Victor Ashworth looked up and saw Yannick Blackwood walking toward them. He waved him over and said, "Yannick, over here!"
"Looks like the whole gang's here!" Yannick Blackwood glanced at the people at both tables, a smirk playing on his lips as he sat down beside Victor Ashworth.
They had all grown up together, so there was no sense of awkwardness even after not seeing each other for some time.
Maurice Ashworth looked at Yannick Blackwood, who was sitting across from him, and raised an eyebrow. "Yannick, now that you're back, are you planning on leaving again?"
They had all talked about attending Veridia Academy together, so they hadn't expected him to stay abroad for so long.
"Nope. I'm going to register at Veridia Academy in a few days." Yannick Blackwood and Maurice Ashworth exchanged a smile. He'd wanted to come back sooner, but he'd been held up by some business abroad, which was why his return was so delayed.
