When Olivia Wynne returned with the tote bag, Ricky Rhodes didn't have high hopes for her.
He had just taken a look. The wild vegetables Luke Chase's group brought back were old and dry, so whatever they made wouldn't taste good.
It was already late summer, so there probably weren't any tender wild vegetables left.
As Ricky Rhodes was thinking this, Olivia Wynne opened the tote bag to reveal the fish inside, and his eyes lit up.
"You caught these fish?"
The fish looked very fresh and tender, and they weren't small either. If they were good cooks, they could probably make a full, satisfying meal.
Meeting Ricky Rhodes's big-brotherly smile, Olivia Wynne smiled back and replied, "That's right. There's a small river over in the valley. I caught them there."
Ricky Rhodes got some water from the staff, then started cleaning the fish with Olivia Wynne.
Watching Ricky Rhodes's movements, Olivia Wynne smiled. "Rhodes, do you do a lot of housework at home?"
