster of Hutt guard platoons.

"Keep the pressure on!" Bacara shouted over the comms. "Don't give them time to regroup!"

Bly's 327th Star Corps flanked from the east, their AT-MPs providing devastating missile support. Hutt slave soldiers—Nikto and Vodran warriors bound by fear and ancient oaths—fought desperately, but their outdated weapons and poor coordination were no match for the disciplined Republic assault.

Dagon moved like a shadow through the chaos, his dual swords of Wrath Shield Prime Mode slicing through enemy lines. A group of Guardian 5e Speeder Wings attempted to evacuate a Hutt crime lord, but Dagon's crescent moon blades cut them down mid-air, sending the vehicles crashing into the swamps below.

The Guarja Shipyards burned in the distance, their massive docking bays and construction platforms reduced to twisted wreckage. The Hutts had relied on these facilities for smuggling, piracy, and limited war production. Now they were gone.

Bilbousa itself—the bloated, corrupt capital—fell within hours. Republic forces secured the Grand Hutt Council chambers, capturing or eliminating what remained of the leadership. The planet's criminal underworld was shattered in a single, decisive blow.

Dagon stood atop a ruined tower overlooking the city, rain mixing with blood on his armor. The message was clear: the age of Hutt dominance was ending.

**Scene 3: Durga's Vengeance**

Durga the Hutt.

One hour from Nal Hutta.

The transmission just came in. Nal Hutta, capital of the Hutts' home, has fallen. Its cities destroyed, its people killed, and his relative Durga Besadii Tai Lou was killed along with his entire family heads that stationed on Nal Hutta.

'No tears yet,' Durga told himself. First, he would have vengeance—destroying Dagon's pride, his ship, the *Annihilator*.

With his own warship and fleet.

Dor'bulla Warship, 10,000 meters.

60 Karabos Destroyers, 1,600 meters.

95 Vontor Destroyers (largest of a set of venerable ship designs, the fearsome Vontor can engage almost any threat that dares to trespass in Bootana Hutta with its wide array of weapons.

Hull: 7,000 (Capital). 2,100 meters.

Shields: 6,500 / [32.5/R] (Capital).

Speed: 2.8 | Acceleration: 0.075 | Turn: 0.15.

Fighters: 2 / 4 | Bombers: 1 / 2 squadrons (Dunelizard: 2 / 4, Kimogila: 1 / 2).

34x Heavy Turbolasers: 2 / 2.0s / 7.3km.

56x Medium Turbolasers: 2 / 1.0s / 6.3km.

34x Medium Dual Laser Cannons: 2 / 1.0s / 4.3km.

14x Assault Concussion Missiles: 4 / 10.0s / 7.3km.

50 Voracious Carriers, 1,200 meters.

50 Heavy Minstrel Space Yachts, 800 meters.

35 Ubrikkian Cruisers, 720 meters.

55 Karagga Destroyers (heavy frigates), 950 meters.

And nearly 100 Dreadnought-class heavy cruisers.

Yes, he would rip out Dagon's heart and mount his head on a spike with the bodies of clones.

Durga the Hutt floated in his private command chamber aboard the massive *Dor'bulla* Warship, his massive form quivering with rage rather than grief. The transmission from Nal Hutta had been brutal—cities in flames, the Grand Hutt Council slaughtered, his relative and family heads dead.

'No tears yet,' he told himself, his massive eyes narrowing. Grief would come later. First, vengeance.

The fleet around him was a testament to Hutt wealth and desperation. The 10-kilometer *Dor'bulla* served as the flagship, its heavy armament and reinforced hull making it a mobile fortress. Sixty Karabos Destroyers, ninety-five Vontor Destroyers, fifty Voracious Carriers, and dozens of other vessels formed a formidable armada. The Hutt clans had emptied their coffers for this final gamble.

Durga's plan was simple: lure the *Annihilator* into a trap and destroy it. Without their supreme commander, the Republic would fracture. The Dragon's head would be mounted on a spike, a warning to all who dared challenge Hutt power.

"Set course for the rendezvous," Durga ordered, his translator droid relaying the command. "The Republic will pay in blood."

The Hutt fleet jumped into hyperspace, a final act of defiance against the rising Dragon.
