"Sir, are you an Extraordinary Being? Are you from the Judgment Court?"
After walking for a few minutes, the child guide suddenly asked. It seemed he recognized Lloyd's gray uniform.
"Mm."
Lloyd responded, keeping pace with the child while spreading his inspiration to constantly observe the surroundings.
As the last rays of the sunset faded, the shantytown was quickly plunged into darkness. With no streetlights, the only illumination came from the faint candlelight flickering in nearby windows, casting the surroundings in a cold, eerie atmosphere.
Luckily, Lloyd had found a guide beforehand; otherwise, he would have been completely lost.
"Sir, is the Judgment Court going to clear this place out? And the Underground City below?" the child suddenly asked again.
Lloyd asked in return,
"I don't know. That's not for me to decide. But since you're worried about it, why haven't you considered leaving?"
