Willow pushed the door open and entered, trying to use the light from her phone to see.
Just as she stepped inside, the entryway door shut automatically.
Willow's vision was plunged into darkness.
In the dark, the quiet atmosphere amplified every sound.
Willow grew uneasy.
Suddenly, a force gripped her waist tightly, then pulled.
Her body went rigid for a moment. Willow attacked instinctively, but her slender wrists were firmly restrained. Then, she was slammed into a hard chest.
The familiar, cool scent of pine filled her nostrils, and only then did Willow let down her guard.
