I start wheezing intentionally, to distract them from their suspicion, Aquasteine moves towards me, his hands going to my pack and patting it in slow soothing cycles.
"Let's try not to overwhelm her too much," Aquasteine suggests, to which the other men in the car nod in agreement. "Let's also not forget what the mothers said about a beast pregnancy," Aquasteine continues, "I know you would like that, you man whore" Jericho throws back at him and the whole car erupts in laughter, except me, because I'm looking around wondering what's funny about what the mothers said. "I think our princess here is confused," Zach says, turning his head from the front seat to look at me.
"You see princess" He's about to say when Aquasteine cuts him off, "Hey that's my name for her, get yourself another pet name," he says.
"Oh, I don't know, we had to specialize our individual pet names," Alexis accused.
