When Olivia Wynne returned, the bottle of water in her hand was just as full as when she'd left. She glanced at Ricky Rhodes and handed it to him. "Here, drink."
Ricky Rhodes's face was covered in sweat. After a whole morning under the scorching sun, his skin seemed a little tanner than the day before.
"You drink it. I can still hold out."
The moment Ricky Rhodes spoke, his voice was a little hoarse.
Anyone could tell just from his voice that he was severely dehydrated.
For someone so dehydrated to still be polite and refuse the water, Olivia Wynne thought he must be a decent person.
"Go on, drink. I'm not thirsty right now."
Hearing this, Ricky Rhodes looked at Olivia Wynne. Seeing she was still in good shape, he took the water.
"Just let me know if you get thirsty," Ricky Rhodes said, opening the bottle and gulping it down.
He really was thirsty.
