**Chapter 571**
**Scene 1**
**Zule POV**
**Olympus Mons Bridge – Battle of Belderone**
Only twenty CIS ships remained.
Zule stood on the bridge of the *Olympus Mons*, her long purple hair tied back, eyes locked on the tactical display. The once-mighty Separatist armada Grievous had brought to Belderone had been reduced to a desperate cluster of burning hulks orbiting the massive, modified *Malevolence II*. The five-kilometer behemoth was still firing, its thousand quad flak guns spitting defiance, but its end was near.
"Olympus Mons closing for the kill," Shin reported from her station, voice steady. "Cruise missiles away."
Ahsoka, standing beside Zule, gripped the railing. "Dagon's strategy worked perfectly. They're boxed in."
Zule felt the surge through the Force bond as dozens of cruise missiles streaked from the *Olympus Mons* launch bays. The *Malevolence II* tried to maneuver, its damaged engines flaring, but it was too late. The missiles slammed home in rapid succession, tearing through its already weakened shields and ripping deep gashes along its spine. Secondary explosions bloomed across its length like a chain of dying stars.
The massive ship split in half with a violent, silent explosion that lit up the void. The two burning sections drifted apart, trailing fire and debris as they began their long fall toward Belderone's atmosphere.
"Grievous's flagship is falling," Stella called out. "Three Venators have it locked — *Silencer*, *Endurance*, and *Retribution*."
Zule watched as the Providence-class Dreadnought *Invisible Hand* tried one final, desperate maneuver. Its remaining turbolasers fired wildly, but the concentrated firepower of the three Venators tore through its hull. The ship shuddered, broke apart, and exploded in a brilliant fireball.
But Grievous himself was not aboard.
"Grievous escaped in his personal fighter!" Erictia shouted. "He's breaking for open space!"
Zule didn't hesitate. She turned and sprinted toward the hangar bay. "I'm going after him. Borrowing Dagon's Skelter!"
She reached the hangar in record time, the sleek black-and-cyan Skelter already prepped by Ethan's maintenance droids. Zule climbed in, sealed the cockpit, and launched immediately. The fighter's engines roared as she accelerated hard, chasing the faint signature of Grievous's escaping craft through the debris field.
The chase was chaotic. Burning wreckage from destroyed capital ships filled the space around them. Vulture droids and Tri-Fighters tried to intercept her, but Zule's piloting — honed through months of intense training with Dagon and Flare — made her nearly untouchable. She weaved through debris, her green lightsaber briefly ignited and held in one hand for emergency close defense while the Skelter's cannons shredded pursuing droids.
Grievous's fighter was fast, but the Skelter was faster. Zule closed the distance, lining up her shots. She fired a burst of high-velocity lasers, clipping his port wing. Grievous tried to evade, but she anticipated the move, firing again and again until his fighter spun out of control.
The cyborg general's craft slammed into the open hangar bay of the *Olympus Mons* — exactly as the girls had planned. Zule followed him in, landing hard beside the burning wreckage.
She climbed out, lightsabers already ignited, heart pounding with anticipation.
**Scene 2**
**Ahsoka POV**
**Olympus Mons Hangar Bay**
Ahsoka stood ready in the massive hangar bay of the *Olympus Mons*, her two green lightsabers humming in her hands. Beside her were Stella, Kayla, and Flare, all in full beskar armor, their blades ignited and ready. The rest of the girls were positioned strategically around the bay, ready to cut off any escape.
This moment had been a long time coming.
During Dagon's first major campaign at Muunilinst and Boz Pity, he had been called away to rescue a group of Jedi who had been decisively defeated by Grievous. Dagon had arrived in time to save them, but the Kaleesh cyborg had activated a series of bombs in a final act of spite. The resulting explosion had left a permanent scar across Dagon's face — a jagged line that ran from his left temple down to his jaw.
The girls had never forgotten that scar. They had trained for this. They were ready to have their revenge.
Grievous's damaged fighter skidded to a fiery halt in the center of the hangar. The cyborg general emerged from the wreckage, his four mechanical arms unfolding, each one igniting a stolen lightsaber. His yellow eyes burned with hatred as he looked at the four Jedi waiting for him.
"You Jedi die today," Grievous rasped, his voice like grinding metal. "Then Dagon Marek. Who are you anyway?"
Ahsoka didn't waste words. She surged forward, channeling **Water Breathing** — her movements fluid, unpredictable, and relentless. Her two green lightsabers spun in a beautiful, deadly dance as she closed the distance.
Stella, Kayla, and Flare attacked from the flanks. Stella's yellow blades flashed with precision. Kayla's green blades struck with raw power. Flare's blue blades moved with graceful speed.
Grievous roared and activated all four lightsabers, spinning them in a whirlwind of death. The cyborg general was a terrifying opponent — his mechanical body allowed him to fight with impossible speed and strength. Sparks flew as lightsabers clashed against lightsabers. Grievous laughed maniacally as he forced the girls back for a moment.
But they were ready.
Kayla and Stella suddenly reached out with the Force, freezing Grievous in a powerful stasis field. The cyborg general's spinning blades halted mid-motion, his body locked in place.
Ahsoka didn't hesitate. She stepped forward and delivered a precise, devastating series of slashes. Her green blades carved through Grievous's mechanical body, severing limbs and cutting deep into his chest plate. The cyborg screamed in rage and pain as sparks and smoke poured from his ruined form.
With one final strike, Ahsoka drove both blades into his core. Grievous burst into flames, his mechanical body collapsing in a heap of burning metal and circuits.
The girls stood over the smoldering remains, breathing hard but victorious.
"Good thing for the armor," Stella said, deactivating her blades. "That would have been a lot messier without it."
Ahsoka stared down at the burning wreckage that had once been General Grievous. "It's over. He's gone."
Through the bond, she felt Dagon's quiet approval and relief. The monster who had scarred him was finally dead.
**Scene 3**
**Shin POV**
**Olympus Mons Bridge**
The last of the Separatist ships had been destroyed.
Shin stood on the bridge of the *Olympus Mons*, monitoring the final status reports. Two Venators had been lost to desperate ramming attempts by damaged Providence Dreadnoughts, but most of their crews had been evacuated in time. Several Nebula-class Star Destroyers had taken moderate damage from the *Malevolence II*'s final flak barrage, but Dagon's "pack technique" had worked brilliantly — ships attacking from various angles, concentrating overwhelming firepower on single targets until they were annihilated.
The battle was over.
"Fleet losses are light considering the size of the enemy armada," Shin reported to Dagon, who had just returned to the bridge. "We can repair most of the damaged ships at Lantilles. The salvage teams are already moving in on the wreckage."
Dagon nodded, his Krayt Dragon armor still humming with residual energy. "Excellent work, everyone. Grievous is dead. His fleet is gone. Send word to the 11th Sector — the Belderone system is secure."
He turned to the viewport, watching as the last burning hulks of the CIS fleet drifted downward toward Belderone's atmosphere. The girls gathered around him — ten bonds, ten hearts linked through the Force.
Zule stepped forward, placing a hand on his armored shoulder. "We did it. He's gone."
Dagon placed his hand over hers. "We did it together."
The fleet began to reform as salvage and relief operations continued. The Hydian Way campaign had claimed another decisive victory.
But they all knew the war was far from over.
