I woke up feeling an headache because I remembered being drunk last night after having an issue with my annoying boss who was in his early thirties. I stood up from my bed, then went to the kitchen to grab a cup of water and I found Tiara, who has been my best friend since we were kids. She was sleeping on the couch. I was startled because I didn't remember calling her to come over.
When she opened her eyes, she saw me drinking a cup of water
"Hey Olly" she said
I turned and said
"How did you get into my house because I don't remember calling you to come over"
She laughed and looked at me
"You were drunk last night and I was called to come pick you up from the bar. What's going on girl?, what made you get so drunk.
I had an issue with my boss and it made me mad, so I had to go for a drink.
"Oh your annoying but handsome and one of the youngest wealthy CEO in our country. By the way, I thought you said you were going to resign, what stopped you or have you fallen in love with him?" She asked me
I shot her a glare
You are very annoying, who will fall in love with that fierce and annoying guy. He is very handsome and very wealthy but also, very annoying , I said.
Tiara looked and me and didn't say anything further. Then she left.
I quickly freshen up and made breakfast to eat and decided to go shopping because it was a weekend.
On my way to the shopping mall, I received a call form my boss, I picked up the call and he said
" I want you to come to the office right now". I tried telling him that I was busy and it was a weekend but before I could explain, he hung up the call, and I had no choice but to go home and change my clothes.
I took a cab to the office. When I got to the office, I saw a lot of files piled up on my desk and before I could say anything, he asked me to attend to the files in twenty minutes. I was fuming in anger and muttered under my breath " I hate you" . If not because of my financial status, I would have resigned a very long time ago.
Being a secretary to Mr. Steve wasn't as easy as I thought. Before I could finish the other files he gave me, he added another set of files and I was already feeling hungry. So I went to his office to tell him that I want to go and eat lunch, he didn't look up " ugh I hate this guy " I muttered under my breath
"What did you just say Miss Olivia" he asked me
I quickly replied "nothing" sir. Thank goodness he didn't hear me. I just came to tell you that I want to go and eat lunch, then I asked him if I should get anything for him, he looked up and gave me a deadly glare. I hurriedly left.
By the time I was done with the files, it was already few minutes past five and I came home.
When I got home, I was very tired and hungry, so I made something to eat , freshen up and retired to my bed.
