Chapter 89 - Report 80- Teacher & Student

Mélusine felt that he was hard, soft, cold, and hot all at the same time. She got up to see Galahad fully.

His general appearance was the same but now he had crystalline-like structural marking all over his body. His horns were a semi-transparent crystal blue with his hair having a similar texture, but it remains brown. His eyes looked more artificial in the sense that they looked even more perfect with a perfect pupils and iris, it is only when you look deep into his eyes that you find they are at their atomical structural level akin to a crystal. His eyes were like a highly compacted set of vison organs not to different but vastly superior to that of the Mantis Shrimp.

His clothes were the same but now they had a light teal blue spiders on them.

"You changed again..." Mélusine made a heartfelt smile. She stretched out her hands and touched his face. "Honestly why can't you stay the same for more than a week."

Galahad let out a chuckle while he holds Mélusine's hands.

"They were a powerful existence."

"What of ORT?"

"I ate them."

She looked at him with incredulous eyes.

"… You ate them?"

"Yes. They tasted rather unique. Like mixture of stale water, a triggerfish, the tongue of a Komodo dragon, a can of Sprite, unrefined oil, anti-freeze, and a century egg. Terrible. Absolutely terrible, but oddly refreshing."

"So they are dead?"

"Kinda. The ■■■■■■■■■■■■ doesn't have a concept of death, per se, that we know it to be, theirs was more like akin to that of a machine. And I am boiling it down by a lot."

"So did you kill them?"

"Yes. And I should say that I am sorry I made you wait for so long."

Mélusine rushed him and hugged him tightly.

"I miss you so much you bastard! You owe me so many bottles of soy sauce!"

"That would be a bit hard, unless they rebuilt society enough to make soy sauce at a consistent rate."

"You can just get it from the city nearby, it's run by Azure and Holy Shepherd."

"Ah, are they doing well?"

"Well enough. They came down from America to find you."

"And?"

"Nothing else. Now they're just living their lives. I mean you have no need for them."

"That is true… But I should greet them and reward them for at least being loyal for what has been a few years."

"It's been a decade."

He was relieved to hear that.

"What did I miss?"

"A few things."

They leave to the city where Azure and Holy Shepherd help build with their people. He was greeted with great cheers and celebration. They cheered so much the air shook with their jubilation. They all got onto their knees and prayed to me like—well their living god.

Galahad restrained heavily his presence as the vibes he was giving off instinctually alerted the people and even species of his ultimate statues. It was akin to a person seeing a tornado in the distance. Yet even when that presence is pulled back he still radiates that kind of existence.

Azure and Holy Shepherd came up to him and greeted him. They seemed to be able to hold their own, a bit. They who knew Galahad before his full ascension and had a very little resistance towards him, which is a lot considering what no resistance does.

"Hello, boss!" Azure greeted.

"Greeting my lord!" Holy Shepherd greeted gleefully.

"I would like to thank you both for still following me after a decade of just disappearing. Ask what you desire and I will do what I can to meet it."

The two look at him with a awestricken look. Holy Shepherd asked first.

"My lord! May we receive a relic of yours to honor, and a message—a guide you wish for us to follow when you undergo you journey to the stars!"

Galahad gives it some thought before he rips off one of his branched horns. It began to change in quality and appearance to that of an actual tree, but there were some changes. Some of the leaves that grew were a teal blue with some buds forming like a clump of crystals. He regrew another horn instantly.

"Plant this, wherever you so choose. Its crystal fruits will contain the messages when you eat them."

Holy Shepherd receives it like it was a priceless artifact—which now it is to him and to everyone.

"Thank you my lord!" He then stepped back and the crowd gathered to see the artifact as well.

Azure and Galahad's eyes meet, she remained… thinking on what she wanted. Then she gave her answer.

"I really don't have anything to ask for. Maybe something to protect my sister."

Galahad's eyes shift over behind Azure to Cerulean.

"Alright." He stretched out his hand to her and his skin left him like a bedsheet fall off a bed.

The skin, much like the branched horn, began to change in texture, and appearance to a fine teal blue and gold coat. It rests on Cerulean's shoulders.

"That should protect you from just about everything that I can, which is a lot."

"Thank you, boss."

"Hmph." Galahad makes a little smile as he looks around. "This is a nice city you guys made. I hope when I return this city will still be around."

"I am sure when you come back we all would be dead." Azure made a wry smile.

"… Most likely."

"Hm… Boss—Galahad. I hope you enjoy your venture into the stars. You have a lot to make up for, so as one criminal to a youngster like you…" She smiles widely showing her teeth. "Have fun! Get into some good trouble! And most importantly!"

She stands up and hits his chest with her fist.

"Live without any regret, do not worry about us or Earth. If when next you return it all went to shit, you at the very least tried."

He smiled back and nods.

"I will take your advice. I am a bit of a troublemaker. Oh, say what is the name of this new religion?"

"It was originally called the True Divine, but when Mélusine said your name we decided to change the name."

"To what?"

"The Knight Order of Galahad. Fitting, no?"

"Heh." He smirked at the name. "Very fitting."

Galahad and Mélusine soon leave together. Mélusine clung onto Galahad as he flew.

"Who are you going to meet first?" Mélusine asked.

"Hmm… how about Kischur? He was the first person I met when I was beginning my journey in Japan."

"Then we should head to Tokyo. Apparently that is where he is running his new organization, The Liners. From what Bakugo said its full of people who ate some of the imugi you made."

