As for Evolutionary Path 2, which enhanced the Guaranteed Hit effect of the Sword Qi, it would be more useful against highly agile enemies, raising the skill's baseline effectiveness against such opponents.
But from Lin Mo's experience with this skill, he mostly used it against Warriors, Knights, or Mage Class Professionals. If he were actually facing an Assassin or a Ranger, he wouldn't use such a clumsy skill. He'd just switch to [Blood Qi Blade] or the Skills of another Profession... like an Assassin or a Mage.
