Chapter 597 - Chapter 577 Outer rim campaign arc 4: Seige warfare part 10

**Chapter 577**

**Scene 1**

**Grey Wolf Bridge – Felucia Orbit**

**Fleet Admiral Dittmar POV**

Fleet Admiral Dittmar stood tall on the bridge of the *Grey Wolf*, his hands clasped behind his back as the tactical holodisplay painted a picture of controlled chaos across the Felucia system. The massive CIS fleet was fracturing under the sustained pressure of the Republic's diamond formation, but the planetary shield below still shimmered defiantly — a blue dome protecting the jungle world and its Commerce Guild masters.

Then the report came.

"Sir, the planetary shield has been deactivated!" a clone sensor officer announced, voice sharp with excitement.

Dittmar's eyes narrowed. "Confirmed?"

"Positive, Admiral. The shield is down across all sectors. Looks like someone on the surface pulled the plug."

Dittmar allowed himself a grim smile. "Then now is the time. All ships, accelerate speed. Time to destroy the blockade and finish this. Contact General Dagon — he's closer to the center. Tell him the shield is down. We're going in."

The order rippled across the fleet like a wave. Venators surged forward, their massive hangar bays launching fresh waves of fighters and bombers. The ten upgraded Invincible-class Dreadnought Heavy Cruisers accelerated with surprising grace for their size, their new heavy turbolasers and missile batteries adding devastating weight to the assault. The Resurgent-class battlecruisers *Grey Wolf*, *Resurgent*, *Blossom*, *Ranger*, *Fortitude*, and *Fulminatrix* led the charge, their long-range batteries tearing into the remaining Separatist capital ships.

Dittmar watched as another Lucrehulk-class battleship broke apart under concentrated fire from three Nebulas. "Keep the formation tight. Don't let them regroup. Target the heavier ships first — Providences and Lucrehulks. The lighter escorts will fall on their own."

Through the fleet-wide battle meld — amplified by Dagon's presence even from the *Olympus Mons* — Dittmar felt the unified will of every crewman. This was no desperate scramble. This was a calculated execution.

The Republic fleet closed the distance, turbolaser fire lighting up the void in brilliant emerald streaks. The CIS line buckled, ships exploding in rapid succession as the diamond formation punched through their center.

**Scene 2**

**Venator-class Star Destroyer *Endurance***

**Jedi Master Tiplar POV**

On the bridge of the *Endurance*, Jedi Master Tiplar stood beside her sister Tiplar, their twin connection humming through the Force like a shared heartbeat. The ship shuddered as it took a glancing hit, but the shields held.

"General, we received contact from Fleet Admiral Dittmar," a clone officer reported. "Initiate Arrowhead formation. Surge forward, then turn starboard."

Tiplar exchanged a quick glance with her sister. "Understood. All ships in Arrowhead group, form up on the *Endurance*. Full acceleration. Concentrate fire forward."

Ten Venators gathered behind the *Endurance*, forming a deadly spearhead. The formation surged forward, engines flaring bright as they accelerated into the heart of the enemy line. Their combined firepower focused into a single devastating barrage, turbolaser bolts merging into a continuous storm of green death.

A squadron of Recusant-class light destroyers tried to stand their ground, but the Arrowhead formation tore through them like a blade. One after another, the lighter CIS ships exploded as the Venators' heavy batteries ripped through their armor. A Providence-class carrier attempted to launch its fighter complement, only for the concentrated fire to detonate its hangar bays in a chain of secondary explosions.

Tiplar felt the deaths through the Force — sharp, from any organic crew on the cis ships butnit wasn't much but even though she and her sister were using small battle meld when any clone under their command died they felt it hard . She pushed the sorrow aside. This was war. They had a duty.

"Starboard turn!" she ordered.

The *Endurance* and its group veered sharply, their broadsides now raking across the flank of the enemy formation. More Providences and Recusants died in brilliant fireballs. The Arrowhead had punched a hole straight through the CIS center, allowing the rest of the Republic fleet to pour through.

Tiplar allowed herself a small, satisfied nod. "Well done, sister. Keep the pressure on."

**Scene 3**

**Dagon POV**

**Olympus Mons Bridge – Felucia Orbit**

The *Olympus Mons* continued its rampage through the heart of the enemy fleet, its kyber-powered shields glowing brightly even as enemy fire hammered against them. I stood at the command station, feeling every impact through the ship's systems and the Force bond.

"Enemy Providence approaching on the left," a clone officer called out.

"Put three missiles in that sucker," I commanded, "then redirect the F-SPAR cannon against the closest Lucrehulk."

The ship shuddered as the missiles launched. The Providence tried to evade but took all three hits along its port side, exploding violently and listing heavily before its reactor breached. The F-SPAR cannon fired next — a searing lance that punched straight through a Lucrehulk's shields and detonated its core in a massive fireball.

"Dagon, scans are shaky and I can't see anything," Zule complained from the sensor station, her hands dancing across the console. "We're in the middle of the enemy fleet and so many Vultures keep ramming!"

"Don't worry," I replied, sending a wave of calm through the bond. "We're nearly at the border. Fire broadside!"

The *Olympus Mons* unleashed a full broadside. Another Recusant-class heavy destroyer fell apart under the concentrated fire, its hull splitting open as turbolaser bolts and plasma beams tore through its armor.

I turned to Ethan. "Ethan, you take Black Squadron. Precision fire. Go Mach 3 and strike the enemy shield generators on the surface."

The droid adjutant nodded crisply. "Yes, sir. I live for a gunfight in the morning. Pilots on me."

The 25 modified Skelters launched from the *Olympus Mons* hangar like arrows, streaking toward the planet's surface in a tight formation. Their mission was clear: destroy the ground-based shield generators and any remaining planetary defense installations before the main fleet began full orbital bombardment.

I watched them disappear into the atmosphere, then turned back to the bridge. "All ships, maintain pressure. The shield is down. We end this today."

The girls moved with flawless coordination around me. Ahsoka directed fighter wings. Shin monitored shield strength. Zule targeted enemy capital ships with ruthless efficiency. The rest added their strength, keeping the *Olympus Mons* a deadly spear at the heart of the enemy formation.

Felucia's fate was sealed.
