Although the question had caught them completely off guard, it wasn't difficult to answer.

The moment Akainu left the office, Garp's exaggerated laughter rang out from the bathroom. His laughter was so infectious that Sengoku also couldn't hold himself back and started laughing like a pig!

Kairo D. Arashi nodded. "All right, that's enough for today. I'll be taking my leave!"
With that, Kairo D. Arashi turned around and slipped out of the office.
Watching Kairo D. Arashi suddenly turn around and leave, Sengoku and Garp surprisingly said nothing. Only after Kairo D. Arashi disappeared through the door did Garp withdraw his gaze. Looking puzzled, he asked, "Sengoku, how did you lose to that brat? You didn't win even once! Did your rock-paper-scissors skills get worse, or are you getting old and your reactions can't keep up anymore?"
"No!"
Sengoku withdrew his gaze, walked over to the desk, and sat down. His expression turned solemn.
"It was Observation Haki. He used Observation Haki to sense what I was going to play next! So now we can confirm it—he really can see the future!"
"Using Observation Haki to play rock-paper-scissors?"
Garp blinked in bewilderment before shaking his head with a bitter smile.
"He really does whatever he wants, doesn't he?"
"For now, don't bring up the matter of having Kairo D. Arashi join the Marines."
Sengoku handed a document from the desk to Garp and continued, "Kairo D. Arashi's will is incredibly strong. Unless he is willing himself, no matter what method we use, there's no way he'll join the Marines. You were right.
