Judging from the process and outcome of those battles, even with his strength approaching Level 12, he had only been able to stall it. In other words, this creature was most likely a Level 12 Demon.
A few days ago on the Silver Stream City battlefield, Lin Mo had been completely unable to stand against it.
But today, he was a Level 10 Mage. And while he hadn't yet reached the Elite Level threshold, his Magic Power was already nearly on par with that of an Elite Mage.
Coupled with the enhancements from his Elemental Affinity and equipment like the Secret Silver Gloves, he was now fully capable of going toe-to-toe with it—and possibly even killing it.
