Tara went to school that day with the hope of having a better day. Just as she was about entering her class, she heard a laughter that seemed like it was been directed to her.
"She's such a loser" Gwendy said
"Her uniforms look awful" Maddy added
"Yeah, really awful" Sammy backed
Tara just walked to her class already used to their stupid taunts. When she walked into her class she met an unfamiliar bag on the chair opposite of her's. That was weird. All of her classmates never wanted to sit close to her cause they felt her poverty would be contagious [Although tara wasn't so poor].
Tara just sat down on her own chair and a few minutes later the bell signifying lateness was rung. A tall, cute boy walked in and sat on the chair. He was new.
"Hey" He said
Tara was too startled to answer. She gave a simple wave with a really wide smile.
"I'm Joshua, you?"
"T...Ta...T...Tara" She stuttered
"Tara, nice to meet you"
"same here"
Tara looked at his eyes and held an awkward gaze which made Josh uncomfortable, making him turn his face to the book on his desk.
"I'm new here, just transferred" Josh said
Tara, also noticing how uncomfortable he was shifted her gaze elsewhere.
"If you don't mind, can we be friends?" Josh asked politely
Tara was shocked "Me? Friends?"
"Yeah anything wrong with that"
"You really don't want to be my friend" Tara half assured
"And why is that?"
"Cause i'm not someone you'll like to be friends with"
"You hate me?"
"I freaking just met you" Tara exclaimed
"Then why?"
"Nothing"
"You're so rude"
Josh stood up and walked out then Tara just put her head down. If only he could understand, she didn't want to be the one to be pitied or broken at the end.

"How could she" Josh thought. Who rejects friends on their first day? He was startled when he bumped into someone
"OMG i'm so sorry" Josh said politely
"Oh shit you..." Gwendy was about flaring up but when she rose her head and saw Josh's face, her words hanged on air. Josh stretched out his hand to help her up which she took with much joy.
"I'm really sorry" Josh said again
Gwendy arranged and adjusted her skirts before saying "There's no need to be sorry, i'm actually meant to be sorry..."
Josh cut in and said "No, no, no, i bumped into you so i'm..."
He was interrupted when Gwendy put her index finger on his lips and started making stupid winky gestures
"It's not your fault cutie" She said in a more sweeter and annoying voice
Josh just looked at her disgustedly and handed all her books he picked "Okay i'll take my leave"
Gwendy dragged him back "Hey handsome can i get that cute name of yours and also" She tucked a little strand of hair behind her ears "Are you free this weekend?"
"Name, Joshua, Free, no" Josh ended his statement with a finality tone which made gwendy startled a bit but she still said
"He's cute and rude"

Tara came to school the next day hoping to apologise to Josh and be friends with him but all her efforts proved futile. Josh snubbed her at every cause she had to talk to him and to make things worse, Gwendy was always with him and glared at her whenever she came close or tried to speak. She gave up and just went on like nothing ever happened.

Josh made new friends within the few days in which he stayed in school, but of all he wanted Tara to be his friend but his ego didn't allow him to talk to her again, he just became the rude, arrogant, popular, cute boy.

Damian entered his office and sat down then pressed his intercom for Sandra to bring his morning coffee. He slowly sipped his coffee before setting to his work. Few minutes later, Sandra came in
"Sir?" She said
"Yes Sandra"
"You have a visitor"
"Who?"
"A woman"
Damian was really surprised "A woman?"
"Yes sir"
"Any information?"
"None sir"
"Bring her in"
"Okay sir"
Few minutes later, Sandra opened the door and the woman walked in then she shut the door
"Long time no see Damian or would i say Ian?"
Damian face froze in shock as he looked at Felicia. He felt all his strength being drained away. He summed up his strength and spoke up
"Who are you?"
"Oh, you want to play the dumb game?"
"Who the heck are you?"
Felicia pulled out a chair and sat down then crossed her legs
"The question isn't meant to be who i am but what i want, don't you think?"
"If you don't introduce yourself, i'll have no choice but to call the security" Damian said sternly
"Ok that's what you want huh?"
"Who are you"
"I'm Larry Felicia, the mother of our son"
"My son has no mother" Damian said nonchalantly
"You damn know that that's not true, where the fuck is my so?" Felicia angrily asked
"Ma'am i won't have you come into my office and shout for no reason" Damian said calmly
"I'm shouting?"
"Yes ma'am you're shouting"
"Stop calling me ma'am"
"What else can i refer to you as, Ma'am?"
"I'm your freaking wife"
"Ex please"
"Ian!!!!!!!" She yelled
"I lost my wife four years ago"
"What!!!?"
"Ma'am, i'll kindly ask you to leave my office now"
"Where is my son?"
"Don't piss me off ma'am"
"Then give me my son"
"Why do you act like the victim?"
"Of course i am, I'm the one that hasn't seen my son in four years"
"Is that my fault?"
"Don't you put the blame on me"
"Who else is to blame?"
"It's really not my fault"
"Then it's mine, why the hell are you back?"
"Cause i want my son"
"I don't think so"
"Then why else would i be back here?"
"Cause Aaron has left you"
"Who is Aaron?"
"Don't you dare play dumb and ask me that motherfucking question" Damian said fiercely
"I just want my son"
"So do you expect me to just give him away to someone that he doesn't even rmember as his mother?"
"What do you want?"
"Why? after all these years?"
"I'm here for my son"
Damian was done talking, he pressed the intercom and told Sandra to send in security.
"You had better leave and don't try looking for Brian"
"I will be back Ian"
Felicia picked up her bags and left his office.

Chantiel and Brian already had dinner and sat down both watching a cartoon that Brian said he enjoyed so much when Tara called
"Tara!"
"Hey"
"How are you?"
"Great what about you?"
"Same what's up"
"Nothing much can i visit you during the weekend?"
"Um, i'll ask my boss"
"Hey" Chloe shouted
"Chloe, how're you?"
"Fine, can i come over too?"
"I'll ask too"
"I've got many things to tell you"
"Then i'll surely beg him"
"Okay thanks"
"Bye loves"
Chantiel ended the call
"Who were those?" Brian asked
"My sisters"
"Okay, Where's dad?"
"I don't know, let me try calling him"
Chantiel tried his number a few times but he wasn't answering then she turned to Brian and said
"Maybe he's in a meeting"
"Okay then let's continue watching"

Damian just sat down all alone in a bar drinking and thinking of Felicia. Deep down, he still loved her but his mind hated her for leaving him and Brian alone for four years. He had really missed her although many girls had tried to take her away from his heart, but it all went to no avail. Damian didn't want to accept that Felicia had left him for his childhood friend all because he was richer at that time.
FLASHBACK
Felicia sat down in the parlour thinking about what Aaron had told her
At a Cafeteria;
Aaron held Felicia's hand and said "Damsels like you are meant to be treated like queens"
Felicia just blushed but remained quiet
