The next morning
Charlie pov
It was the next morning after the double family meeting between Nelly's mom and Monty's folks, So, Vinnie, throttle, modo and I all got up and head on over to the food court after we got word from the " lovebirds" to meet them over for breakfast. As we made our way over, we all thought we were seeing things, not just Monty in his usual form, but three more gator animatronics were also sitting at the table as well. " Hey guys, good morning" " g'd mornin, y'all" Monty spoke up as soon as they'd seen us approached them." Oh my, son, more friends o' yers"? the female gator asked Monty.
"Son"?! the four of us asked all at once. " Uh, yeah, guys, these are m'a ma, pa, N' papa, Ma, Pa, papa, these are Charlie, her fiancée Vinnie, throttle and modo, Nelly's next-door neighbors N' real good friends o' ours" Monty finished introducing us to his folks. " A pleasure to meet you all ' we said. " Please t'a meet you too, as well" Mrs. Gator replied sweetly. " Uh, what's with the bug antennae"? Mr. Gator asked. "Well sir, it's a bit of a long story" throttle replied in turn. " Charlie N' tha guys moved here from Chicago, but Vinnie, throttle and modo are actually not from originally, ya'h see, they're Martian mice from tha planet, Mars" Monty explained. " So, Martians are real, and people thought I was becoming senile" papa gator replied in shock.
" Yeah, papa, Ya'h were right" Monty said slightly embarrassed. We all couldn't help but laugh over the matter." So, what are you guys up to today"? Nelly asked. " My dad's coming to town for a visit since he'd heard of me and Vinnie's engagement" I told her and Monty. "Aww, that sounds awesome" Nelly replied. " Yeah, I've told him about the plex and he's considering to come check it out" I replied in turn. " cool" Monty replied.
" Yeah, so, he'd should be here any minute" I said and sure enough, here came dad on his " old school, back in the day" Harley. " Hey kid, great to see you again"! he said hopping off his bike. " You as well, dad" I replied as I ran to give him a warm, tight hug. " So, Charlie girl, a little bird told me of you and Vinnie's engagement, congrats to you both" he said in turn.
" Hey there, ol' timer" Vinnie chimed in. " Good to see you as well, jr." my dad voiced back. " So, now that Charlie and I are engaged, I guess that means I get to call you dad as well" Vinnie chirped. " don't push it, rookie" my dad laughed in sarcasm. " So, this is what you truly want kiddo"? my dad asked with a happy, yet concern look on his face. " I'm absolutely sure, dad" I replied in turn. " Well, if you're sure than I wish you and Vinnie the very best" he said with a gentle smile on his face. " Thank you, dad," I replied gently in turn.
" I know your mom, she'd be tears over your big day" he said with a tint of sadness in his eyes. " Yeah, I know" I replied in turn. " You better not let me down; Vinnie or I'll come back and may have to hurt you" my dad said ever fatherly. " I'll keep that in mind" Vinnie replied flatly. " So, kiddo, want to introduce your friends to me"? dad asked. " Well, you already know throttle and modo" I started to say. " of course, good to see you two again" he said. " Likewise, Mr. Davidson" they said.
" And this is my new neighbor and friend Nelly, her fiancé Monty, along with her brother, Eddie, the kids, Danny and Lily, also Freddy, Chica, Roxy, Bonnie, Foxy, Mangle, Meowlody and her twin purrsephone, Everyone, my dad" I finished. " Nice to meet you all" he said. " Nice to meet you" everyone replied at the same time. " So, Nelly, Charlie has told me about you working here, what do you do here"? my dad asked. " Well, I'm a dayshift security guard and head mechanic" Nelly said. " Yeah, she's tha best we've had N' a long time, tha others b'fore her just didn't have her vibe tha place needed" Monty said boldly.
" It's true, she's the best we've ever had" Chica and the others voiced in. " I can see that she's good with her work judging from how well she's kept top maintance check on you guys are animatronics to top it off, that's an extreme step up from just working as a bike jockey" my dad stated. " Don't get me wrong, sir, I also happen to be well hearse in bike mechanics as well considering I own a bike myself" Nelly replied. " "What make"? he asked. " A Harley" she replied. " Excellent choice" my dad says.
" So, Charlie, think you and your friends be willing to give your old man a tour"? he asked. " Of course," Nelly replied. "Beau, think ma, pa and papa like to come along as well"? she asked. Monty looked over to his folks and they said, " why, we'd be delighted, dear" papa gator spoke, and so, we were off and on our way. As we were touring around the plex, my dad asked, " So, when's the big day"? " May 15th and it's a double wedding" I replied. " Sounds awesome, kiddo" dad replied in turn. with that, we continued around the plex enjoying the sights.
Vinnie pov
After touring around the pizza plex with Charlie girl and the rest of the gang, I noticed that the place seemed to have gotten newer attractions like Meowlody's and purrsephone's karaoke and dance bar, Meowlody's boutique and purrsephone's aerobics class. " Whoa, you guys sure get more cooler with the additional fun stuff" I spoke up. " Well, with meowlody and purrsephone as the newest members of the band, we added attractions based on their traits of personality" Nelly replied. " Yeah, those midair attractions look really awesome, we should check it out, Roxy"! Chica chirped with excitement.
" Totally, imagine using stunts like these during showtimes" Roxanne replied in turn. " Yeah, even that high wire tight rope be pretty rad for some sick tricks" I said. throttle, modo, and even my sweet Charlie agreed it looked fun. " You know, things like this make me think of circuses" Charlie's dad replied. " Ever thought of putting on one"? he asked. "hmmm" Freddy replied as if in deep thought.
" Maybe we should" Bonnie spoke up. " Plus, if you think about it, we'd have everything we'd need to pull off an awesome show" " Well, if we were to put on a show, we'd need to find out what roles or tricks everyone wants to perform" Charlie girl replied. " Yeah, like me, you, throttle and modo could pull off some nifty bike stunts" I replied. " Yeah" the three of them agreed to the idea. " Anyone else"? Charlie asked. " Well, since I can even do weight liftin with m'a tail, could do strongman act" Monty replied.
" Neat" Charlie replied. " I think I could handle being the ringmaster" Freddy replied. " Awesome, after all, you already got the top hat fir it" Bonnie replied. " Very true" Freddy said in turn. " Would love to learn some high acrobatic tricks" Nelly along with Roxy and Chica replied. " I could teach ya" purrsephone stated excitedly. " Sure, sounds fun" the three girls replied. " I wouldn't mind flame dancing" Mangle replied. " I could juggle bowling pins" Bonnie stated. " Yarr, And I'll be doing some neat sword tricks from me young pirate years" Foxy replied. " I could team up with mangle doing flame dancing as well" Meowlody said.
" So, now that everyone's picked their acts, now we just work on putting costumes and routines together and spread the word" Eddie added. " Yeah, we can help Uncle Eddie pass out flyers" Danny stated. " Great idea, son" Nelly stated in turn. " Lily, maybe you along with meowlody could help me design all our costumes for the show" Nelly suggested. " Sure, mommy" Lily called out. " Sounds stripe on"! Meowlody replied.
" Now, we need to decide the date" Freddy said. " Well, depends on how soon we can get everything ready" Chica stated. " Then we better get started" Roxy called back. " Well, we'd be lookin forward to see ya'h perform, Momo" papa gator spoke. " Sweet, then let's roll, sweethearts"! I called out. So, we started preparing for our upcoming show performance and started practicing and rehearsing our stunts and tricks.
