4. Yu Huai'an's Skit
Wen Qian felt like Yu Huai'an had picked up some bad habits lately. He was starting to act more and more like a cunning fox.
He had an exquisitely beautiful face and a scholarly air, but at the most crucial moments, his red lips would utter words that made her blush and her heart pound.
When they first got together, she was clearly the one with the upper hand. Now, however, she was always the one he pinned underneath.
"Listen to me, you shouldn't hang out with foxes so much," Wen Qian said, her voice muffled as she rubbed his rabbit ears.
The corners of the man's lips curled up, but his eyes were full of bewilderment. He took Wen Qian's hand, brought it to his lips, and gently kissed her fingertips. "I don't quite understand. Have I done something to displease you, wife?"
Oh, right. He had also taken a particular liking to calling her "wife" lately.
He called her "wife" by day, but at night, he was the one who turned the tables and became the master.
