The formation of adventuring zones was often inextricably linked to Magic Power. Therefore, in addition to housing many powerful Demons, these areas also boasted an abundance of resources.
The prospect of profit attracted more people, so the rise and fall of a city were often tied to its nearby adventuring zones. Many major cities with populations in the millions, or even tens of millions, had only managed to slowly develop and prosper because they were established near such zones.
Furthermore, compared to the complex web of factions within the Royal City, Fajade City was relatively more "straightforward," making it a better fit for Adventurers.
