**Scene 1**
**Dagon POV**
**Grey Wolf Bridge – Jaminere Orbital Dockyards, Allied Tion Sector**
Clone Wars, Year 2, Month 5, Week 4.
I stood on the bridge of the *Grey Wolf*, hands clasped behind my back as the fleet smoothly docked with the reinforced Jaminere orbital shipyards. The massive structures — now bristling with Sienar-installed turbolaser batteries and defensive emplacements — gleamed under the system's twin suns. Princess Sakura's homeworld had become a vital logistical hub for the 12th Sector, and the royal family's gratitude (and Sakura's personal attachment) had turned the entire Allied Tion sector into something resembling my personal protectorate.
I allowed myself a moment of quiet reflection as the fleet settled into their berths.
So let's see… I am currently in the 5th month, week 4 of the second year in the Clone Wars. Time to start mapping out my plan.
The Shaltin Tunnels were a hyperspace route between the Corporate Sector and Lianna in the Outer Rim Territories. They are now secured, granting my fleet and bases protection from CIS attacks and effectively cutting off their Outer Rim territories in this region. The sectors Farana – Corporate Sector – Wyl – Chorlia – Mortex – Sertar – Thanium Worlds – Allied Tion are either crippled or under solid Republic control.
The major hyperspace routes — Hydian Way, Perlemian Trade Route, Listehol Run — are now under Republic dominance. Grevious is dead, which means I don't have to worry about any more Jedi deaths at his hands.
My growing list of eliminated Dooku pawns was satisfying:
- Asajj Ventress
- Durge
- Admiral Trench
- Passel Argente
- Shu Mai
- 30 Dark Jedi (effectively all his original acolytes)
- 29 Dark Jedi clones
- 45 CIS admirals and generals
- Savage Opress and his Nightbrother team (15)
Dooku's Nightsister allies are now stuck with Selena. The other nine are dead. Both Dooku and Selena are each missing an arm because of me.
The battles I expect to face in the coming months:
- Battle of Dorin
- Battle of Selonia and the Corellian home system (plus several other Core Worlds) — I expect a massive fleet engagement. Palpatine will target Corellia since they joined the war effort but still maintain close ties with Senators Amidala and Bail Organa's peace faction. This is also the birthplace of the Rebellion that started as the Delegation of 2,000.
- Malastare was won, but they didn't use the electro-proton bomb. That's a setback for Palpatine. Grevious pulled most forces out, leaving small droid garrisons stranded.
- Battle over Kothlis to sway the Bothans. Even after Bothawui, it's expected. That Bothan fleet is strong — Bothan cruisers alongside Nebulas were what the New Republic used to destroy Super Star Destroyers.
- Then, of course, the Mandalore crisis after the peace delegation between Republic and Separatists fails.
- Skirmish at Dinlo, Attack on Cartao, Battle of Parein II 4, Battle of Skor II, Battle of Sullust (where I suspect Sidious will sense Dooku training Selena to replace him and order her killed. She'll flee to Dathomir, Talzin will get angry, leading to war between Confederacy and Nightsisters. They'll be wiped out. This time, I'll go and finish the job — no Darth Vitiate cultists will remain). Then Talzin's last son, Feral, will likely retrieve Maul, and Maul will start his criminal empire. No — I'll kill him before that happens.
- Battle of Cerea (Ki-Adi-Mundi's family is killed. If I save his world, that gets me another Jedi High Council member supporting me, plus his clone corps — the Galactic Marines).
- Battle of Kabal, Battle of Xagobah, Battle of Aargonar, Battle of Thustra, Battle of Merson.
- Battle of Null, Battle of New Holstice, Mission to the Rig, Battle of Zaadja, Battle of Virujansi — these linked battles involve Mandalorian Protectors, excellent pilots I need on my side.
- Battle of Makem Te, Siege of Felacat, Battle of Zeenada, Battle of Rishi.
- Battle of Mon Cala alongside Umbara — a major CIS offensive.
Somewhere in between all this is the Second Battle of Geonosis. But whenever I look at Geonosis on the map, I get a weird feeling — a dark presence in the Force. Something unknown to both the Jedi and the Sith.
I exhaled slowly as the fleet completed docking. Sienar had done excellent work arming the shipyards — dozens of new turbolaser batteries were already mounted, and the other orbital dockyards were fully operational.
**Scene 2**
A priority message from Raith Sienar appeared on my private console. I opened it immediately.
*General,*
*We've been approached by Kuat Drive Yards. They're offering a formal alliance. Onara Kuat herself is interested in discussing terms — particularly the Annihilator project you proposed earlier. They're willing to bring significant shipyard capacity and resources to the table. I recommend we meet soon to explore this.*
*— Raith*
I leaned back in the command chair, rubbing my chin. An alliance with Kuat… It would be a major shift. They had the industrial power to mass-produce the kind of ships we needed. But I had to bring something substantial to the table.
I already had several designs I'd been working on — replacements for the Venator that were roughly the same price to manufacture but nearly five times stronger in combat capability. If Kuat wanted in, they'd have to accept my terms and help scale production.
"First stop after resupply here is Sienar," I muttered to myself. "Then we see what Kuat really wants."
I stood up, stretching slightly. The girls were already coordinating with local forces. Sakura had gone down to the surface to visit her father, the king, and would rejoin us later. For now, the fleet needed rest and refit.
The war wasn't over. Far from it. But we were winning — and the pieces on the board were finally starting to move in our favor.