"Ah. So has Bakugo ate one of them?"

"He has. I could see it in his eyes. Even knows magecraft."

"Hmph. Well I am sure he is stronger than when I was when we were in school."

"I think he could have taken you with maybe two, three hits if he got lucky."

"What of… the others?"

"You just have to wait and see."

They arrive to at New Tokyo, Galahad destroyed the last one, and the red and blue pair land on the rebuilt Tokyo Tower, now heavily modified to be a fortress. They soon entered from the top and headed to Kischur's office.

It wasn't hard to find since when Galahad stepped foot on the structure he fully analyzed it and knew it's entire structure. With a thought he made himself and Mélusine invisible. Mélusine saw this and was amazed.

"Ooh… how did you do that?"

"I advanced application of Rayleigh Scattering. I did use a bit of my authority as the Ultimate One of Humanity… You know I find it funny that I am not the Ultimate One of Earth, was it because the microorganisms that landed on the planet in its nascency that became the ancestors of humanity are what treated Humanity as a foreign existence and not one of Earth's creations like Spirits or Fairies?"

"Maybe, but who can you even ask to get clarity? From what I know Gaia died long ago." Mélusine said with her arm wrapped around Galahad's.

"Hmm… Maybe Kischur could give some clarity, maybe even… right. Type Earth is not even around anymore."

"You can tell?"

"Instinct. On this planet the only creature than can rival me is you."

"What of that red haired woman, Aoko?"

"Who?"

"What of Kischur then? He is a Magician."

"If he goes all out… I think he can take a finger. There are few other Magicians that could maybe help… Hm. But I don't think they'll willing to fight against the one who returned more Mystery to the world."

They eventually arrive to Kischur's office and entered to find it fully barren with only a nice chair in the middle and the old man himself sitting on it. His eyes shifts towards the pair.

"Galahad. Mélusine." His voice resonates through the room. "How do you like my new chair? Pretty good if I do say so myself."

Galahad undoes the invisibility. Kischur lightly rises his lips, a painful look could be gleamed from his softened gaze.

"So… you have killed ORT and made what was theirs yours."

"Yes." He stepped forward. "I ate them."

"Did their crystallization not affect you?"

"It did, but once I grasp what they were I understood. They may be a foreign existence but that also applies to us, especially me, a creature that has never been seen before. We were foreign concepts meetings. It was the ultimate of their species and I the ultimate of my species. Their Reality Marble has been fully incorporated into my own Marble Phantasm—now the newly created Reality Phantasm."

"Reality Phantasm… you merged the two powers into a single form?"

"It is easy once you get understand the principal. I mean ORT could have gained it if they had any kind of authority on Earth. So this is strictly speaking an ability I can only really unfold on Earth. But like many things there is always a way around it. I can unfold it anywhere, but it requires far more from me than it would on Earth."

"Hm… Well, all that aside, I am happy to see you again my boy." He gets up from his seat and walks up to Galahad. "Shall we get a drink?"

The three of them went to a izakaya that Kischur frequents. Galahad changed his appearance to be more human, i.e. unperfected. He returned to his appearance when he was human but more aged up. Mélusine didn't bother and entered as is but with clothes made from Galahad's own flesh. The two of them, of course, matched well of Galahad have a blue color theme and Mélusine a red theme.

Despite all of his changes to hide and mask himself every human who looked at Galahad and Mélusine felt a bit threatened. The people working at the izakaya put on a smile and did their job.

"So how is the drinks?" Kischur said taking a bite of his food.

"It is fine." Galahad replied.

"Great!" Mélusine replied with a large pitcher of soy sauce.

"So, Galahad, after you finish up your business on Earth, where do you plan on going?" Kischur asked.

"I was maybe thinking of visiting all the planets in the solar system, then leaving for other places."

"Hm. Are you interested in possibly hunting the other Ultimate Ones?"

"Maybe. So how are things going here? It seems the rebuilding in going well."

"Very well yes. We stabilized the eastern hemisphere and have stabilized a good portion of the western hemisphere. Your friends of Azure and Saint helped a bit. Did they reach you?"

"They did. But I think they, Saint, is going to go even harder on his religion that he built around me. I have faith the tree I gave them will lead them down the path I would have lead them down."

"… Are you having thoughts on destroying everything again?"

"Yes." He nods. "A part of me wishes to destroy. But I won't. I wish to see how this all develops. When I come back and if I find the city that grew from this is as bad as the one I lived through, I'll destroy it all again. Do you think you'll be alive by then?"

"… I think I would probably be in the same position as Type-Earth was in."

"Hm… Then when I return we will share another drink and I can lay you to rest."

"Seems good to me. I'll make sure this society meets your standard."

"Then you should have a reliable assistant." He held out his hand and from his own energy he recreated Assassin, perfectly replicated in appearance but strengthened her capabilities. Galahad also made her a professional suit to wear. "She is modeled off Assassin who I defeated."

Her eyes open and she looks at the three in the room. Her eyes rest on Galahad first.

"Good evening, Galahad. How may I be of service?"

"Help Kischur here," He gestures to him. "With anything he needs."

She looks at him and nods.

"Very well. I shall help him to the best of my abilities."

"Thank you for the extra help." He nods.

They resumed to eat and drink till the sun rosed. Then they left for the east coast for the next person that Galahad wishes to meet.
