"Stop! Just stop. If you say one more word, I seriously can't take it!" Ashlyn Paige made a 'pause' gesture with both hands, looking at Seraphina Ashworth with an expression that said she'd lost the will to live.
Seraphina Ashworth blinked innocently. "Weren't you the one who asked me to tell you?"
"So spill, how did you two meet? And how did you get together so fast?" Ashlyn Paige said, waggling her eyebrows suggestively at Seraphina Ashworth.
"We met seven years ago. Then, by a twist of fate, we ran into each other again. And that's it!" Seraphina Ashworth explained briefly.
"That's it?" Ashlyn Paige scoffed, a strange look on her face.
"Mhm, you've probably heard of him," Seraphina Ashworth said with a calm nod.
Ashlyn Paige scratched her head. "Who?"
'She'd heard of plenty of people; she really couldn't think of anyone off the top of her head.'
