Silas Thornton's usually stern and serious face suddenly flushed red. He fidgeted and glanced around.
It was empty.
But he could clearly smell the scent of other wolves hiding in every corner.
They were being too nosy! This was not good!
Silas Thornton stammered, "This... This isn't really appropriate, is it?"
'Oh my god! Something so private, right here in broad daylight? *Sniffle*... So many other wolves are watching. Don't I, the King of Wolves, have a reputation to uphold!?'
It was the first time Holly Wyatt had ever seen Silas Thornton acting like a timid little rabbit. A mischievous thought prompted her to tease him. She strode closer and tilted her head slightly. Her neat bangs parted, revealing a smooth forehead and a pair of dark, round eyes that looked like grapes.
