"Graah?"
A confused sound escaped the Goblin's mouth.
Even among Goblins, it was a bottom-feeder. That was why it hadn't kept up with the main horde, choosing instead to stay behind to see if it could pick up some "scraps."
It found the scraps, just as expected. But where did these human Adventurers suddenly come from?
Watching the humans approach, their expressions unkind, the Goblin tightened its grip on its wooden club and thought for about a second.
Then, it immediately dropped its club, picked up the "delicacy" it had just found, and began stuffing it into its mouth.
The next second, its head went flying.
"Trying to die with a full stomach, are you…"
Huck's mouth twitched as he lowered his Sword.
"Can't let you have your wish!"
He said, stomping on the Goblin's corpse.
Though Huck usually seemed carefree and loved to goof around, he was all business when it mattered.
"The Goblins can't have gone far. Let's hurry after them!"
