High atop the Spire of Oblivion, Arain Luxmore—the man the world called the "Abyssal Demon King"—leaned against his shattered throne. His black armor was cracked, and a holy sword was buried deep in his chest. Standing before him was Leonard, his own elder brother, glowing with divine mana.
"It's over, Arain," Leonard's voice boomed. "Your reign ends today."
Arain spat out blood and smirked. "You think you won? I am simply bored of this era."
With his final breath, he ignited the forbidden artifact within his soul. The world dissolved into white light.
When he opened his eyes again, he wasn't on a throne. He was a small child lying on a cold stone floor. He looked at his tiny hands and smiled—a predator's smile.
He was back. Six years old. The "trash" of the Luxmore family.
