The Symbol
I am walking to my college. Today is my first day of college.
As I walk and think, I speak silently in my mind:
"Finally, I am now a college student. And you once told me that you had a strong will to study with me in college… but alas, our fate. I hope you'll be happy wherever you are now."
I smile and keep going.
Suddenly, a person calls my name.
I look at him, and he says:
"Follow me."
I ask,
"Why should I follow you? I don't even know who you are."
He replies,
"You're wearing hand gloves , aren't you? Isn't it weird in this hot summer? And… I know about your symbol. So follow me, and I'll give you all the information about that symbol."
I'm shocked—no one here knows about my symbol.
Without asking further questions, I start to follow him, because I know he holds some mystery I need to understand… and maybe some answers to the questions that have haunted me.
He takes me to a hidden location—his headquarter.
Then he says,
"Welcome to my headquarter. You need to listen to me carefully, because what I'm about to tell you is very complicated. The symbol of yours… it's not a normal symbol. It's bound with spiritual powers. And it helps you make a contract with spirits. Which means… this symbol is about spirit bound."
I'm shocked and can't say anything.
So many questions swirl in my mind:
"How? Why? And how do you know all this?"
