These weren't your small, home-oven trays. They were large, commercial-grade baking trays used in restaurants. A single one was over a meter long and could hold around forty egg tarts.
Not the small egg tarts like you'd get at KFC, but the palm-sized kind you find in a bakery.
With over forty trays, that added up to nearly two thousand items.
And it was obvious these weren't items from the Western food menu.
